Thucydides, The Peloponnesian War 1.139 said Finally an embassy arrived with the Spartan ultimatum. The Spartan representatives were Ramphias, Melesippus, and Agesander. The purpose of both are actually the same.

Anyways, Athenakles sent that letter without the approval of the Ekklesia, so that might be some trouble coming his way. Athenakles has already shown that he is quite, well, strongly opinionated.
