Rate each skill proficiency on a scale of 1-10. 1 being you know some of the basics but can't use them very well and 10 being you know more than the basics and can execute them near-perfectly. You may choose whatever skills you want, but they must fall under one of four categories:

Fighting Skills (FS) (swordplay, archery, evading, etc.)
Magic Skills (MS) (Water, Fire, Wind, etc.)
Survival Skills (SS) (hunting, cooking, sneaking, First Aid, etc.)
Practical Skills (PS) (swimming, drawing, sewing, carpentry, etc. Things not essential to survival, but nonetheless useful)

*also keep in mind talents and skills that are commonly associated with the race you are playing as. If you're a Zora that can't swim very well or a Goron that's terrible at rolling, that's going to eventually matter.
