The Day of Suffering
Cruelty of the soldiers
Blood ran down the face
He was the big disgrace
those he loved and saved
He was more than brave
His head crowned with
Thorns made of sinners
Deeds too great for man
To overcome
The man was impaled on his hands by two sharp blows of a hammer, blood dripping
Each blow harder than the last, blood dripping down his palm and face, laughing of guards
The chains of hell and sin itself was shattering upon his blood and life. He was dying slowly
Blood streaming down his side
Shadow’s and storms brewed
Over the hill where he died
The soldiers feared
And a mother wept
The son of god was destroyed
For the creations that his father loved
Hell had lost their fight this day
Heaven has won and god was pleased
And inside us all on this blessed day
An inner pure essence that told
Us that this blessed day that
Hell was no longer powerful
God has won this victory for us all.
