@BurningDaisies Actually I see you folks discussing the weapon triangle. I can leave or keep it personally. We won't have grid movement (urgh so many turns!) but if you guys like the advantages/disadvantages of weapons, we can keep it. But the last thing I want to get into is dealing with stats or distinguishing between certain swords. Though if someone tries to fight with a parasol or some other random low grade weapon, I will be pretty fucking impressed.

I have been toying with the concept of having small contests for certain parts of the story, I know some GMs offer some kind of challenge or wacky concept like 'Most Emotional Post' or 'Fighting with the most randomly found object' or something. I've also been toying with hiding certain items in certain areas (potions, clothing, weapons, coin etc) the way some RPGs work to spur quests or to just add to someone's inventory. Would that be interesting or too troublesome?

@Dynamo Frokane You will be playing "Sibling 2 From Hoshido - A younger male stubborn, passionate soul who isn't afraid to speak up." And yes this is more like Revelations down the middle. I'll be Sibling 1 from Hoshido and two twins who have placed themselves in each kingdom to rally some forces together. However I'm not trying to copy the game's storyline. And based on your question, I assume you won't need an info drop (so to speak) in the OOC?
