Wanga and Juma exchanged looks with each other. "Yeah, we'll help you." They both tried to help get him unstuck.

"Thanks" phosphor said as they gradually got him unstuck. After they did he was still a little nervous but not as bad as before@Letmehaveone2(its fine)

-Timeskip to next day-

Pride Lands
Gumu was already up and standing on the point of Pride Rock, his father was gonna teach him an important lesson today and he just couldn't wait. After breathing in the fresh air, he ran back into the cave where his father was sleeping and began to wake him up. "Come on, let's go!" He shouted, obviously too excited.

It took him a good while, but Shupavu finally opened his eyes to see his son prancing around the cave. "Well, someone's a little chipper today." He stood up before stretching his forelegs and letting out a yawn as he began walking out of the cave with Gumu following behind him.

Zi had fallen asleep on her perch in a tree as she had stayed up all night, waiting for Kc and Cyren's return. She was currently still sleeping despite it being morning.

Eastern Pride
Olivia had her head in the ground which was her way of sleeping. Once she awoke, she had her head straight back up, ready to start the day again. "Let's see how the animals are behaving today." She walked around to do just that.

Roho was the first to wake up, but didn't leave the den as he wasn't sure if he was off the hook yet.

Maisha had woken up awhile ago and was currently thinking about things she planned to do today. For Kisari, I'll see what she can do. Though I might make her my first hunter as I have other things on my paw today. She looked down to see her son looking up at her. She figured one day of no adventure or playtime was punishment enough. "Okay, you're free to play now. However, you must ask me before going on any adventures for now on, got it?" She had to make sure he would behave this time.

Roho nodded slowly. "Yes, mother." He stood up as waited for his sister to wake up now.

Malaika was never the type to wander off too far, if she did, she was most likely at the waterhole that was closer to home, getting ready for day. She hasn't gone to that today though as she was still in the cave with her mom and brother. "So, what are we gonna do today?" She asked as she looked up at her mother.

Wanga and Juma looked at him. "You wanna travel with us?" They were only a couple of cubs and thought a teen lion would be the closest they would get to having an adult around here.

"Nobody wants to be alone." Wanga piped in.

The Elephant Graveyard
Deon had been awake all night and still was. He always thought sleep was for the week. He was still waiting for a chance to torture something or someone. Maybe another lion or animal will wander into his territory. When that happens, if it happens, I'm gonna toy with them and I don't care who or what it is. With that in mind, he decided to at least pretend to be asleep with an evil grin on his face.

@Letmehaveone2 "yeah sure" phospho said as he stretched his body out. Once he was done he ask "um where too"

It seemed that the Lion, Cyren, was walking back towards Pride Rock as the sun rose. He had let Kc go ahead, knowing full well by now that she was perfectly well off, fast enough to avoid surprises and get back on her own. If she didn't, he would go search for her.

The Lion's golden frame would be seen against the rising sun as he held his head up, spotting Shupavu and Gumu on top of Pride Rock. His walk turned into a brisk sprint, as he needed to report back what he had found out..and now was the perfect time.

Artemis woke up stretching her back as she saw the sun come up. "Nikko, Kalina. Its time to wake up." She said as she licked both of their foreheads. They all streteched with deep sighs as they followed Artemis out of the dens. She looked out to see Cyren running up to the base of pride rock to talk to Shupavu. Artemis hoped he would come talk to her after he spoke with her. "You two stay here, I will go get us some food." She said as she headed down to grab a leg off a dead antelope. She brought it back to her cubs and they ate up.

Wanga and Juma looked at each other. "Well, let's explore around and see what we find." They looked up at Phospho. "That sound good to you?" They asked in unison.

Shupavu was getting ready to start his son's lesson when saw his guard running up to him. "Well, let's see how well you can answer the guard, Gumu." He smiled down at him.

Gumu was amazed, he never got to talk to the guard. Sure, he saw him around, but he just never bothered. "I can try." He looked over to see Cyren running towards them.

@Letmehaveone2"oh sure" phospho said as he thought them both talking in unison was funny. "I'll follow you two" he said significantly less nervous around the two because they talked for awhile last night.

Cyren's head dipped in greeting as he skidded to a halt, his voice sounding softly. "Shupavu, I have information. The Hyena was on our lands hunting. I gave them the..customary warning. That us all that happened..Kc shall be back in her own..time."

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Artemis and her cubs, before he raised his head to look at Gumu. "Have fun today, Gumu." Then, he turned and began to pad towards Artemis and her cubs, his emerald eyes tired.

Artemis smiled as Cyren headed towards her. She was happy that he was okay. As he got closer she smiled seeing how tired he was. "Glad to see you made it back." She said teasingly knowing full well that he would be okay in the long run. Nikko and Kalina looked up from eating but then went back to it.

Cyren playfully grumbled under his breath, as he stood in front of Artemis and her family, a few feet in front of them.

Wanga and Juma started walking through the jungle, both happy to have company alongside them.

Shupavu nodded as at his guard's report. "Thank you kindly, Cyren." He remembered how Kc wanted to be an adviser when she grew up. He was about to ask him how her training went, but it looked like he was headed somewhere else. In that case, I'll ask the cub herself when she returns. He then looked down at Gumu indicating for him to reply now.

"I will!" Gumu shouted after him before looking back to his father, hoping for him to start.

Shupavu smiled as he looked over the lands from his perch and began telling him all the things he would be responsible for when his turn to be king comes around. He made sure explain by that time, he would no longer be there so Gumu would have to do whatever he could to keep things the way the always were. "Maybe you'll have your own guard, one day." He smiled as he started down the rock.

Gumu listened intently and was intrigued. He didn't know he would have so many responsibilities as king. It amazed him to no end. "Wow." He followed his father down the rock.

Artemis smiled as he grumbled. "Kalina...Nikko...come here real quick." She said as they walked up to her. Kalina hid behind Artemis's front legs and Nikko sat in front of her. "This is my friend Cyren. Lets thank him for letting us sleep in his den." She said smiling down at her cubs then back up at Cyren. "Thank you Cyren." Nikko said smiling up at him. Kalina popped her head out and smiled as well. "Thank you." She said before hiding again. "Don't mind her...she is just shy." She said smiling at him softly. "We should let you get some rest." She said as she noticed how tired he was.

Cyren smiled softly, his head dipping slowly as he spoke. "Hello,children. It is nice to meet you." He then looked up at Artemis. "I can't rest. There is work to be done.." He smiled, though it was a forced one.

Artemis tilted her head as he said that he was not able to go to sleep just yet. "Wow. I'm sorry about that." She said knowing how tired he must be. "Is there anything I can help with?" She asked curiously.

Cyren looked up, as if pondering, eyebrows furrowed. Then, he looked down at her. "Actually..today, all there is is to fix up your den. Surprising." He then looked at the cubs, before crouching. "And maybe sometime..we can show the cubs where the best hideout spots are."

Nikko smiled wagging his tail when he said that. "That sounds like a lot of fun!" He said laughing. "Well then lets get started on my den." Artemis said smiling. "What all do we need to get it set up?" She asked wondering what he had in mind.

Cyren chuckled softly and then stood up fully, looking at Artemis. "First we need..big leaves, to use as a curtain."

Artemis smiled as she looked at her cubs. "You heard Cyren. Lets get to it." She said heading down off of Pride Rock looking for big leafed bushes near by. "So what were the hyenia's doing here by chance?" She asked Cyren quietly to not worry her cubs.

As Cyren walked beside the cubs and Artemis, he kept his eyes all around. Then, his head swiveled to look at her as he spoke. "..hunting. I warned them." Cyren whispered this as soft as possible, before he walked slightly closer to Artemis and brushed her flank quickly with his. "Relax. The kids will see you are tense."
