Backstory:
Megan is a resigned sniper from NCR. Father was a ranger, mother was a doctor. They're both still alive in Camp McCarran last time she checked; which was a month ago. She resigned as a sniper because she really didn't want the NCR, just the training. Plus she wanted to explore the Mojave and make more money.

Megan wanted to be a sniper because snipers are far from enemy shooters and all she must do was support them from her firing range. She left the NCR when

A kind of person who took jobs, clean or dirty. if he doesn't want the actions of his employer, he won't take the job and have a good word with him. When tricked, he would kill the boss if he can and loot the whole place. He doesn't care about boundaries and superiority, and if either people with high or low ranks mess with him, he will give the trouble back, supported by Megan. He kills slavers and free the slaves if there was any, and once he was an enemy of a faction, he will be an enemy of a faction. Even with that, he was a kind and considerate man when out of the heat, would try to help those who can't survive without resistance in their own will. He was not under anybody's law and would do anything he want.. Anyways, he was an only child and his father was stabbed by a raider and his mother was dead by unknown. Probably kidnapped by the raiders that killed his father.

Backstory:
Doesn't have a house or anything, he travels the Mojave for the said jobs, like killing a troubling radscoprion, dealing with molerats, raiders, that kind of thing. Sometimes scouting, giving a hand for a handful of caps, then moving to another place and repeat. He met Megan in Gun Runners, a sniper soloist that was hired for the same job with him and other two guys he didn't get the name, the job was pretty simple,
