Cyren followed after his mate with a smile, standing beside her as they got out of the dens. It seemed as if it was yesterday that Cyren had helped her and her cubs make the den next to his..He smiled fondly at the memory.

Nikko walked up to see Gumu talking with his dad. He smiled to them and bowed towards the king. "Good morning." He said in the bow as Kalina bowed her head as well towards Gumu. He had become her best friend ever since the day they met. She was lucky to find someone that understood her.

Artemis looked as she headed into the bright sunlight. "Ahh its such a nice day." She said smiling at Cyren. "I think I may stay outside today and get the fresh air." She said smiling over at him.

Cyren smiled at her. "As long as you don't strain yourself..I have to go hunting today after I go see Shupavu." He said, turning towards the front of Pride rock with Artemis.

Gumu looked over at his two best friends. "Good morning, Nikko." He turned to the lioness. "Kalina, how are you two today?" He turned to face the two of them.

Shupavu looked over at Nikko and Kalina. "Good morning, you two." He said to both of them with a smile.

Roho looked up from the water to see Selina looking well. "Hello there, beautiful." He walked over to the lioness and smiled. "How are you?"

Zaliwa found herself a nice mongoose. It wasn't much, but it would fill the void. She lowered herself to the barren ground in her area and began stalking the thing.

Artemis smiled at Cyren. "I will be careful baby if you promise to be careful too." She said smiling at him as they made their way towards the others.

Kalina smiled as Gumu said hello to her. She could not help blush as she smiled at him. "Good morning to you as well King Shupavu." She said bowing to him. Nikko smiled. "I was wondering what my duties were today." He asked Shupavu smiling at him. He was happy that he trusted him to watch over the the prince of the pride.

"I always am...Except the times with herds of Antelope." He added quickly, giving her a playful smile as he started up the rock, towards where he saw his son and daughter talking to Shupavu and Gumu. "My lieges." Cyren said, dipping his head respectfully.

To Nikko and Kalina, he gave a grin. "You beat me up here this time. What's the score?"

Artemis smiled to her now grown cubs. She could not believe that they were already grown up so fast. "Good morning." She said bowing to Shepavu and Gumu. She smiled at them as she sat down to catch her breath softly. She forgot how hard it was to be pregnant but she loved being able to have a cub with her mate Cyren.

Kalina laughed at Cyren when he came up. "I think that's the third time we have beat you here." She said jokingly to her father. She was actually very happy to have a family like she had. She was lucky to have so many people who cared about them. Nikko smiled as Cyren spoke. "Morning Dad." He said smiling at him.

Cyren gently patted Artemis's paw, before he looked at Kalina and grinned. "So... About Twenty to three." He said, giving her a playful eye. "And I know why you're up here." the blonde guard smirked as he looked at Nikko. "Attaboy. Ready to work?"

Nikko smiled at Cyren. "Lets get to work then." He said happily and walked over to him. "Have a good day." Artemis said licking Cyren's cheek softly. She was not afraid to show to everyone how she felt about Cyren.

Kalina smiled at Gumu. "So Gumu... I was wondering if you wanted to hang out today?" She asked him blushing softly. She wanted to tell him something important but was embarrassed about it.

Gumu smiled at Kalina. "You know, I was about to ask you the same thing." He moved closer to her until he was by her side. "Where would you like to hang out?"

After leaving the grassland pride the three lionesses and one maned wolf was travelled By sometime now, not really staying anywhere long. They was now at the borders of pridelands.

Blackrain watched at the distance, where the big rock was seen. The black lioness was wondering if they could be welcome to Pridelands pride. She was hear that thoise lions wasen't that bad.

Galewind standed next to her sister, watching at the group youngest member Mosaic "Blackrain? we could stay here a while...I am worry about Mosaic" she said to her sister.

Mosaic was hurted her back paw, when they was passing the thornlands after being chased By a pack of hyenas. The brown lioness walked slowly behing the others, her paw was hurting, but she didn't whine.

Copper sniffed around the others, making sure there wasen't any dangers around. She knowed that they wasen't eatted almost anything for days and Mosaic was injured. They could ge dead if someone attacked them By now. Waving her tail she walekd back to the three "I think this could be safe Place to stay for a while" she said glancing at Mosaic "I can go to see if I could find something to eat, Blackrain do you want to come with me?" she asked at her closest friend.

Blackrain nodded with agreement, before turning back at her sister and Mosaic "Stay here? We will not be long" she said before followed Copper at the open fields close to the pridelands territory.

Kalina smiled as he asked her. "Hmmm. Well I haven't gotten that far. Why don't you pick today?" She said smiling. She was nervous about this but she was happy to be spending time with him.

"Hmm" Selina answer was to Roho calling her beautiful. She then chuckled and stretched out her body making her white marks more noticeable kinda like what Crimson did.
"Hey ya Roho, you look like you had a sudden growth spurt. Even though, I'm two months older then you, you quickly caught up with me" She said to him with a smile. She enjoyed his comment but She did not care for minor flattery's.

Cyren silently licked her cheek back. "I will." He whispered, blushing softly as he grinned and pushed his son, Nikko. "Let's move. Today, we are going hunting near the antelope heard we spotted yesterday."

Artemis smiled when he said that knowing he would do what ever it took to be there for her and her family. "Have a good day boys." She said smiling at him. Nikko smiled at his mom before looking at Cyren. "I was hoping we would hit that area. There was plenty for us to get at least a few for the pride." He said smiling.

Artemis looked over at Shupavu with a sort of look like she needed to talk to them. "If you don't mind a moment of your time." She asked Shupavu. She wanted to know when they wanted to put the plan in place for their two now teen cubs were getting married. She still hasn't told Kalina in full detail to the plan but she keeps asking her if she likes Gumu.

Shupavu turned to Artemis. "I don't mind at all." He walked over to her before sitting down to listen. "What can I do for you, Artemis?" He gave her his full attention.

Roho smiled at that. "So, how do you like your new home so far?" He wanted to try to get to know her as much as possible. Sure he met her as a cub, but still didn't know much about her other than where she was from and what her name was. He was willing to learn more if possible.

"Once the teens are a little farther away." She whispered softly to him hoping he would understand what she wanted to talk about with out alarming the teens. She just wanted to be sure it was to be this year.

Selina stretched her body out once more shaking herself out before she jump down so she was standing infront of Roho now, letting him see her pink fluffy ear before she looked him in the eyes and said "Well, its a little brighter then I'm used to. In the darklands we only ever get 3 months of light yet here you get all the time and it really show by how much brighter all your coats are"

"Yes, quite a few." Cyren replied, as he departed from Pride Rock. He moved towards the grasslands, beckoning his child to follow as he scented the air.

Nikko followed close to Cyren. "Wow can you believe soon the cub will be born." He said remembering back when they originally found out. It seemed so long ago now but he was excited about it as well.
