She was assigned to their squadron after their general was killed in battle and she lost her squadron of rookies in the same battle. It was her old master who had been killed - the same man who had helped convince the jedi council to alllow Rex to adopt her and raise her as his own. The loss hit them all hard and made his squadron challenge the young jedi every chance they got, sometimes even on the battlefield. But as they go on missions and she slowly gains her new squadrons trust and respect, feelings begin to grow between herself and her commander. But one night, when they are trapped and alone, those frustrations come out--and at first, they could seem to be blaming each other. But as they get closer, they start to touch, to feel each other's bodies - they ignore rules and regulations and end up sleeping with each other. They think it's just a fling - that it'll die down eventually and go back to normal. But the feelings don't die down like they thought they would, in fact, they grow stronger and they continue their romance in secret.

They even keep it a secret when on missions, even when his men start questioning them. Soon it becomes rather obvious to the rest of the squadron what is going on between the two of them, but they don't speak up and keep quiet about the things happening. Continuing on, they become more frequent lovers, as you say, but each time they have sex and they bond--they get closer. And it becomes more apparent to the troopers under YC's command, there seems to be going on between the two. His entourage gradually comes to accept and turn a blind eye to their fraternization; some are a bit jealous, some skeptical on the moral ambiguity of the situation. When Emperor Palpatine gives the order, the jedi sends YC on a lone mission to destroy some shield generators or something - leaving her with the rest of his squadron. They turn on her, wound her and she runs. YC having destroyed the shield generators with thermite bombs, turns his attention to finding my Jedi - as he too is under the control of the inhibitor chip implanted in every clone. He finds her before the rest do. She feels safe, momentarily, until he draws his blaster.

She draws her lightsaber, but she can't fight him. This triggers YC to resis the chip, his hands start shaking, drops his weapon, fumbles to take his helmet off, and then--he claws at the back of his neck; ripping and scraping until he tears out the chip holds it up to look at it and says something like "I won't kill the woman I love, go fuck yourself." And crushes it in his hand. He then immediately checks on his Jedi Lover, bandages her up, kisses her and takes her light saber (as evidence) grabs his helmet and when she asks where he's going he could reply " To knock since into my men." Once YC has subdued his former comrades, he takes out their chips, seals their wounds by stapling it back together--they become loyal to HIM. The group deserts the place they were originally at, taking only supplies they would really need, and destroying all else making it look like the droids and overrun their position and destroyed everything. They even kill quite a few of their own, still under the inhibitor chips influence with blasters that once belonged to the droids they had also killed.

YC, his lover (MC), and the few troopers take a LAAT/I gunship and move elsewhere, where they hold up modifying it so that it could properly function in the vacuum of space. During this time, the two become especially close; with dreams of a new life, the possibility of a family even though he ages at accelerated rate. He proposes to her, she says yes--and because he doesn't fully understand yet, what marriage or even proposing is per se, instead of a ring he gives her something very valuable to him--his holotags. That tell all he is, all he was and drapes it around her neck. They make love, and this time the seeds he sows takes bearing (AKA she is pregnant), but they don't know quite yet. Sometime after, just as he and the rest of his troopers finish up with the work to take off--a large contingent of troopers are spotted headed in their direction. While the traps they placed on their move, destroy or damage numerous vehicles--it isn't enough. Something must hold them off. Deciding she would be better of protected by a group of troopers, he trades weapons with one of his teammates for much heavier firepower, and as the ramp opens up he look back at his lover and in a casual manner salutes her as his "general" then states "Gilmore Company will keep you safe--till death do us part." and walks out telling one clone under his command to shut the hatch.

A massive battle begins to unfold; which all she can do is watch at this point. He shows her just how skilled ARC troopers really are as wave after wave of clones come after him and he uses the skills which are ingrained in him; both with savagery and fitness as he utilizes the terrain, using other clones, still living, injured or dead, as shields. At one point he gets struck with a sniper shot and falls to one knee. The hordes of troopers running after him, with his lover looking over his back. He sees the smoldering point of entry from the blaster and covers it with mud so that she can't see just much damage had been done--but she feels it. The Force makes her chest throb with excruciating pain but she watches him still get up and then, he does something she wouldn't expect at all. His gauntlet blade flung out of his left gauntlet, but his right hand...ignites her lightsaber and they genuinely think he is a Jedi as he just begins cutting a swathe through the troopers. A second shot is fired at him, and he falls to his knees just as the craft his lover is own takes flight, turns and flies away.

What SHE doesn't see is him being kicked over in the muck and dirt, rain falling down on his cracked visor and him saying: "Clone Troopers...Created to fight...bred to win...born to die." Yet he doesn't die but laying there he believed he was going to die, he is MIA for nine months before he somehow happens to find them just only moments after she gave birth. His most trusted 'brother' just happened to be standing guard when YC approaches, he somehow manages to slip by him and enters the room to find MC asleep in the hospital bed - two cribs not far from her. She can sense him in the room, when she wakes up she is too weak to defend herself or her children because she doesn't recognize him is the only reason she wants to defend herself. When his right hand man enters the room to remove the man is when YC speaks up, asking if she had moved on with his 'brother'. That is when everything becomes clear to the jedi and the other clone, he never died that day - he is in rough shape and probably needs much needed medical attention.

He doesn't want to leave his men behind in fear or what would happen if it was ever discovered about what would happen, they make sure to go somewhere that the empire won't think to look - helping rebels when they can. The rp will continue on from her, a few of his men can leaving while the more trusted ones stick around to help keep the children safe as well as MC since if it was ever figured out that she was alive, they would hunt her down and kill her.
