I'm a para to multi-para player that enjoys participating in story based role play and fights. Included are links so scrolling isn't required. Next to each link is the tier each character fits best in.
Description: Overall Rain is a fit and lean individual with a smooth and toned figure sculpted from years and physical training and extreme combat. His genetics have a lot to do with his well fit body and his flawless complexion, even the dual set of fangs that grace the rows of white teeth hidden behind his lips. He has long black hair, coming down just below the middle of his back with matching colored eyebrows that are thin and slender. His eyes, under normal circumstances, are a rich Honey-brown color but can turn to a toxic yellow under the right conditions. There's not a mark on him and those that view his facial features would put him at around early to mid 30's in terms of age, although looking really well for someone of that age bracket. He is typically found wearing a suit with a long coat and wide brim hat. The suit itself consists of a long sleeved, black, button down dress shirt with silver buttons tucked into black dress pants. A leather belt holds the pants up around his waist, the cuffs of the leggings falling just slightly over black leather shoes. Around his neck, under the collar of the shirt where applicable, is a crimson tie. The duster that he wears is crimson in color as well which matches the wide brimmed hat atop his head. Periodically Rain can see wearing white cotton gloves, a gift from his daughter Violet.
Racial Traits:
Vampirism: This is a different kind of Vampirism unique to Rains home world of Earte. Unlike the disease style of Vampirism, Rain posses a genetic kind. It binds directly to the genetic structure of the host and, when infected, replaces the hosts original genetic material with its own altered version. This means that they are not undead. They feed off of blood for sustenance and ability usage. They have a very slow pulse, roughly 12 beats per minute. The sun doesn't turn them to ash but does poison them with a unique type of 'sun poisoning'. Age allows some resistance. Holy energy/magic burns them. Religious items are irritants, unless significantly blessed, while holy water acts as a slow burning acid. Staking the heart does not kill, but does paralyze. Garlic acts as an allergy would.
(OOC Note: I call Rain a vampire for simplicity sake and because in all the years I have had him I haven't been able to settle on a name for the specific type of vampirism that is unique to his home world.)
Infractus Curator: This part of his bloodline comes from his fathers side of the family and can be considered his true form. Rains, though, is skewered compared to the rest of this race. His Elementum, before he acquired a soul, changed the form into something more. All of his physical and metaphysical abilities are increased by a descent percentage and his Elemental casting becomes near instantaneous. His skin darkens upon the change, turning to a dark bronze color. His lips blacken and his hair turns pure white with miniature blue arcs of lightning coursing through it and it floats around him as if gravity doesn't effect it. His body becomes so toned that it looks cut from stone and he grows a foot taller. His nails grow longer and blacken and his eyes take on the appearance of molten pools of copper. From his back sprout two brown wings with a twelve foot span, soft to the touch.

"From what I can tell, the Elementum Energy as Rain calls it is the energy of the elements. It is a vast and rich energy source that is directly tied to the elements, and is the common link between all elements. After some study I theorize that Elementum is simply a sub-energy of raw Spiritual Energy. However much like the Energy of the Mind, and the Energy of the Body once Spiritual Energy has been naturally or unnaturally modified into Elementum it remains as Elementum unless properly manipulated back into Spiritual Energy. Because of this difference in the two, when they are mixed together [ as they are with Rains Hybrid Core] they do not cancel each other out, but rather I have noticed that the Elementum is able to feed off of the Spiritual Energy within the core and strengthen itself into a potency just below raw spiritual energy. Because of this, as the Hybrid Energy flows down from the core and into the two other cores of the sentient self each core is filled with energy from the elements. This should have a profound effect upon Rains mental and physical self. The mental self would be granted new ways of manipulation of the elements, as well as a much keener edge upon the mastery aspects of such manipulation, making it easier and much more natural. I come to this conclusion for the Hybrid Energy, which is half Elementum, that enters the Energy of the Mind would no doubt open various knowledge of the elements through a sort of energetic genetic code. Knowledge imprinted directly into the Elementum itself, and fed into the Energy of the Mind. Perhaps even one day Rain could create new elements. One example being a flame that does not burn, but rather everything it touches turns to ice rather than ash. The possibilities are almost limitless at this point, however I assume there must be some sort of rule followed that is yet to be known. The physical self would be granted with various blessings of the elements. Air giving him the ability to jump farther, dispel breathable toxins away from the body, and perhaps compress air underneath his feet and stand upon it. Water, being known for various magical aspects, may allow him to breath underwater, walk on water, and dispel barriers and seals. Earth, the stone warrior, he could manipulate the iron in his blood and increase his bone density, physical strength and defense. Fire, the passion. Possible increased stamina, and a fire within his mind. To push past the limits mentally and go for broke. Using the Hybrid Energy directly from his core would allow Rain to create Elemental Constructs and shapes with little effort, much in the same way I craft my spiritual constructs. Much as I have unlocked the ability to access the Prime Energy, Rain should be able to harmonize all three paths within himself and create an Omni-Elementum. While unsure what this would be exactly, I theorize that it would involve complete infusion of the elements into a single being and it would be in this state that new elements with strange, unusual, and catastrophic destructive or creation potential could be forged. He would become a walking, living, Elemental being."
(Rain has shown extreme mastery of his soul core. Even before having it Rain had been able to manipulate the elements with microscopic precision, turning one into another and even breaking his own physical form down into various elements for travel and combat purposes. He can create elements from his own energy just as easily as he can work with the elements around him. Over his long life of working with the elements he's formed a bond with them, in most cases he can freely manipulate the elements as they regard him as an ally and freely offer their services. He's practically immune to elemental effects based upon their type, but not necessarily the effects associated with different elemental manifestations.)

“This aspect of combat revolves around using ones raw spiritual power to fight with. However unlike the ways of magic that cause elements to lace their weapons with their power, or even cause toxins to drip from their blades, this style infuses the already present spirit particles with the users own unique power, and any aspects their power may have. Sometimes this aspect can lean on the elemental side, fire or ice being two good examples. Or it can give a mental effect, causing its enemies to feel as if they simply cannot win against the face of such a fighter or weapon. My own aspect is slashing. My aura cuts anything it touches, constantly ripping and tearing away at any physical, magical, or spiritual forces it is pressed against.”

(Rain has consistently shown the ability to manipulate not only his own spiritual energy but others at well, mostly at the permission of the recipient. In one case in particular he completely reassembled the soul of a particular individual. His manipulation of the soul and the energy that comes from it can be a great asset to allies as much as it can be a great weapon.)
Ars Mico Flash Arts
A sword style that teaches one that the spirit energy can be used to jointly add to the physical body’s potential to become faster and stronger. It also teaches that with great power comes the responsibility to wield it properly, or else you may find your energy literally tearing your physical body to shreds from the inside out. Once one of the most fearsome sword styles out there. It relies on a combination of fast movement and powerful but rapid, successive, and precise strikes. It is said that practitioners have shown unparalleled speed, intense strength and surgically keen accuracy. Also, grace and balance are needed if one is to perform the skills required of this style. Built around the idea that the best defense is a good offense, there are few blocks and parries found within the style, but many counters.

Kenatsu: A basic ability to cut and harm enemies without physical contact. It takes the form as a storm of needle thin sword slashes that arc from ones weapon in wide and short angular curved paths that deals moderate damage to foes and can even strike a target when blocked if the sword is not stopped by an item (such as a shield or a wall spell). However, if one uses more energy, it releases as a red wave of energy which may completely disintegrate the adversary. The strength of this attack depends on how it is unleashed by the user. This is a foundation skill of the Ars Mico. Janus feels that this could be performed by any person who has enough control over their energy.
Nadegiri: A secondary foundation skill; This skill is a branch of the skill Kenatsu, as it requires a precise release of energy in a thin line outward from the edge and tip of the weapon.. This basic, but lethal, skill requires a precision cut of extreme force and speed. The cut can casually slice through large, multi-story high opponents protected by steel skin. The target can be killed with one swift slash so precise that they aren't even aware of until after it has taken place.
Enhanced Physical Abilities: All of Rains physical qualities are at or beyond super human levels due to his 1200 years of life and physical training. His speed is by far his best asset, followed closely by his stamina. Rain has yet to achieve a max speed and his stamina can allow him to fight, under the right circumstances, for days at a time. His physical strength follows next in line, with his lower body strength being double that of his upper body strength. He can easily crush metal and stone alike, create great shock waves and inflict titanic damage with physical blows. His physical defense falls last in his repertoire of statistics. Although still at super human levels Rain is much better at dealing out damage instead of taking it.
-Rain is an experienced melee combatant with both weaponry and hand to hand. When engaging hand to hand Rain employs Boxing, Kickboxing and Savate styles of combat. Primarily using quick, powerful, rapid strikes. When engaged in weaponry he prefers to use a sword of some type, typically one or both of his Katanas. With a sword in hand he employs either Kendo or Fencing as a style, with some swashbuckling on the side! It depends on the type of sword.
Disciplines: A different facet to Rains repertoire of abilities. The following three disciplines represent the vampire-esque side of Rains lineage. Normally a vampire would have to feast on blood in order to generate a pool of vitae in order to use disciplines. Rain no longer requires this ever since he acquired a soul of his own, since vitae is simply spiritual essence that can be found in the blood of the living.
Celerity: A Discipline that grants vampires supernatural speed and finesse that can be used for movement, attacking, or other physical feats. This extraordinary speed violates the laws of physics in that the Cainite doesn't experience any change in momentum, friction, etc. This comes in various levels of experience, in which Rain has nine while a 10th step is said to be achievable.
1. Alacrity- If the vampire is aware of an action, this ability gives the vampire the option to preempt the action. 2. Swiftness- Allows for another action to be taken, when normally one couldn't be possible. 3. Rapidity- A sudden, and abrupt, increase in speed. 4. Legerity- Allows for the simultaneous activation of Celerity abilities one through three. 5. Fleetness- Causes the users body to temporarily vibrate at speeds that make them nearly weightless. 6. Precision- Allows the vampire to enter a trance where the operate with exceptionally fine manipulation. 7. Tireless tread- Allows the vampire to run up to 50 miles per hour for at least eight hours straight. 8. Shutter Step- A move that allows the vampire to move, instantly, from one location to another that is within 10 feet. The visual effect to this is that it looks like a camera shutter quickly closes over the vampire, opening the next instance to reveal the vampire in another location. 9. Between the Ticks- This can only be achieved through mastery of Celerity. It allows the vampire to move so fast, that he can perform any action in the time it takes for the 'second' hand on a clock to tick once. Anything can happen in that amount of time. It is, without a doubt, the strongest technique in the discipline.
Presence: A Discipline of supernatural allure and emotional manipulation. It is a fairly common among vampires, both because of its versatility and because of its subtlety. Many Presence powers can be used upon large groups of people at once and transcend virtually all boundaries of gender, race, religion, class, and supernatural status. Though Presence can be resisted through force of will and by ignoring the user, most do not realize when it is being used upon them. Varying in levels of experience, Rain has achieved a level of six.
1. Awe- Allows the vampire to make his words more interesting and reasonable to those that hear him, even when they normally wouldn't be. 2. Dread Gaze- Gives the vampire the ability to frighten someone with just a look. 3. Entrancement- Allows the vampire to manipulate someones emotions and causes them to excessively want to please him. 4. Summon- Manipulate the mind of someone, making them come to the vampire on command. 5. Majesty- Allows the vampire to appear to someone as a figure of absolute power and authority. 6. Paralyzing Glance- With a look, the vampire can send someone into a terror fueled seizure.
Obtenebration: The control over shadows and the supernatural darkness of the Abyss. The unnatural darkness summoned by Obtenebration is, usually, extremely frightening to mortals, animals, and even other Cainites unaccustomed to its use. The exact nature of this Discipline is unknown even among its greatest masters, and it has been a subject of religious, philosophical, and metaphysical debate among vampires for millennia. Its greatest scholars are the followers of the Path of Night and practitioners of Abyss Mysticism, which draws on knowledge of this Discipline in its rituals. Also appearing on many levels, Rain is only at the first with this discipline.
1. Shadow Play: Allows the vampire to move and shape the natural shadows around them.
Senses and Awareness: One of the greatest racial traits available to him is a powerful and keen mind, with an intellect that has been honed through years of study and combat practices. Rains level of psionic activity and overall mental strength is not easily toppled by adversaries. This allows him to sense things around him for great distances. Psionic sensing is not the only way he can perceive the world around him. His physical senses also reach into super human levels of effectiveness, with a mind that is able to instantaneously process the sensory data that it is fed. Being vampiric in nature Rain can also sense the pulses of living creatures around him and over great distances and smell their blood. He also a keen tracker by sense of smell. His spatial awareness is incredibly sensitive and fine tuned, normally aware of what's going on around him in fine detail. He can also sense the souls and spirits of living beings, this also includes particular strong levels of spiritual or magical power. Rain can also sense things through the elements around him, or use the elements to enhanced or extend his physical senses. Allowing him to use them in ways he wouldn't be able to do normally. Long story short his ability to perceive and interpret the world around him and those within it is powerful, efficient and adaptable.
Mental capabilities: Due to his heritage Rain is a powerful Psion, Mentalist, or whatever label you wish to put on it. He is skilled in both Telepathy and Telekinesis, able to use both in a variety of ways to devastating effects if desired. He can read both surface and sub-concious thoughts, probe through someones mind, create illusions, alter perceptions, change and/or erase memories and experiences and has on one occasion completely rebuilt a mind from scratch. He's also capable of manifesting his Telekinesis in the usual waves, pushes, and pulls. He can generate it as a kinetic force, use it for fine manipulation, hone it to a cutting edge, and accomplish certain levels of physical manifestation. He's not the most powerful Psion, Mentalist, etc. Others who focus solely on their mental talents are far better at physical manifestation, and other aspects of the art, than himself.
Magic & Knowledge: Rain knows a variety of spells that have no combat application along with a wealth of knowledge on numerous topics.
The Speed Force: During a fight that Rain had with The Flash, Wally West, during a tournament he developed a spiritual connection with the Speed Force that grants The Flash and other speedsters from his universe their superhuman speed and speed related abilities. The Flash described it to Rain as a primal source of energy, supposedly left over from the Big Bang. The Speed Force is what allows speedsters to move at hyper-sonic speeds without suffering the negative effects associated with said speed, taking the force of a Field around the Speed Force user, while also granting other abilities like stealing and lending speed. Rains connection to the Speed Force is weak which forces him to only use it on a limited basis.

Crepusculum: Meaning Dusk in Latin, this is a Katana like sword that Rain acquired when he was still in the growing stages of his Elemental powers. The sword itself was created by the elements and is one of two, a sister sword to Diluculo. This weapon is Pseudo-sentient and contains a natural ability to create and control the elements of Earth, Water and Air. This weapon is one of two that Rain used to help learn more about the elements from a young age. The sword sports a three foot long blade. The blade itself is curved, single-edged and tapered. It also has a Two-handed swept hilt with a circular guard. The hilt is not wrapped in fabric but seems to be an intricate mesh of metal and stone woven together naturally to form a regular hilt.

It also has a Two-handed swept hilt with a circular guard. The hilt is not wrapped in fabric but seems to be an intricate mesh of crystal and ice woven together naturally to form a regular hilt.
White Gloves: These are a pair of gloves that was given to Rain by his adopted daughter Violet. Other than serving as one hell of a fashion statement, they also allow Rain to summon bottles of bloodwyne with various gestures. The blood within the bottles is extremely potent.
Grieve Edge: Created for Rain by his friend Janus is a pair of dress shoes with various blade attachments. The dress hoes look normal but are extremely resistant to damage and serve as armor for the foot. A six inch blade curves up from the toe of each shoes, being single edged and facing while while contouring to the shape of his leg. On the outside of each shoe, following the 'blade' of the foot is a single edged crescent blade that runs the entire length of the shoe.

ShinRa Employee File SREN: J3-G2K0-B7Z5 Birth Name: Sicanyee Danoonkarõ (Romanized) Code Name: Sky Dancer Race: Fairy, Fáwahnoon Height: 5'8 Weight: 185 lbs. Age: 75 Date of Birth: Unknown Town of Birth: Rõvunhoh Current Assignment: Melee Specialist, Shin-Ra Knights Experimental Division. Pay Grade: JE, Grade 5
Physical Description: Subject J3-G2K0-B7Z5, designation Sky, has an abnormal physical composition when compared to the humans who inhabit Neo Midgard. Simply put you can take everything about a normal human body and make it better in every way in order to achieve the same results. Sky has denser bones, stronger muscles, reinforced tissue, and a quicker mind. All of this appears natural to his race. After we subjected him to Mako treatment all of these qualities became reinforced while he showed extreme resiliency to the poisoning effect. Subject Sky has tan skin with soft, angled, features and a slender form. His hair is the color gold and curly while his eyes take on the color of sapphires. From his head sprout two miniature antlers, like you'd see on a buck, but each one has three points. From what he tells us his people grow new points every 25 years. The antlers themselves are roughly six inches long from the base of the forehead to the point and grow at an upward angle while they aren't even half an inch in diameter. Further testing showed that these small horns are as hard as diamond at stop on level with the top of the head.
Subject Sky seems to be in the early adult stage of his life, physically speaking, despite the fact he is so old.
Despite the regulation uniform he was given the Subject refuses to wear it unless absolutely necessary. He prefers light clothing, anything resembling linen or silk, under the reasoning that anything else feels too rough on his sense of touch. To this effect he wears a loose fitting pair of synthetic silk pants of a black color, a matching vest and what most would call thatch sandles upon his feet. He also carries around a six foot long spear. The shaft of said weapon is blue with a brown leather wrapping starting at the center of the shaft which goes down to the metal butt. The head of the spear is six inches long with a soft taper near the end of the shaft and is flanked by two curved points. Even though we've tried to call it a trident he has refuted and corrected us every time. The metal, harder than steel, is the color of bronze while the wooden shaft has a hardness equal to titanium.

Psychological Evaluation: Subject Sky shows an amazing resilience to the mind altering effects of the Mako exposure, whether the trait is genetic or trained remains a mystery. He tends to stay silent in most situations and doesn't speak unless spoken too directly. He's a very driven individual with a strong sense of duty. This, seemingly, self imposed sense of honor could lead to future impairment since he takes any request and seeks to fulfill it. He seems to suffer from a sort of social ineptitude despite not lacking any social graces. He's very headstrong and stubborn with a brilliant mind. He seems to have an odd trait that borders on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in regards to clashing colors when it comes to design. Sky is also slow to anger, showing resilience to stimulus that would make normal people lash out. All of our tests are conclusive on the fact that he's a well maintained and put together individual.
As a side note Sky seems to have taken a liking to string instruments of all kinds and sounds associated with string instruments.

Pre-Employment History: Subject Sky Dancer was originally from an unnamed realm that we later designated as F4-2693-G4H1, or F-H1. Sky called it Mohvunhohrõ. The realm itself is a vibrant world rich in resources. Of the two races found there Sky is from, what we've come to call, the Fairy Folk or Fae Folk. We first stumbled upon this realm and it's people at the beginning of our trials to find new realms. Sky was young at the time and the realm was under siege from an invading force. Neo Shinra and the KNIGHT project moved in and stopped the invasion, saving the village in which Sky was born in in the process. His parents were both warriors of their people, noble and honorable in equal measure. From what we were told he was raised to repay the debt they felt they owed us and when a local war was over he was sent to us for participation in the KNIGHT project. Further Information is Classified under article 6, subsection 3.
Employment Records: In order to see in what manner we should employ Subject J3-G2K0-B7Z5 went sent him on a variety of low tier, yet challenging, missions upon his arrival after his initial evaluation. The first was an escort mission that he was to do alone. Due to some faulty intelligence the subject was up against stronger odds than what were originally anticipated. Despite doing his best he lost the crew that was escorting the cargo. Despite this set back he fought on and got the package safely to its destination, when most others would have fallen back or died. The second mission that he was given was an assassination mission. The target was a rebel leader deep within a mountain range. Using the skills that he had and the spear that he wields he managed to track down the rebel leader, bypass the soldiers in the camp, and remove the target. His third mission was to be bodyguard to a budding engineer who was heading to a different realm to install some equipment. When problems arose with the local the subject showed decent negotiating skills, allowing the engineer to complete the mission and get out safely.
The only mission that he failed was a mission specifically tailored for data specialists and hackers. Due to his up bringing he lacked the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve the information.
Subject J3-G2K0-B7Z5, designation sky, was one of the few non-human participants we had that went through the KNIGHT program and survived. He is a curious case that blends otherworldly talent and ability with ShinRa technology, intelligence and reinforcement. He's been designed and trained to be a front line soldier, defacto leader when superiors are not present, and executioner should the necessity arise. He has shown exceptional and otherworldly abilities which will be listed below.
SOLDIER Training: Upon his inclusion into the KNIGHT program Sky has been given all the required training in order to be inducted into the ranks of KNIGHT. He has picked up on the various skills and techniques rather quickly and has been able to employ them in an exceptional manner. His races teachings coupled with the SOLDIER training have shaped him into a capable KNIGHT operative.
Longevity: Skys people seem to possess some type of extended life span, they simply aren't effected by time like humans are. The oldest living members of his people are said to be hundreds of years old although there are no accounts of anyone his kind living beyond a thousand years. They are not immortal, they eventually grow old and die. A very interesting trait that we may be able to harness from him should the opportunity arise.
Energy Usage: One of Sky's more unique traits is the ability to generate and manipulate his spiritual energy in a variety of ways. He has demonstrated the use of it in offensive and defensive applications. This energy seems to have uses as a utility skill as well, providing him with a wide array of methods to deal with different situations. Whenever he summons it we find that it has a white coloration and glows with a radiant hue. Its destructive capability in on par with some of our most dangerous equipment.
Offensive examples: Hardening spiritual energy into various forms. Use his energy in the form of blasts and waves. Infusing it into his weapon in order to increase its lethality. etc. Defensive examples: Reinforcing his body to increase durability. Infuse his body with spiritual energy to make it resistant to spiritual attack and influence. Infuse the energy into his weapons and armor to increase durability and resistance. Generate semi-physical shields. etc. Utility examples: Create a light source. Spiritual marking for tracking purposes. Healing (outside of combat unless given ample opportunity). Displacement within his surroundings to assist in sensory functions. etc.
Mako Infusion: Perhaps more than other candidates Sky shows great improvement through the use of Mako. Despite being dosed with it in drastic amounts his body seems to resist the poisoning effect while his mind shows no signs of disruption. Due to this we have been able to give him a much stronger dose than normal. This amplified his already considerable physical abilities and caused him effectiveness to skyrocket when it came to field assignments. He can lift many times his own weight, move in a blur without assistance and withstand punishment that'd render most dead.
Resistance: The subject shows a hardy resistance to invading toxins, pathogens and forces of all kinds. Whether it is an act of his body fighting off whatever malady seems to be effecting him or his spirit and will staving off mental disorders there is no denying that Sky is a hardy individual. We have yet to test how far this goes due to the fact we don't want to tax him too much and lose such a great asset.
Heightened Senses: A trait that his kind seem to possess from birth. All of his physical and non-physical senses are heightened to the point that they are five times better than that of a human, which seems to be unaffected by the Mako enhancement. It puts his senses on par with that of a cat which allows him to define specific smells in an odor, hear on multiple frequency levels and in far off distances and accomplish a great many other things. He also shows incredibly sensory processing ability, which allows him incredible reaction time and prevents him from being overwhelmed by his heightened senses.
Spacial Awareness: Through the use of his heightened physical senses, his spiritual ability and an apparent heightened state of thinking Sky has shown a remarkable awareness to his surroundings. Upon testing he has shown the ability to detect and locate inanimate objects while blindfolded and even react to unseen and cloaked threats when attacked. We have yet to find the range limit of his perceptions but following the theme with his senses he suspect he can perceive five times further than a human in all directions.
Magical Ability: As is apparently common with his people he shows some aptitude with what he calls magic. Without the use of materia he can conjure up effects similar to what we would use technology and Mako to achieve. It seems that his spiritual energy acts as a medium for which spells are cast, instead of what we would commonly refer to as Mana. Most of this ability seems to go into maintaining an extra-dimensional space where he can store and summon armor from.
Much like you'd see from a spellcaster. Think. Wizard or Sorcerer from D&D. Due to the fact that a majority of his magical ability is going into sustaining an extra-dimensional space transmutative, elemental, evocative, and other such spells from various magical schools are in a lower tier.
Zephyr Materia: This is probably one of the most curious developments that we've had since his arrival. Sky, or rather his energy, has shown the ability to convert other materia into a new type of materia. Sky calls it Zephyr materia and it seems to have a pale green coloration. When used it seems the materia grants Sky incredible speed. What's more this speed seems to allow Sky to operate outside the laws of physics. He experiences no momentum change, no friction, g-force or anything associated with increased speed. This new materia seems to only be usable by Sky. When a Zephyr materia is put in the hands of someone else it reverts to its original, unaltered, state. (3 Post duration. 2 Post cooldown)
Limit Break: This would have to be the second most curious oddity that we've found in our trials with Sky. The Limit Break is a powerful, limited use, ability that is built up within the fighter the longer they fight. The pressure of battle culminates into a single use ability that has devastating and drastic effects. In Skys case he seems to have three tiers to his limit break, each one exponentially stronger than the previous. The three tiers have been dubbed Heavenly Spear, Ascension, and Rain of Retribution. We believe this comes from the bloodline of the Fae Folk and his spiritual usage. He passive generates his Limit Break but upon its use the 'pressure' required for its use is reset.
Heavenly Spear: Tier One of Skys special Limit Break. He starts from his location and dashes straight through his opponent, slicing through them with a spectral spear. He plants it at the ending point behind his target and dashes back through, he then instantly switches locations and repeats the process so that the line of the path intersects with the previous one. We find each point to be at a cardinal point. The power spikes and then a ray of energy in the shape of a spear strikes down from above and deals incredible damage, he's shown to be able to slice armored targets in half. (Undergoing potential rework. Won't be used until a decision is made)
Ascension:Tier Two of Skys special Limit Break seems to be an exponential buff to his own abilities. His spiritual energy forms around him in the shape of a Dragon-type humanoid complete with claws, wings, tail and fire breath. His already incredible physical capabilities grow exponentially and he gains a few new ranged abilities. Able to project spiritual fire long distances, cast unique spells and generate unique effects. We have not been able to see the full effectiveness of this Tier.
Rain of Retribution: Tier Three is the most deadly of all. Upon the execution of this level of the limit break volleys upon volleys of spectral spears fall from the sky and stick into the area point first. Sky moves from spear to spear and dashes toward his target at high speeds, slow motion tracking show blurs and scans reveal incredible energy output. After using every spear available to attack his opponent the ground erupts in lag time from the high speed motion and power of the technique. This Tier of the Limit Break shows signs of approaching City levels of destruction in terms of power, for this reason Sky is to be monitored at all times.
Registered Equipment:
Galéda: The name of the Spear that Sky wields. It is six foot long with a blue shaft, leather wrapping starts at the middle of the shaft and weaves its way down to the butt in a cross pattern. The grip is black and the shaft is blue. The wood that the shaft is constructed out of seems to hold a toughness almost equal to that of titanium. The head and the butt, although bronze in color, are harder than steel but seem to be less durable than the shaft itself. When asked about this quality Sky said "The shaft is the soul of the spear, so it should be the hardest part. A strong soul strengthens the rest of the body." The head of the weapon has a single, six inch, spear head that is flanked on both sides by curved blades. Despite trying to call it a trident Sky corrects us at every opportunity. The spear seems capable of holding Materia and, to this end, it has been fitted with six Zephyr materia. Three in the shaft, one in the butt and 2 in the head.

Légahohvun: The only piece of armor that Sky has been shown to wear. He shows the ability to summon it from the extra dimensional space his magical ability maintains. Its a simple suit of armor that combines hardened leather and metal. It has a helmet, greaves, forearm guards, gauntlets, boots, leggings and a chest piece. The helmet covers most of the face with central piece coming down over the nose, it's bronze in color and has holes for his antlers. The greaves, Forearm Guards, boots are all made of a hardened leather and are rimmed in the same bronze colored armor. The Gauntlets cover the hands and attach to the forearm guards, made of the same bronze metal that covers his head. The chest piece and leggins are made out of the hardened leather, covering all vital areas but the chest guard lacks sleeves while the leggings stop at the knees. The hardened leather is black in color and apparently holds increadibly durability. Each piece of armor seems to be able to hold at least one materia, so at Skys request we've added one Zephyr Materia into each piece of armor. (OOC Note: Think Spartan style of Armor.)

Appearance: Due to his height and weight La lluvia is a very fit and lean fellow with just enough bulk to make him look imposing. Each muscle and muscle group that his body has is, for the most part, well defined. In particular the muscles upon his front and back torso are particularly well chiseled and can be seen flexing with every movement he makes. Overall there isn't much to him. He has tan, smooth, skin and wears only pants made of an especially durable fabric. This same fabric makes up the gloves upon his hands and the mask that covers the entirety of his head. Any hair that he had was lost under the all encompassing mask. The only things visible upon his head are his eyes and the general area around them, the tip and some bridge of the nose, and his mouth. As a Luchador he takes great pride in his mask and to that end its quite stylish.
-Mask & Costume The mask overall seems to be made out of a leather material and is black in color. The slightly ovate eye and mouth holes are outlined by thicker leather accents, with the accents around the eyes forming points that reach up over the forehead. The thicker leather accents are a dark, royal, blue. Over the entire front of the face of the mask flame like designs constantly churn but upon closer inspection it wasn't flames at all, but water moving and shaping itself like flames. Upon the back of the head, from the base of the neck, almost to the top is tight lacing which keeps the mask secure. Upon each hand, and running up the forearm to stop at the elbow, are gloves made from the same leather like material. The gloves are black, like the helmet, but thicker, dark royal blue, leather like accents outline the back of the hand in a square and run along his forearms as two parallel lines. Within the outlined squares images of water, burning like flame, can be seen. Hanging from the forearms of the gloves are a series of black tassels, five per forearm, and are about three foot in length. Over his lower body he wears black pants made from the same leather like material and rising up from the hem of each leg are those watery flames that constantly dances, the tips of each tongue stopping at about mid thigh level. Laced up black boots are found upon is feet.
Weapons or items He carries no weapons. But he is an experienced wrestler in both traditional styles and the high flying style that's typically associated with a Luchador. Other than this La lluvia is also proficient in non-wrestling hand to hand combat forms. In particular both traditional Boxing and Kickboxing. He's also a skilled acrobat.

Passives
La Pelea La Pelea represents the very nature of what La lluvia does for a living. As a freelance Luchador La lluvia puts everything into what it means to be a wrestler and integrates it into every aspect of his life. It's his fighting spirit, his soul, the very concept of his being. La Pelea, as an ability, is what gives La lluvia his powers and abilities. It passively effects the world around him in a non-aggressive manner making everything more vibrant and lively. The very presence of La lluvia is enough to excite the common man and during competitions it's infectious enough to cause cheering and excitement. Le Pelea also is the root of the various abilities and techniques that La lluvia demonstrates and is capable of, all of which will be detailed later. As much as it is an ability it is also a concept, a fundamental principle, for a wrestler. Excitement, Entertainment, and non stop action. La Pelea, and by proxy La lluvia, gets stronger the more fired up its user gets and often manifests itself as an aura of different colors depending on the wielder. During times of extreme excitement and stress the aura effect of La Pelea can extended itself to the surroundings, creating forces that mimic slightly increased gravity.
Teatro de Lucha Libre This is an effect that's a result of passive influence being exerted upon the surroundings whenever La lluvia steps into his character. It's non-combative and thoroughly insubstantial but at the same time it's flamboyant and loud. Drawing from the concept of his being Teatro de Lucha Libre brings into effect rowdy cheering, applause, yelling and other vocalizations of excitement. Along with that music can sometimes be heard playing from out of thin air with nothing around to produce such a sound. Pyrotechnics also find themselves brought into existence and flare up in a random display around La lluvia. Overall it's grandstanding at its finest complete with falling confetti or other celebratory expressions of a grand entrance. Consequently this can also effect others in the area if they're susceptible to it and fired up. Manifesting out of seeming nothingness will be a grand display that perfectly accentuates who they are, what they do, and how excited they are to be doing what they're doing.
Physical condition The intensity that La lluvia puts forth in his training and conditioning is nothing short of astounding. Although he had started out as a normal human his sheer determination and fighting spirit have allowed him to approach the superhuman. Everything about him is reinforced through his strict regimen. He is incredibly strong. This manifests itself in an ability to lift up medium to heavy vehicles which can range from 10 to 15 tons. He is incredibly fast. His reaction time allows him to respond to things that normally happen faster than the eye can see, accompanied by a heightened perception. He can also run faster then your average highway speed limit and swing his limbs at speeds that would render them blurs to the human eye and in some cases can dodge bullets. He is incredibly durable. His body can withstand tremendous punishment and his skin can only be pierced by the finest points and edges, even some low caliber ammunition will bounce off of his skin leaving only a bruise. His has incredible stamina. He can fight for hours if possible without tiring. But his physical condition comes with a quirk. If a contest is lower than his maximum output he can subconsciously scale down to match the playing field in which he is participating, acting within the spirit of competition.
Actives
Energy Projection La Pelea and his martial discipline come together to form the ability to project his bodies natural energy into the world around him. These aren't astral projections. This manifests itself as physical representation of his intent. Whether you call it chi, ki, or spiritual energy La lluvia is able to draw upon his body and soul to deliver a wide variety of energy attacks. The most common type of projection comes in the form of concentrated blasts that have a wide range of power and effectiveness. It can take the form of disconnected spheres, waves, or solid streams or connected augments. When utilized in a disconnected manner the projections are usually destructive and are packed with power. They are all able to inflict enough damage to destroy a vehicle or portions of buildings with relative ease and can wreak havoc on a body. Especially a body that isn't tempered enough or ready to receive an attack of that nature. There are times when destructive force is not required. In these cases the projections that manifest usually are meant to accomplish as single goal. They can be designed to just inflict blunt trauma or gather around an area in order to exert kinetic forces upon the surroundings. These are less destructive than other types of projections and only meant to inflict some kind of specific effect.
The other method that La lluvia can use is a more connected approach to his energy projection. Instead of disconnecting it from his body to launch at a distance he can use it to surround and enhance parts or all of his body. This concentrated form can have one or two applications. The first of which is augmenting his physical strength in times when he needs a bit more 'oomph' to accomplish his goals, even adding a more destructive aspect to an otherwise normal punch. The second is through a strengthening of his body. This allows a specific portion of his body to withstand a greater physical blow and/or adding metaphysical defenses, mostly against other abilities like his own or magics and other foreign energies. In both cases where his energy is more connected to his body a higher concentration can lead to greater effects, IE more strength or damage resistance.
This ability is facilitated by his fighting spirit and his mind. Which is why in some cases what he can do might resemble Telekinesis & Biokinesis.
Spiritual-Elemental Conversion Linked to La Pelea this allows La lluvia to alter the nature of his energy projections. These alterations take the form of an elemental affect of the Water,Fire, or Lightning types. Through a concentrated effort both the disconnected and connected types of energy projections he is capable of can have effects like one of the elemental types listed. It isn't creation as much as it's true conversion, using his energy reserves as a supplement for the materials necessary to create the effects. Instead of throwing out a projected wave from one of his punches, for example, he can instead throw a ball of fire. Instead of a simple kick augmented by one of his connected energy projections along with it comes a crashing wave of water. A simple grapple with parts of his body that are augmented by his connected energy projection can deliver shocks to fabrics and exposed flesh. The types of energy projections he can perform and the ways he can augment them can vary wildly. Multiple attacks that are performed in the same way can be vastly different from the one that came before and after it, with no two attacks being the same for quite some time. He is limited in this regard though and can't put two elemental types on the same attack and the elemental attribute removes the effect that the original energy projection would have accomplished.
For example. The aforementioned augmented kick on its own would just increase the kicks actual power, allowing La lluvia to hit harder and potentially break through a defense or deal more damage. If he were to add the water attribute onto the attack the additional power behind the kick in lost and instead the enemy is hit by the crashing wave instead.
Signature Moves: Although he likes to keep his style open and flexible there is a list of techniques that have found themselves common place within his fights.
Onda de falla: The internal energies granted to him by La Pelea are augmented and channeled into the element of water in a connected manner. From one of his limbs, it can be any including the head, the energy condenses and forms a hefty volume of cool water that follows the motion of the limb while keeping up with whatever speed it is moving at. When the physical strike of said limb connects with the target a the water, which gained momentum over the course of the strike, gains incredible momentum and crashes into the target. Not only would the target have to deal with power behind the punch but they'd have to deal from the kinetic energy built up within the water that'd hit them like a wave and wash over their body. Threatening to not only deal considerable impact damage but also attempt to throw its way against and over their form with the risk of knocking them off balance.
Viento de barrido: After dropping down low to the ground, in a near crouch, with one of his legs stretched out a quick and powerful turn of the body sends the extended limb toward his targets legs. The sweeping leg targets anywhere below the knees and powers on through to take an opponents legs out from under them. What sets this apart from a normal leg sweep is the fact that the extended leg is augmented with his internal energy. After the leg sweeps an opponent a power burst of kinetic energy spins around La lluvia in a quick tempest to lift the opponent off the ground.
Cuerpo fuerte: After channeling all of his internal energy into his body his skin takes on a bit of a blue hue. While under the effect his physical defenses are increased well beyond their already supernatural limits, allowing La lluvia to take his body farther than he would normally be able to. While his internal energy is enhancing the whole of his physical form he can then augment it to get various effects, a full list would be too long for a profile. The longer preparations are made for this technique the stronger it is.
Some of the effects one can expect from Cuerpo Fuerte: -Fire Resistance -Lightning Resistance -Water Resistance(Impact/Blunt damage resistance plus water breathing) -Pseudo-Elemental Physical State of Fire, Lightning, or Water
Rayo de arco: A special technique within his tree of augmenting his internal energy into lightning, or electricity. After a significant charge as been placed into each fist both of them make contact with the target is some form, doesn't matter which parts of the body. From one fist to the other an electrical current runs through the target's body in an arcing path. On the way through the electricity deals damage to tissues, flesh, and muscle and can even temporarily interrupt electrical signals traveling through the body. The intensity of the electrical charge increases depending on how much of a charge has been put in.
Fenix ascendente: From a standing or knelt position internal energy is gathered into the entire front of the body and then projected into the space in front of him. After either a leap forward or a small lunge the disconnected energy bursts into flame starting at a position relative to La lluvia's center of mass. It then cascades from there into a plume about five feet wide and six feet tall. The fire rushes forward and swarms the enemy, detonating upon contact with skin while Le lluvia comes through the smoke with one of many physical attacks.
Gota de martillo: Executed from a higher vantage point then his opponent La lluvia descends upon them with one arm in the front serving as a guard and the other cocked back into a high chambered position. When close enough the chambered limb is enhanced with internal energies and shot forth toward the target. Adding gravity to the momentum of the strike along with the amplified power due to the added energy this strike can easily flatten vehicles of all sizes.
Escalada de araña: Although this is one of his signature moves it is not an attack at all, at least up front. Due to his background in Lucha Libre La lluvia is a high flyer among high flyer's within the sport. Despite his matches normally taking place within an established ring, complete with corners and ropes, there are those battlegrounds that don't come with such luxuries. So to compensate he created a technique that allows him to use his energy to stick to any surface, allowing him to climb it and use it in the same manner that he would use a top rope.
Finishing Move
Tormenta caída: To achieve this final state of victory La lluvia must have already beat his opponent into a weakened state in which fighting back is either not likely or next to impossible. Internal energies are gathered into the right fist which is then jammed into the stomach of an opponent with more than 100% of what La lluvia is capable of, forcing his target to bend forward. He then steps to one side of his opponent and wraps both arms around their torso from the back, so his hands come to rest upon their general abdomen area. He then lifts the target up over his head, now holding them generally under the arm pits, and power bombs them onto the ground with enough force to shatter concrete and pavement. He then stands perpendicular to the downed opponent and does a single front flip only to land knees first onto their abdomen and releasing stored internal energies, releasing devastating power down onto his target.
Hype: Young La lluvia wasn't always a Luchador. In his youth he was a dutiful son who went to school and did his chores like any other boy. He had a beautiful mother and energetic father who took up the high flying, Luchador, profession. His name was Tormenta del Este and he was one of the original members of the group that formed the Luchalliance after Rey de la Oscuridad II rose to power on the backs of fallen Lucha Libre. He was always told tales of the alliance and its fight against one of the strongest and most evil Luchador that the profession had ever seen. The members of the Luchalliance were heroes to the young man and he looked up to them like Idols, he aspired to be them and thanks to the tutelage of his father the young man eventually started his rise to becoming La lluvia. Unfortunately for the young man his father was taken away from him before his time. It seemed that old age and damage taken from past fights was too much for Tormenta del Este to overcome. One night he passed away in his sleep which left his family devastated.
La lluvia had all the motivation that he needed to shotgun his way through the ranks of Lucha Libre. He climbed his way up to the top echelons of the sport and took his place right next to his father in the Luchalliance hall of fame. One day though La lluvia heard of the resurgence of Rey de la Oscuridad II and sought to meet him in the ring. He wanted to face the threat that his father faced and triumph over it like his father did. But El jaguar found the young man first and offered him a proposal. A tournament was taking place in another part of the multiverse. From it a champion could rise and the implications of such were unknown. So for a short time La lluvia, along with other members of the Luchalliance, would follow the jaguar into the battlefield side by side, only for the chance to fight him personally and prove that he is just as much as a Luchador as his father.

Build: Fit and lean, muscled and cut from hard labor. Defining Marks: Scar on his face that runs from the bridge of his nose to the cheek, plus various scars on his body. Description: Due to a life of working with his hands and moving earth through physical means his body is well muscled and very fit. He's healthy due to his lifestyle and although not a vegetarian he eats a lot of greens. His physique has some fat on it but not too much since muscle definition is easily noticeable. His skin is slightly tan, despite picture, with a healthy complexion. When ever he's not working he's wearing black glasses over his brown eyes. His hair was short cropped but most of the time left messy, seeing no reason to keep it maintained since he works. Around his full lips is a blonde goatee as well, this being the only facial hair he keeps on his face. A scar runs from the bridge of his nose to his cheek with others adorning different parts of his torso. Whenever he works he wears his company's single blue jump-suit with the name on the back. When outside of working he typically wears whatever he wants or whatever is the closest thing he can grab at the time.
Fighting Information
Fighting Style: Kickboxing. Years Practiced: 18 years. Description of style: Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muay Thai and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. The style, much like others, is a prime method of self defense and is good at dishing out fast combinations of punches and kicks. The target points for this style vary as there are high, medium and low variations of all the strikes that make up the art's foundation. He also adds in a bit of minor grappling.
Finnegan uses Chi, or Qi, as the resource and mechanic behind his abilities. Chi/Qi representing pure Life Force
Chi Name: Strength of the World.
Chi Ability: Finnegan's chi allows him to buff himself in various ways in order to improve his own statistics. These range from increasing his strength, toughness, quickness, intelligence or insight for a short period of time. The more time Finnegan is given to focus the longer these buffs can last. In the case of fighting situations, 3 posts is typically the length of time it'll last.
Might of the Earth - The forces of earth can create and destroy mountains. Through his buff Finnegan increases his physical strength for a short duration.
Toughness of the Forest - Trees withstand even the greatest forces turned against them, their roots digging down deep into the earth in order to keep themselves from moving. Through this buff Finnegan increases his physical defense for a short duration.
Flow of the Water - Oceans and rivers can move at both very rapid and very restrained speeds. Water maneuvers and weaves around all in its path, filling every crevice. Through this buff Finnegan increases his physical speed, including reaction time, for a short duration.
Knowledge of Gaia - The earth has seen many thousands of years of life and contains mountains worth of knowledge, spanning back through to it's birth. Through this buff Finnegan increases his Intelligence for a short duration.
Whispers of the Wind - When the air moves it carries with it whatever it picks up. Along it's currents is carried that which one may not see at first. Through this buff Finnegan increases his Wisdom for a short duration.
Insight of the Leaves - None among the plants of nature view more than the leaves from their higher vantage points, they see what's coming and what others may not. Through this buff Finnegan increases his Insight for a short duration.
Chi Strengths: The obvious strengths that this technique provides are the buffs that increase his various statistics, even if it is only for a short period of time. In the right moments these different buffs could be crucial to the difference of victory and defeat. On top of that these buffs can be instantaneous and last for a short duration, more focus increases that amount of time the buff's last.
Chi Weaknesses: These different buffs are quite a bit to maintain, pushing the body past it's ordinary limit. Because of this only one buff can be maintained at a time and a cool down period is required before another buff is activated. The same buff can not be activated in succession.

History Information
History: Finnegan Brian Gallagher was born to a very average family and was given all the advantages that a middle class family could manage in his younger years. Luckily enough the punishment system didn't seem to extend to the elementary and middle schools that he attended but his parents knew from talk around their home town that things were going to change as the governments plan started to unravel. By the time Finnegan was 10 they had already enrolled him in self defense programs in order to make sure that their son would be able to weather the storm that was approaching. By the time the punishment system was in full swing in the various high schools and academies his parents were activists that opposed the system, knowing that it would bring harm to their son. Regardless Finnegan pushed on with his life and even developed an interest in Botany. His interest in carried with him through his school years and from a young age he self researched a lot of information on the subject. His life took a drastic turn when he hit high school, being fresh meat caused him to be targeted. Even on the first day he started to run into trouble and although he managed to put down the first kid that caused him trouble stronger ones kept popping up out of the woodwork.
He wouldn't be able to count the amount of times he got his ass handed to him on the first day, although he'd be able to tell you that he managed to survive the first day of school. Going on through the following weeks the trouble for him just seemed to intensify, reality quickly crashing down upon him that for the next four years of his life he was going to have to be fighting for what he held dear. He wanted his education, oddly enough. He wanted his education and right to learn enough that he fought for it. Day after day he was involved in scuffles, blows were exchanged and eventually he formed a group of friends. They were others that started on the same day as him and they worked together to try and protect themselves. Even with this new found comaraderie he still met many defeats. As he got older he got into conflicts that ended with him in the hospital. By the time he was in his second year of school he started to get problems from the teachers and in many different cases found that he had to defend himself not only from the student body but also part of the staff. He spent more days in Hospitals that he'd care to admit and over 4 years developed a few battle scars but eventually he graduated.
Over the time of his experience through high school, due to the constant threat of losing his life, Finnegan eventually figured out how to manifest some of the inner power that he had seen some teachers and other students use on occasions. He discovered this early in his high school years, half way through his freshman year when he took a pretty savage beating. Over time he focused it and learned more about it, realizing that it had something to do with his interest in nature. He spent the years of his high school life trying to hone it.
When he heard about Concord Glen he immediately started to head in the communities direction, wanting to be involved so that he could meet up with others that went through the same things that he did. He sought to try and help kids of future generations avoid the troubles that he went through. Even though the punishment and pillar systems were abolished eventually he knew that it wasn't going to stop, some kids simply liked to fight. He signed up with the company that did garden and lawn care for the community and was sent there quickly. He immediately settled into his tasks and found his new home. He did his best to adjust quickly although he felt that he should try to keep his head down.
Concord Glenn eventually paid off and became a paradise for those that experienced the roughness of childhood that the Pillar System brought on. He still lives in Concord Glenn to this day, helping troubled kids and teens deal with their issues.
