I totally understand. I was there myself not long ago.

Oh! I've been meaning to ask, how is your Mass Effect playthrough going?

Finding time to write can be tough with school so I hope the summer is productive but still relaxing for you.

I'm taking is slow, I'm really not used to shooter games but there is a melee option for getting close and stabbing/hitting guys so I'm toying with that.

Fortunately, final exams aren't that far off. I think there's a month or so left of school. I may take one summer class, if anything relevant is being offered, but my workload should thin out quite a bit.

I've been dancing around writing a novel for like 2 years. I figure its time to actually do it. xD

Oh! I heard some of the character animations in andromeda were pretty terrible, although the rest of the game seemed to be enjoyable.

I was putting some thought to it while waiting at the DMV yesterday, and I came to realize that, it being spring and with summer approaching, it might be fitting to dust off the old RP we made up last year. "Cherry blossoms" something or other? Adventure-theme too, if I recall correctly.

A summer class may be fun, depending if it's not too stressful. Some schools offer more classes in the summer for certain struggling students who need extra help so maybe you can find something different.

As someone who is juggling a few novels, now is always a good time to start writing or planning it. Jumping in is scary but very thrilling.

I haven't run into any bad animations. I think those remarks happened due to one particular cut scene but so far I've enjoyed it, it gives me the Star Trek vibes I want, plus it fills the void I have for Dragon Age. I wouldn't let some animation bugs get you down though, I think that stuff is likely patch-able.

Oh yes we did have a Cherry Blossom themed RP in the works with world hopping if I recall. The trees have been so pretty around where I live. :3 I wouldn't mind that, or anything really. We've been in development talks for eons. XD

I'm drafting the outline for my novel right now. It's a little tedious sometimes which has nothing to with my tendency to excessively edit everything on-the-fly, so I work on it in small chunks to preserve my sanity. :|

As much as I like brainstorming, I agree with you. We've been stuck in development for awhile. xD
And while I have nothing against Dragon Age, the world-hopping fantasy adventure appeals to me a lot more at the moment.

Once I finish these next few tests (Mon-Wed), I should have a brief respite before finals. So maybe Wednesday night or Thursday, I could contribute to it. I remember we were in the character creation stages.... Although, I'll probably scrap my old character in favor of a new one.

Small chunks are good, well anything is good I think. Progress no matter how small is better than none. :3

In think in terms of the old plot, I think we may just want to dive right in and scrap both our character ideas and world-building and leave it to be a bit more organic. I think if we can come to terms with some basic rules for the world hopping (I know we wanted to use something dramatic like the cherry blossoms themselves) we could just go for it and develop as we go.

I do have an interview (skype) tomorrow afternoon but I am free most of today and tomorrow in the AM but I may be too stressed to do much until after the interview itself. It's not a job I necessarily want as I'd be teaching kids over teens/adults but it's something so I still want to give it my best shot.

Aside from a few hours in the morning, I'm mostly free tomorrow as well. Although, I'm supposed to have dinner with my folks later in the evening.

Sundays are pretty lax at work, so I should be able to contribute some on during the weekend.

Sunday would work for me I believe. I'm sure we'll be able to catch one another, one way or another.

I'm working on a bit of it now.

Although, I'm not certain I'll have time to finish it today.

I don't unsub from many of my old threads either. But an intro might be nice to see, I should probably fiddle with that tomorrow myself. Most of today was spent refamiliarizing myself with photoshop. I can't believe I'd forget things I used to do on a daily basis but that's getting older for you. :/ Maybe I can make us something for our rekindled RP.
