Welcome One and All
As of late I've been getting back into roleplaying bit by bit and have found that I've been having more plot ideas that I'm looking to try out. Some are more cliched and others are less. Either way I'm excited for all of them and I'm excited to get role-playing! Of course, here are some things you should know before we just into the plots!
- I'm a casual to high casual role-player. I can give an average of 3 paragraphs per post. Of course there are going to be times when it's less or more depending on what is happening in the role-play. I expect around a similar amount from my partner though.
- I only rp MxF pairings when it comes to romance. It's not that I have anything against FxF or MxM, it's just that I'm not experienced with either of those.
- That being said, I lean towards roleplaying females unless we have multiple characters or you are looking to double.
- I have a thing for a multiple character role-play. I love being able to create a wide cast of characters since I feel like it makes things even more unpredictable and entertaining. It's a bonus but definitely not a requirement.
- 18+ themes are not always included in my plots though I have no limits when it comes to cussing, gore and violence. Sexual scenes can be implied/ mentioned but I prefer to just fade to black.

- All plots are open to being altered or changed! If you have an idea that might make the plot more interesting, go for it! :3
- I like chatting and collaborating with my rp partners so don't be shy when it comes to OOC part! :D

Hello dear sir/ma'am,
On behalf of the Ravenwood Institute for the Unnaturally gifted, I would to extend this invitation for you to join our small community where you will find that you are not alone. Many individuals, like you, have begun to develop strange gifts or as others may refer to them, powers. Raven wood is a sanctuary for those who discover such gifts and wish to be able to not only control but also master these powers.
If you have any fears or doubts, please let us put them to ease as we offer you a peace of mind that you are not alone and that help is only a short distance away. We highly encourage you to participate in our excellent and unique programs. I look forward to hearing from you!

It had only been a few days since you had discovered you had a unique power and this letter came in the mail. It seemed this place offered some sort of hope to all the unanswered questions and fears that you had about this new found power. However, this place isn't all rainbows and sunshines. Whether you choose to go or not, you are forced to go there.
The Institute is more of a prison for those with powers. The government set up this secret facility in order to contain all those that have powers. Scientist work there, often experimenting to their hearts desire on whatever poor victim they want. They have complete control since they have created bracelets that neutralize the powers, making it nearly impossible to escape.
People from all walks of life and age are stored here in this hell. Perhaps it's time they try to fight their way out...

What happens when a sailor, engineer, weapon master, map maker, doctor, and an aspiring captain come together? It makes for one hell of a crew that's for sure!
One day in a very busy city, these six characters are at a bar for whatever reason when a maiden comes rushing in with tears in her eyes. She seeks for help from various sailors there giving a tragic story of how her young daughter was taken from her by a ruthless band of pirates. The captains all are willing to help but at very steep costs, something this woman can not afford. Finally, the aspiring captain speaks up. "I'll do it for nothing! All I needs is a crew!" s/he exclaims. The others volunteer for whatever reasons they have. Whether they know the daughter, have a feud with the pirates, want to prove someone wrong, are looking for personal gain, or just have a strong sense of sympathy for the woman.
The rp will follow this temporary team as they venture out in search of the woman's daughter. But who knows? Maybe they'll continue their adventures together even after the mission is over.

Taking place several years in the future, humans have advanced in their technology and have created an amazing spaceship. It holds all the neccessities for those aboard it, including air, food, water, sleeping quaters and so on. They send it out into outerspace with a small crew of three, made up of the captain, the engineer and the scientist(One of them will be a main character. Up to us to decide). Their mission is to report on their various discoveries, mainly thought to revolve around the various planets and systems. After traveling far, far away from earth they run into trouble with a few aliens who apparently act as outer space police, made up of one specific species. They begin to attack the ship until they are saved by a ship that goes rogue and aids the small human ship. It turns out a space outlaw(CharacterB), who was originally a prisoner on the ship, had escaped and taken over the ship and destroys the others with the aid of the human ship. Upon helping them, the outlaw requests that they take him/her with them, even going so far as to threaten if need be. Eventually the humans are forced to agree to CharacterB’s terms. S/he's strange. S/he appears to be completely human but the strange coloring of her hair and eyes suggest other wise. It also seems she holds the ability to be a great communicator since she can speak in any tounge be it english, Russian, or another specie's language completely. With her/him aboard and being deemed outlaws as well, the whole ship struggles to survive as the outlaw drags them into her/him adventure and crimes.
The community of vampires have been surviving by living among the humans but with their own hidden societies. They look after each other and protect themselves from the world discovering their existance. However, it comes with a price. At the very head of this organization is a vampire known as Mother. She is the oldest vampire and often considered the first vampire to exist. She rules over the various clans and families with an iron-fist. Her system is based upon who she favors. Those that she favors survive, while her enemies and other unfortunate ones perish, either by her doing or a hunters. The way to stay alive is to stay on her good side. Under her, is her only child, CharacterA. CharacterA disagrees with his/her mother’s methods. S/he believes that the system should be more forgiving and work more to keep the vampires safe rather than focused on pleasing on person.
At one point in time, CharacterA was sent to hunt down CharacterB, a fellow vampire who wanted nothing more than freedom from the system. However, CharacterA showed them mercy and let them escape due to sympathy. CharacterA’s mother found out about this and was furious. In her fury, she grounded him/her. And by grounded, it means that they literally buried him/her alive. Of course this didn't kill him/her.
Centuries later, a leader of one of the vampire families is killed by CharacterB, now a loyal follower of Mother. It was justified since he was planning a rebellion, one that would expose vampires to the human world. The only problem is that the family is left without a leader now and CharacterB refuses to take the position. Mother then bargains with CharacterB, offering their freedom from the vampire community only if they are able to make CharacterA a proper leader and loyal follower. CharacterB agrees to the deal and CharacterA is dug up from the ground to find that the person s/he once sided with is now trying to conform him/her to the system they tried to escape from.

The Lost City. It's claimed to be haunted and those that dare to enter the dark and shady mist that surrounds the city. The origin story of said city is said to start with a psychotic doctor. He tortured and experiment on his patients... Being the only doctor in town, the town's population began to decrease with time soon becoming empty and full of prisoners that the mad doctor kept. One day, the doctor also vanished... some say he was killed... Others say he just simply grew old. And then there are the rumors that he is still living... That he found the solution to death but it can only be found in the utter most madness. After that, it was said that the ghosts of the tortured souls cursed the place and still wander, looking aimlessly for revenge. Travelers, passerbys, anyone.... They all seemed to met a gruesome fate if they dare to travel through the town. Which is why it is now off limits to everyone.
CharacterA is well aware of this and wants nothing to do with the town but when s/he happens to anger a nobleman, s/he is taken by his personal guards and practically thrown into the cursed town.
On arrival s/he is nearly killed by an angry soul but happens to be saved by CharacterB. Now, CharacterB isn't quite dead or alive. Like a vampire but without all the side affects. S/he’s one of the people that was tortured long ago by the mad doctor. Actually, s/he was the doctor's first and last victim.. S/He was the doctor's child.
It seems that the doctor did find the cure to death and CharacterB is proof of that. But that also means that the mad doctor still wanders around the town... Searching for new victims.

However, that also means that CharacterB can never leave, along with any other poor soul that enters.
