The struggle is real. As I too have finished my nightly labors. Most of my posts for this RP have been made right after working lol.


All too real. Posted so I may allow motion forwards in the story. Also still trying to make the most out of the day.

I just want to say to everyone who is posting regularly, thanks.

I honestly didn't think I'd have such dedicated partners in this rp. I appreciate you guys staying with this even if we are still just starting story wise. I appreciate all of you :)

@Jangel13 Yeah, man, so much crap happened and is still happening. I probably won't be all that active for a few more days, so I will understand if you want to remove Skubli. So sorry for the inconveniences, life sucks sometimes.

@Jangel13 That's reasonable. My mom's kidneys started having issues, so much so that she had to be hospitalized and she had multiple surgeries. They thought her kidneys were failing but it turns out she just had some kind of growth in her kidney pipe that connects it to the bladder thing (To be honest most of the medical talk went over my head). The gist of it is that they thought she needed a transplant, turns out it was just some kind of minor tumor, and they did a few surgeries to fix it, but it still took a pretty heavy toll on our family because I had to tend to my siblings who got the flu at the time in the middle of finals week. And then Christmas hit, but everyone is better now and I'm on break. I can get back to a regular posting schedule. Again, I'm so sorry for just disappearing.

Additionally, could anyone just give me a quick paragraph summary of what has happened? I just wanna get a quick post in to cement Skubli's existence and don't want you guys to have to wait while I read the posts.

That's alright, honestly I am very sorry for what happened to your mother and im glad that the most dangerous part of the experience is over. To me a medical emergency like this is more then a good enough reason to miss your regular posting, so for this reason your character is proclaimed lost but not dead.

You can now reply whenever your able just say that your character got lost and had to live on his own somewhere you can come back to the cave of course. I am glad to have you back with us and again sorry for what you went through

@Jangel13 Thank you so much for understanding. My mom used to spend like half her time in the hospital when I younger but she hasn't had a surgery in a few years so it was kinda shocking to have it happen again but it wasn't something I didn't know how to handle.

I am glad to hear it December, not very many people have the strength to do what you can. I am actually interested in how your going to portray your character after a full days absence (day as in "In world time") a full day has passed since you were absent so not much has changed 3 goblins however have gotten halfway done to their first evolution.

By the way I am unsure if you know this or not but Isurta and Xaal are dead. Otherwise known as Rune and Wasted ink their funeral was only just performed nearby the cave and our goblins Lomen Kishi and Zectoll have been cursed for it.

Goblins Xaal and Isurta have both perished, killed by a Black Wolf ambush. The following morning Grandpa Goblin created a memorial for the two. That very same day Goblin Kishi set out to recover the remains of Goblins Xaal and Isurta. Goblins Lomen and Zectoll accompanied Kishi, and together they fought and killed two black wolves, resulting in new skills and skill upgrades for the trio. The three returned with the remains and alongside Grandpa performed a burial ceremony, which resulted in them each carrying a curse.

Goblins Stegs seems to currently be in pursuit of more knowledge and resources in regards to the local vegetation, and alongside Goblin Luz are attempting to defeat a man eating plant.

That's pretty much everything that's happened.

edit - seems Jangel beat me to the punch lol.

Just so I know the basic jest of your post is that you were mesmerized by the fish, then swam downstream following the fish, then you go up realizing that you were at a beach, you then looked around avoiding predators by climbing a high tree, once it was day you then found your way back by following the same stream and you collapsed in the cave.

Nope that's about it. I mean I guess you can add some experience with swimming, hiding, or climbing, but Skubli didn't fight anything. He's not exactly able to do that alone at this point.
