Just as Nemo retracted the shipping container's doors closed, Travis himself turned his attention back to the runic lock he had just unsealed moments ago. While unlocking the rune was a part of their plan to stowaway without being unnoticed, Travis briefly worried that allowing the rune to be publically viewed in its current state would not doubt give themselves away, even despite their best efforts to mask their presence. Luckily however, sealing the door had re-engaged the magic lock as his light projection spell then illustrated.

Travis cancelled out his spell once Nemo had secured their presence within the confines of the container via the establishing of a unique and small device to each possible corner of their hijacked space. This was apparently working off of Raiya's earlier statement regarding the assumed circumstance of Seidon's crew being able to detect them in some unnamed nor presented fashion. It was a smart idea of course and the more they could to avoid drawing attention the better.

As Raiya and Nemo we at it again with another session of personal dialogue, Raiya bluntly asked if someone had carried anay water on them. As it so happens, Travis held a policy of bringing with him one or two canteens and the occasional alcohol-filled flask during similar expeditions. Naturally, he reacted to Raiya's question and began extracting one of the canteens from his coat's inner holsters. While pulling the canteen, he summoned his mana into his hand, causing a rune on the large to emit a light bluish glow. He could already feel the bottle cooling upon retrieving it.

"Yeah, I got some water with me." Travis replied as he held the canteen out as an offering, "here y-"

Travis' voice was suddenly cut off by sound of a loud horn of an approaching ship. He froze in place he could hear activity from outside the container as dock crews and machinery began working their host ship arrived. Not long after that, a manadial that Nemo had seized began ringing in which he scrambled to answer lest someone outside took notice. Sure enough, the caller was Seidon himself seeking to talk with Logan. Travis gulped upon remembering Nemo and Raiya having dispatched him just earlier. However Nemo, pulling the same trick as before with the dock's announcement system, imitated Logan's voice and manner of talking and replied to Seidon's query. Thankfully, it appeared Seidon fell for it soon their small talk had ended.

As if the atmosphere couldn't be anymore negatively influencing, Travis and everyone else then experienced a sudden sense of weightlessness as their container had then began to rise into air as begun rising from the ground, likely due to a crane from outside ferrying the over to the ship. The Untalent braced with his back against the inner wall of the container, trying to keep his balance as the container shifted its weight. Eventually that moment soon ended too as the shipping container finally met with a flat surface once more. Travis slowly slid towards the floor of the container, bothered but now calming now they had a moment of stillness.

Looking over to Nemo after the white-haired Talent commented with reassurance on their current situation, Travis simply replied, "don't jinx us."

Raiya thought about what Nemo said. Was it really true he wasn't born a talent? Raiya didn't know what she could trust when it came to Nemo. Nemo always said wild and outlandish things that mostly confused or angered her, and Raiya always just assumed that Nemo's reason for doing such was to illicit reactions. But this didn't seem like something with a reactionary nature, nor did it seem like he would lie about something like that. But it seemed impossible given the amount of mana Nemo currently possessed. If Raiya had a keener manalysis would she be able to see two mana wells? Or would it be just one? Raiya decided to take Nemo's word on the subject until she could ask Felix about it, she would have to remind herself to bring it up when they got back.

"I see... It's not only rare but extremely unique to see an untalent with the power you have." She said, implying she hadn't fully bought his explanation. But she left it at that, not bringing any further accusations out.

Raiya looked over to Travis who was using a rune to light the shipping container. He extended out a canteen of water towards Raiya. Raiya accepted the canteen and began to drink deep greedy gulps. "Thanks, Travis. I didn't really pack much for this mission. I'll make sure to bring a bunch of my own provisions next time." Raiya said after finishing the rest of the water in the canteen.

Zoey entered the container and began looking through her medical supplies for something that might help Zuri. To be honest, the kid looked mostly fine, just a little scratched up. Her reaction to being hurt was catching the witch off guard a little bit. In the end, she simply decided on a pain killer. She produced a few sprigs of bark and handed it to Zuri. "Chew on that. It's basically aspirin. When it's pulp, use it to cover your scratches, and then cover it with these bandaids." She hands Zuri two linen bandaids that stuck to themselves for easy application. She then entered the container, finding a good place to sit and listen to partner and partnerette talk about talent marks and blah blah blah. She was beginning to miss the straight-cut morals of fighting monsters, and not killing humans. Even the shittier ones.

Zuri put both her hands out when Zoey handed her the sprigs and bandaids. She got into the container along with the others and started following the instructions given to her on treating the minor wounds from falling and the minor burn marks she got from the explosion. Zuri started chewing on the sprigs, and when it was paste-like in her mouth, she took it out and applied it onto her wounds. She quickly applies the bandaids on the spots to keep the medicine in. "Thanks Zoey.." she says quietly with a smile.

"Untalent... I never really liked that term. Always seemed so negative. Plus it's hardly accurate, I've met many of 'untalents' more talented than any 'talent' could ever be." Nemo commented.

Before he could say any more, the ship blasted off a horn to signal it would leave the harbor. The crate shifted a bit when the ship lurched forward, returning back to it's home out in the sea. "I hope everyone is comfortable, because we're gonna be here for a while." Nemo said, leaning his head back and closing his eyes.

Roughly three hours had passed, but it was hard to tell exactly where they were. Seidon's ship clearly traveled faster than the most ships were capable of, but from within the dark container it was hard to tell just how much faster it was going. By now heavy rainfall and wind could be heard crashing against the crate, the storm made Nemo think that they were getting close. Before Nemo could try to approximate their location any further he heard the heavy footsteps of a group of people through the rainfall. They had heard various crew-mates walk about the ship, but none seemed as rushed and organized as these did.

"Alright you lazy asses! If you can find the new shipment of munitions before my boots get filled to the brim with water you'll get extra in the messdeck tonight!" The leader called out, followed by an "Aye aye!" of the seamen in unison.

The command caused Nemo to open his eyes, now on alert. He got up from his seat and stepped over to one of the large cargo boxes and pulled the tarp off it, revealing multiple army green metal containers. If that wasn't enough, he flipped one of the cases open to reveal multiple firearms stowed inside and padded with foam. "Uh oh." He mumbled.

Raiya shrugged her shoulders at Nemo's discomfort of the term she used, "I didn't make up the term, the Romans did, so blame them." Raiya explained. "Any other Roman words I should know about that trigger you? Perhaps the word, "canon" and its origins as the Roman measuring stick gets your goat?" Raiya rhetorically taunted.

Raiya spent a bit of time with her eyes closed, introspecting a bit on everything that had happened recently. She took internal stock of her goals and her plan to implement them. After about 3 hours of this she heard some voices outside that snapped her out of her basic meditation. When Nemo opened one of the cases, Raiya hopped off of the boxes she was sitting on and opened a few of them to reveal smaller boxes of ammunition. "Oh you've got to be shitting me," Raiya cursed, "Well, what the hell do we do now?" She asked

"Um, thanks?" Travis couldn't assess immediately if Nemo was countering with argument or a compliment.

While distracted by the external activity that influenced their container, Travis had failed to notice Raiya accepting his canteen and downing it thoroughly. Upon receiving it back, Travis felt the lightness of the canteen and even examined its port and well past it in hopes of there being any water remaining. Unfortunately he found none.

"...yeah I'll hold ya too that," said a disappointed Travis as he tucked the canteen back into his coat, "hope you don't have to go during the trip."

Per Nemo's advisory, Travis made himself comfortable where sat, knowing that their stowaway voyage would likely take a longer while before the ship reached its fated destination. There wasn't much conversation during the down time which Travis was satisfied enough with. As usual with his own moments, he felt the need to at least make himself productive by drawing away at his notepad towards a new spell for later. Time would eventually pass without anything alarming. The occasional patrol outside from the unwary crewmembers would come and go without batting an eye to the hijacked container. That however soon changed when a number of voices congregated outside which drew Travis' attention from his work. While the hull of the container naturally muffled the sound from the outside, it did stop Travis from adequately hearing one someone ordering the assembled personnel to find a shipment of weapons they had brought with them.

"Munitions? That doesn't sound good. Wait..." Travis commented aloud but before he could continue on, he thought he heard the sound of a steel door creaking open. Another one soon followed. Travis quickly pressed his ear to their container's hull and soon made out that the sounds he was hearing were coming from other containers nearby, "oh hell, they're searching the containers."

Travis then backed away and turned to see Nemo and Raiya almost scrambling to unveil the cargo stored within their occupied container. As it so happens, their container was the lucky number storing the weapons the crew were looking for. Had it now been for their situation turning dire, Travis could almost see himself sarcastically justifying his earlier statement to Nemo. Though if he would follow through with it was however another matter entirely.

"Can't go outside without drawing attention to ourselves...unless you're willing to go guns blazing..." Travis advised following Raiya's vocal concern, It was then he realized what he just unintentionally said and quickly produced an elaboration, "...figuratively speaking though I suppose being literal wouldn't be out of the question."

Travis then produced a tome and began quickly shifting through its pages, "my only other idea would to stay where we are, assuming if anyone has an awesome illusion spell they'd like to show off."

"I'm always willing to go guns blazing." Nemo replied to Travis softly, putting his hand into his jacket and retrieving his silver colored revolver. "It might be a good opportunity to grab a weapon if you want as well, Travis. They're free." He suggested, cocking the hammer back on his pistol. Soon after a sailor reached the group's container and banged on the side of it. "Here she is o're here!" He called out, gathering the rest of the sailors over.

"Well don't just stand there, get 'er open!" The leader commanded back after walking over.

With those words any way avoiding confrontation went overboard, but Nemo didn't seem to be worried one bit. If anything he seemed to be interested by the challenge. As they began to unlock the door Nemo closed his eyes for a moment and put all his focus on locating exactly where the sailors were standing. "Three directly in front of the door, two off to the left, one off to the right." He whispered. "No worries, luckily I have six shots and brought the right ammunition to pull this off." He added, speaking slightly louder.

As the sailors got close to unlocking and opening the door Nemo started rapidly spin his revolver in place with one hand. "I suggest you cover your ears... this is going to be loud." The door suddenly came ajar, then swung open, revealing three ruggedly dressed sailors standing in the dark dreary weather. "Hu-?" One of them began to question before immediately getting cut off by Nemo abruptly halting his spinning and fan firing all six shots of his revolver off. The speed at which he was able to fire the gun made it hard to discern how many shots he fired, the gunshots all seemed to blur into one.

The first three rounds took out the three standing in front of the door from left to right. However the other three intentionally missed, instead hitting another metal container across from the group and ricocheting off with a metal ping to kill the three unseen personnel in an impressive display of marksmanship. Afterwards all six of the sailors fell dead on the floor without a word.

Satisfied, Nemo returned to idly spinning his revolver and slowly walked out of the container. He silently inspected his handiwork, and once finished turned back to the group. "Anyone want to place bets on when security measures kick in? My money is on twenty seconds. Twenty dollars on twenty seconds." Nemo joked to break the silence.

Nemo checked his manadial and was no longer able to get any communications or maps to work. He then turned to the sky, which was filled with dark clouds, making it appear as if it was night, and it only got darker the way the ship was headed. The only thing that lit up the sky was the frequent flashes of lightning. The sea was erratic with heavy waves as well.

"It's too late for them to turn back now, us being seen wont call off anything. After they crossed the threshold Seidon might as well have let go of the controls, which means he isn't really needed anymore" Nemo assured them, stopping once he heard the ships horn sound out in alarm. His gaze was drawn to the bridge, which was suddenly covered in a large yellow magic barrier. Nemo looked back to his watch, "What did I tell you? Twenty seconds." He noted with a chuckle.

"That barrier is too advanced to be taken out by force, but it can be disabled by destroying it's emitters. One is located up here." Nemo pointed out a large antenna glowing the same color as the barrier at the other end of the ship. "The other is below." He explained. "Raiya and I will take care of the antenna below. Travis, you'll lead Zoey and Zuri to disable the one up here."

"You'll obviously run into some resistance on the way, likely Seidon's crew. Luckily you wont be going in totally blind, I've researched the important ones beforehand. We've got Caspian Crowhurst, Seidon's first mate. Lori Mizzen, a untalent sniper. Roy Decker, a witch hunter. Finally Sap and Sin Tao, two identical twin swordsmen." Nemo finished. "Any questions?"

Raiya materialized her H&K USP-45 ACP, the pistol itself was relatively normal sized, not too big not too small, but the suppressor extended the barrel an extra six inches making the pistol a bit ridiculous in length. She also materialized her sword, only taking the the kogatana (the small knife that had its own compartment on the much much larger odachi's scabbard) before dropping her sword letting it vanish back into her manainventory. She extended her arms out crossing them in an experienced militaristic fashion. She held her pistol in her right hand on top, and used her left hand with the dagger clenched in it below her right hand to support the weight of her right hand in order to make her hand more steady. "I only have one question," Raiya said, "Can you save some for me?" Raiya asked, nodding her head in the direction of the dead sailors.

Raiya was in her element, small confined spaces and fast paced action, this was what she was used to on a daily basis, it was what gave her a thrill and kept her blood pumping. 12 rounds in her magazine, one in the chamber, and her kogatana to pick up the slack, that was all she needed to bring down any normal threat that would come her way.

Just after Travis voiced his suggestions, Nemo was more than happy to address their predicament with trigger happy violence as he armed himself. The Untalent nearly objected to this statement but ultimately, it was perhaps their only answer now that the ship's crew outside had found their container storing their munitions. Sparring little time, the crew outside disengaged the runic lock and then pried the container's doors open, only to be met by Nemo's skillfully executed fan-fire from his revolver, dropping all of them dead.

With coast now clear for the time being, everyone made their way onto the bloodied deck while the ship shifted postures as the seas became rougher. Travis noted that the weather was getting darker, heralding the worse of the storm as flashes of lightning could be seen close by and the roar of thunder echoing through out the region; wherever that was. Just as Nemo mirthfully predicted in a wager no one was going to participate in, the ship's alarm blared having been likely triggered by someone nearby having witnessed the sudden carnage. Soon the vessel's main bridge structure encompassed itself in a magical barrier as security protocols were now in effect. Travis surmised this was a precaution in preventing the ship from being hijacked.

Nemo declared the bridge as their new objective and pointed out that the barrier was being projected by a couple of emitters placed both inside and outside the ship. He had also discussed then detailed his plan to have their lot split up into two teams to deactivate both emitters but also warned that the resistance that they may encounter would come from Seidon's own vanguard of thugs. It became obvious that Nemo had gone into great lengths in gathering this information so they would be all the more prepared for the tasks set before them.

"Seem pretty clear to me," Travis replied after Nemo inquired if anyone had concerns they wanted to bring up, "though while I'm not usually thrilled in operating a firearm..."

Travis' voice wondered off after having found a particular article in his tome he'd been skimming through the entire time and begun speaking in old gothic as he enacted an incantation. As he cited the tome, Travis presented his right hand now imbued with a eerie green aura towards the munitions. The cases storing the armaments suddenly shook, almost violently even until they broke open, revealing a number of firearms flying out in the same creepy aura. The collection of rifles, automatics both compact and full sized, and other conventional guns loaded their magazines and shells and cocked into combat readiness as if some unseen entities were actually operating them.

"...I wouldn't reckon you'd be opposed to us taking all of them would you?" said Travis having finished his spell and turning to face his team , bearing a clever grin on his face. He then looked over his shoulder towards Zoey and Zuri, "you guys ready?"

With the orders sorted out Nemo nodded and slipped his revolver back into his jacket after reloading it. He walked off towards an entrance into the ship and used his magic to spin the hatch and unseal the door. "I can't decide, sword or guns? What do you think Raiya?" He asked, thinking of all the choices he had, as well as remembering the katana he showed her earlier.

With two fingers Nemo flicked the heavy metal door open and stepped inside. The lights inside were somewhat dim, something that didn't bother Nemo one bit. However what did bother him was the sorry aged state the interior of the ship was in. Apparently no amount of magic spells or incantations would save this vessel from the hard wear of the sea.

So far the inside was vacant, no sign of resistance in sight. But that didn't surprise Nemo, he knew that Seidon preferred a smaller more tight-knit crew than most ships did. Nemo wandered around the hallway till he found a set of stairs going further down. "Have you ever used a revolver before?" He asked as he began to descend the stairs.

By this point three sailors had come into view for Travis & Co. Two of them unarmed, likely mages, the other brandishing a pump shotgun. Though it seemed they still had more time before the sailors would reach them.

Zuri covered her ears before Nemo fired his revolver. It was indeed very loud, and before she knew it, everyone who was outside of the container when the doors swung open was dead. She picked up a pistol and found some suitable ammo from one of the crates that were left open. Zuri looks over at Travis, lets out a nervous laugh and just smiles, implying that she wasn't thrilled, but it's not like they would take no as an answer.

Zoey reached into one of the boxes and pulled out two weapons. One of them was a black UMP .45 with a standard magazine and generally straightforward design. The other was a M4 H20 tactical shotgun, which was pump-action and loaded under the receiver. The decision took her a bit longer than the others, eventually dropping the UMP into her dimensional 'locker' along with some spare ammo for both weapons, and taking to loaded shotgun. "Taking them all would take too much energy," she mumbles to herself, "Even if this is enough to keep up a war effort. This is just a few frags short of a Doom boss fight..." She shakes her head and nods to Travis.

"Lead the way, monsieur. Just, let me do a quick 'sweep' of the deck." It being later in the day, the lunar which had a fine trick up her sleeve. The moon had risen just above the horizon, and that was enough to give a little boost to her abilities. Her form flickered between her illusion and her more feral form, before a rain of pinkie-sized, silver energy bolts rained on the deck above them. While it was particularly draining to perferate such a large area with magic, she did now have a nice, back-up kick. Using shadows didn't require too much energy anyways.

"Now, lets hit that emitter."

Raiya followed closely behind Nemo, a bit adjacent to him so she wasn't pointing her gun at his back. Nemo stepped through the open hatch. "Well, I did already pull out my own gun so you can guess what I am going to be using for a bit." Raiya replied, "I could pretty much so care less what you use as long as you are competent with it. Raiya continued to follow Nemo through the ship's corridors, and had her pistol and kogatana extended out while keeping her senses sharp as they walked.

The ship was obviously old, which, Raiya assumed, was due to the fact that the Captain refused to retire her in favor of a newer one. It was probably mostly due to sentiment that the Captain continued to sail this ship, and Raiya understood this notion a bit as she adhered to the, "if it ain't broke don't fix it" ideology herself.

"I have fired a revolver before, it was an old single-action colt 45." She replied, "Why'd you ask?" She asked curiously.

The two unarmed mages generated shields to cover them from the hail of magic attacks, however the shotgun wielder wasn't as lucky, suffering two unpleasant looking gashes before he could take cover under a metal rafter. The shields began to buckle under the rapid hits, but still held up.

Once it was over the shotgun wielding sailor popped up from cover and fired two buckshots, one at Zoey, the other at Travis. Followed by one of the mages shooting out a wide slash of energy long enough to hit all three.

"If it's considered a weapon chances are I'm competent with it. Give me a fork or a pencil and maybe things will get a bit more complicated." Nemo replied. He pondered the thought of what to use for a couple moments before deciding. "Firing a gun down here isn't going to be pleasant to the ears, that's for sure. The sword's more suited for a finale instead of cannon fodder, so I'll probably use the opportunity to use some spells and stretch my muscles."

"Ah, the single action army, my personal favorite. My own revolvers are a heavily customized version of that." He said. "I just wanted to know what you thought of them is all. So what did you think?" Nemo asked. After walking for a bit Nemo turned a corner to a long hallway. However he was surprised to see a sailor crouched on the ground with a bipodded heavy machine gun in front of him. He immediately began to open fire.

Nemo was nearly too late to use his warp to fade back behind the corner for cover. Thankfully Raiya was behind him so she didn't risk getting hit. The extremely loud gunfire continued on for a couple seconds even after Nemo was safe. Once it ceased Nemo slowly turned to Raiya and whispered. "I think they've set up a ambush." He returned to a normal tone. "There's one on the machine gun, two to the left, one to the right from what I could see. Probably more past them. I could use a spell to disperse them unless you want to take a shot at it?" He asked.

"Then lets get-"

Travis' sentence was cut of the moment two of the ship's crew members Zoey nearly fried quickly rose of cover and retaliated. One sailor let off a couple discharges from their shotgun while one of the mages that survived the barrage let loose a horizontal surge of magical energy down towards then. The counter attack was too fast for Travis to produce a proper defensive response and instead he shouted with urgency, "hit the deck!"

Travis threw his own body forward on to the metal floor in a desperate effort to evade the attacks. While the instance of the moment was quick, he could vividly hear buck shots zipping by and ricocheting wildly off the behind them just before the mage's magical wave of energy sizzled overhead as it sliced into the frame work of the containers. Not wanting to offer another chance for the crew to continue their reprisal, Travis turned on to his back and reached his hands out towards the entrenched sailors, his aura radiating green after citing a gothic verse. The firearms he had commandeered before quickly flew up and dived in just a few meters in front of the ship's defending personnel. It was then the amassed row of possessed rifles and automatics begun firing wildly at them with a flurry bullets flying towards their general positions. It was evident that Travis' spell was not keen on accuracy as the weapons recklessly assaulted the crew rather than discharging skillfully aimed bursts but it nevertheless served its purpose to suppress the threat to his team.

"That should briefly hold them. I hope," said Travis as he pulled himself back up. Zoey was right, controlling the firearms was demanding quite a bit from him. Sweat was already forming across his face as his spell slowly drained him of his mana and stamina as he continued to maintain it. But anticipating that he would likely need to tap further into his mana well's reservers, he reached into his coat to retrieve one of the grey capsules he had brought along before turning to his teammates, "Think you guys can flank 'em while I have they them pinned?"

Raiya raised her right eyebrow, "A fucking pencil?" She questioned in disbelief, "Yeah right." She said. She looked down the sights of her pistol, the thing was fairly heavy and definitely cumbersome over a long period of extension. But this pistol had been through many different covert missions for the Yakuza, she didn't even dare to think of trading it out for something lighter. Even her Beretta wasn't her go-to weapon, that was simply something easy to conceal, to hold-out and surprise her enemy. Her USP was her favorite covert ranged weapon simply because it was the gun she had logged the most hours with. Though, she was still quite proficient with a number bladed projectiles and other such weaponry. You had to be to work for the Yakuza.

"I pretty much so guessed you were partial to those guns, considering that's what I've seen you use most of the time. I myself have never especially favored them over other weapons. I mean, I think the design is simple and smart. There's something to be said about the elegance of simplicity." Raiya explained, "I guess I am most partial to the weapons I have the most experience with. For instance, I know every bump, scratch, groove and detail of both my pistol and my katana. That doesn't mean I couldn't expand my armory, it just means I would have to put in a bit of time. And time doesn't seem to be something we have a lot of these days." She finished

There was some gunfire, it was so loud that it disoriented Raiya's finely tuned hearing for a moment. She suppressed her senses a bit so that she wasn't bombarded with an overload to her hearing and then she put her back flat to the wall and scooted over to the edge. She raised her left arm out above her head and moved it ever so slightly to the threshold of the cover the wall provided. She looked up at the kogatana as she did this to see the slight reflection in the small knife. It was a prone sailor with a bipoded machine gun. "Nah, I got this." She said confidently.

The sailor was about fifteen yards out by her estimate. It would have been an easy shot if she could enhance her senses or she if she could stand in front of the gunner for a moment. But she could make due with what she had.

Still using her blade as a mirror she began adjusting her right hand, moving the pistol ever so slightly up the wall as she angled the pistol a bit in a show of practice, prepping herself for the shot she was about to take. Her mind went into overdrive picking out the perfect angle to take the shot from. When she thought she was ready she took a deep breath, then exhaled. And then stuck the barrel of her pistol over the threshold, angled the pistol downwards and pulled the trigger in one swift movement. There was a small suppressed puff of a gunshot that could be heard from Nemo and Raiya's position but could not be heard by the gunman or anyone else that was in the vicinity. There was also an audible sound of impact and splatter as the shot Raiya fired found its way into the middle of the Sailor's forehead. A small red circle could be seen on the sailors forehead, the back of his head exploded outwards; his cranial contents forced out through a large hole in the back of what his head used to be. Pieces of grey matter and bone spattered all down his prone backside as well as the his companions who stood in horror at the realization that their friend had just painted them red.

Raiya took the few moments of shock they were experiencing as an advantage, instantly dropping down and rolling into a combat crouch out in the middle of the hallway. Without a large machingun suppressing her, she was free to now reign hell upon them. She moved her arms aiming her gun instantly at one on the left and pulling the trigger, and then dropping her aim and pulling the trigger once more. In a matter of seconds two men fell in lifeless heaps, one took a bullet to the eye, the other the throat and out the back of the spine. The last man on the right fired a few panicked shots towards Raiya, but she was already on the move. She pivoted and lept on the wall using it to push her up higher as she pulled the trigger three more times midair, the bullets finding their mark in the chest and lower abdomen of the last man. He crumpled down like the rest in a lifeless heap, wheezing out his final breath.

Raiya landed in a crouched position, but quickly straightened herself back into her combat stance. She turned her head back towards the wall where Nemo was, "Well? Let's get moving" She nodded in the direction of the dead bodies.

She had to think fast, or that slash of energy was going to hit her. Zuri decides to jump, using a bit of magic to propel herself higher than a usual jump to dodge the wave of magic. It was pretty close, the pressure started to get to her. "I-I'm scared.." she whimpers a bit as she took cover close by to Travis and Zoey. "Flank them? I'm not sure if I can do that.." Zuri replies, trying to think of something.

Nemo turned the corner letting out a small clap as his surveyed the results of Raiya's offense. "My, my, I didn't know you were such a crack-shot, Raiya." He commented as he walked down the hallway past the bodies and into the next room. Before he could get a good look at the room, the heavy footsteps of sailors coming up the stairwell broke his concentration. His walk suddenly turned into an outright run to beat the sailor to the exit.

Just as the seaman made it out of the staircase Nemo shoulder charged him into the wall while letting out an excited shriek. The heavy slam disoriented him enough for him to not see Nemo throw a savage right hook directly into his face. The sailor was knocked over and sent tumbling down the stairs.

A second armed sailor mid-way up the stairs had to dodge out of the way as his buddy crashed down the metal staircase towards him. He tried to aim and shoot at Nemo with a black metal sub-machine gun but the diversion bought Nemo enough time to cast a spell. The area from Nemo's hand down to the sailors hand and gun suddenly distorted in a zig-zag like pattern before the effected space seemed to implode, destroying the gun and crushing the man's hand as well. The man let out a howl of pain and tried to go for a backup pistol, but found Nemo's boot planted into his chest before he could reach it. The sailor was sent flying down the stairs and impacting into the metal wall next to his comrade with an even louder crash.

Nemo descended the rest of the stairs by sliding down the railing. He entered the next room and was met by three more sailors taking cover, two armed with firearms, the other likely a mage. He rolled to the side behind a metal table as they began to barrage him with shots and spells. A flick of his fingers knocked the heavy table on his side so he could use it as a shield.

Soon the barrage stopped, and one of the goons walked out from his post with his gun at the ready. Hearing his footsteps, Nemo used his magic to suddenly propel the metal table outwards at high speeds. It caught the man and brutally sandwiched him against the wall. Nemo rose back to his feet and turned to the other gun user and flicked his fingers in the air the same way someone would flick a bug off them. The action caused another rift in the air towards the man before his neck abruptly snapped to the side with a sickening sound. The man limply fell to the floor, leaving only the magic user left.

The final sailor began to sling multiple green blasts at Nemo from both his hands. But his sole efforts weren't enough, as Nemo easily absorbed each blast one by one with his gloved hand, creeping ever so closer to him after each attack. Nemo suddenly jolted forward, reaching the man and grabbing his arm to prevent him from casting any more spells. He forced him around in a circle, causing the man to nearly stumble over before being cast off towards a desk. The man crashed into the desk from the throw, but quickly got back up and drew a large knife from his side to combat Nemo.

Nemo made the motion of pushing his open hand to the side, causing another distortion that violently forced the man telekinetically into the wall. He followed it up by rushing him with a high pitched laugh, alerting the man and resulting in the sailor panicking and throwing out a wild slash with his knife. Nemo blocked the man's attack with his left forearm and picked up a pencil from the desk, stabbing the pointy end into the man's throat. The sailor let go of the knife, letting it drop to the floor with a metallic clang, and grasped his neck as blood began to pour out. Nemo then stabbed the pencil in one of the seaman's eyes and forced his head face first into the wall, driving the pencil further into his brain.

With his face still pressed up against the wall, the last sailor slowly slid down to the floor while leaving a trail of blood. He was dead.

Nemo stepped back and walked towards the middle of the room to survey his own carnage now.

Zoey fades through the shadows inside the container to avoid the barage, ending up behind it. She did hear Travis's question however, pumping her shotgun. She reached he arm through the shadow again, this time poking the barrel through one of the attacker's shadows, and fired. She couldn't see the result of the shot, but she assumed it would be fine since it was the guy's shadow. She then teleported behind a different container, more to the right of the ship, and switched to the UMP. Had she known this was her role, she probably would've picked up a rifle, but this would do.
