"That is why I love color shift paint. At speed they will look psychedelic."

He smiles and mounts the wheels. He jacks up the rear end then places jack stands in place to keep the rear tires off the floor.

"Stand back there, I will get them rolling, you can see it in action."

He climbs in, firing up the car. He engages the clutch and fires it up, shifting into first. He gives it some gas and lets off the clutch spinning the wheels. He gets them rolling at a clip letting the color shift take hold and flash in her eyes.

Ele laughed, her face lighting up as she watch the colors on the tires. Thinking about taking the car to the track already, Ele could see the Miata being the flashiest one there, and she loved it.

He stomps on the gas winding it up, he engages the clutch and shifts it into 2nd, getting back on the gas, winding it up he shifts it to 3rd then 4th then 5th, the engine screaming bloody murder. He holds the throttle wide open until it hits the rev limiter. He gets off the gas and begins downshifting. He brings it to a full stop then shuts it off.

"How fast do you think I was rolling?"

Stepping back from the car, Ele pressed her hands over her ears as the engine began getting louder and louder. It was going crazy then as Tyler began slowing down, Ele stepped forward again,

"Well you were past fifth gear... 120?"

She estimated, trying to get the ringing out of her ears.

"Pretty close, It read out just shy of 140, so I was doing probably 137 or 138. That is with only 8 pounds of boost, should be able to bump it up to around 25 pounds of boost."

He smiles and grabs the tool to turn up boost. Tightening the bolt on the waste gate reading the setting on the tool.

"Alright, that is 18 pounds of boost now."

"Alright. It is hard to learn but once you figure it out it is much more fun."

He hops out and walks around to the back, he jacks it up and removes the jack stands. He walks around to the passenger side, sliding the seats back, sliding into it.

Her eyes widened as Tyler got out and took the car off the jacks. When he got into the passenger seat, Ele's mouth dropped open even as she opened the driver door,

Biting her lip, Ele slid in and put her seatbelt on. It felt amazing to be behind the wheel of this car, and a slow smile spread over her face,

"I like this feeling..."

Looking at Tyler, Ele smiled shyly,

"I think this is my baby."

She did as he instructed and the car rumbled to life. Grinning, Ele put her hand on the shifter and her other foot on the brake,

He instructs her.

Biting her lip and concentrating, Ele did as Tyler said. After three tries, and a moment of frustration, Ele finally got the car rolling and into first gear. Steering onto the road, Ele got them into second and they were cruising happily.

"First gear is always the toughest, once you get through it, it is a cake walk."

He watches her driving.

"Alright, I wanna teach you something cool. Engage the clutch, downshift and hold the gas pedal down, you will spool up the turbo. Pop the clutch and immediately up shift, you will launch the car."

Worried she would mess it up, Ele followed Tyler's directions, and a high pitched squeak of surprise escaped her when the car launched forward with a roar.
