The time has come, and you're on your yearly winter trip with your friends to a small town known as Pinecliff, Idaho, at the foot of Mt. Vrinn. But things have changed since last time you've visited. Citizens are more quiet, and multiple disappearances have apparently gone by since last time you were here, which have thus far not been solved for months. The local police force has essentially given up on solving these disappearances by now, and have decided to leave it up to the citizens to find them. But the weirdest part? Old radios have been reported as emitting a "humming sound" and beginning to glow red when used at certain pinpoint areas.

After talking, you and your friends have agreed to investigate on your own.

Okay. So, the concept for this RP - based around playing with radio frequencies and the like - came from a dream I had after...Well, after doing a full playthrough of Oxenfree in one sitting. (Great game, I'd recommend - though it does turn into a big ball of timey wimey.)

So, a warning before we start this...This RP is going to have mild horror things. Romance subplots are fine, but not particularly encouraged or required - and please talk to me if you want to start a romance subplot with one of my characters.

So, onto what we, ourselves, are doing here - We're going to be creating two characters to investigate the radio anomalies(I'm not saying the cause was ghosts, but it was ghosts); a Primary, which will be where the story's emphasis is placed, and a Secondary, who will be less important than your Primary - though that does not mean not important at all. A total group of 4 player-made characters and 2 players. I'd prefer you mold your characters onto the "investigating the paranormal" thing, though it's not absolutely required - one of them could have just been dragged into this by their friends.

Finally, some ground rules to cover:

Any characters we do not create apps for are open as NPCs, except for the ghosts to be held responsible for the radio anomalies, which will be controlled by me. No human NPC character should be on equal level as the players or ghosts in the plot.

Here's the app...

Basic Info

Name: (No exotic names of any variety unless your character is actually from another country, and even then you have to follow that country's naming conventions. Last names are fine to have changed from adoption.)

Nicknames: (Optional, though preferred if your name has a common shortened name - said shortened name counts as a nickname.)

Age: (No older than 21 or younger than 17- I'd prefer most people here be teenagers.)

Primary or Secondary?: (You can have 1 primary and 1 secondary.)

Personal Info

Bio: (Should be self-explanatory. Don't get the paranormal involved with your bio, please - all characters involved here are only just being introduced to the paranormal. Detailed backstory required.)

Appearance: (Again, self-explanatory. Also self-explanatory is that you can't appear to be superhuman...Odd hair colors could be pinned on having hair dye put in, though.)

Strengths/Weaknesses

Skills: (At least 1. Don't worry about making these particularly useful - also, no martial artists; we're not getting into legitimate combat here. Don't turn your character into an ace who has skill in all possible categories for their age, nor can you give your character skills they would not have realistically picked up in the past or present.)

Personal Strengths: (Self-explanatory, want at least 2. Mostly personality-based, though, say, being really light on your feet or being pretty strong would count, too.)

Weaknesses: (Self-explanatory, want 1 for every Personal Strength you have, may ask for more depending on the usefulness of your Skills. Mostly personality-based, though, say, moving slowly or being a wimp could count, too.)

Before I set up the official thread for it, I want to have my partner ready for this, so post the apps below. See you soon.
