Hello there! I'd like to state my interest in joining up to this league of evil! Looks like a crazy amount of work went into the lore and the premise sounds sick! I've still got some catch up reading to do but I've skimmed over some of the character sheets so I just thought I'd ask if there are any party roles in need of filling or any that are redundant by now? Like it looks like there are a good few warriors already so I was thinking of trying a mage character or maybe a noncombatant type like a bard/diplomat for the empire.


My advice, @Dogematix, is that you stop worrying about party roles >_). Focus on creating a character you'd like to RP as --with some interesting spins/aspects to them, obviously-- instead of trying to squeeze one into a specific role. I'm not too sure how a bard/diplomat would work out, given that this is a military detachment fresh out of a Pyrrhic victory -- perhaps they're a cook instead? The choices are endless, and they're also entirely on you Doge -- Good luck!

@Virgil Indeed! I imagine it'll cut down on the awkward dawdling between characters that usually happens at the start of RPGs. I definitely love the backstories people have made up, it shows a lot of creativity and expands the world more. ^_^

That and in my head when I originally wrote up this idea, the Tainted all had monosyllabic names generally taken from common everyday words. As a race without a culture or identity of their own they just take from the world they were ushered into.

But yes I did like Tyranny. Did the entire concept of this RP give that away? lol.

I believe that presents an even female:male ratio. Not that that isn't surprising given that this world is égalitarian and all, but still not something you'd see very often! It's nice to see an example of a Tainted character as well.

Let it be documented that I never did say that I was good at making up names. lol I can do everything else but can't name shit.

And yes the PMs. I've received them and I'm trying my darnedest to answer them. I'm flipping between working on the IC Post (which I've written compelty for scratch about three different now) and working on those more in depth reviews. Cause dang a lot of people asked for more in depth reviews which is awesome but it also makes me have to actually work my ass off a little bit more. lol. So in short everything is coming soon!

She's a crazy elven hobo that uses blood magic. What did you expect? :p Going by your description of her I kinda imagine that the first interaction she had with Hanir was telling him "You smell nice."
