He says with a smile. Walking out carrying his workout bag he takes another drink of his pre workout.

"I am gonna use the muay thai as cardio, get nice and warmed up then hit legs."

Grabbing a couple water bottles, Ele jogged to catch up to Tyler but she shook her head at the idea of rolling up in the Miata.

He says with a smirk. He pushes the drivers seat all the way back climbing in and getting strapped in.

He says, firing up the car.

He chuckles and takes off, heading up town. He drives to the gym, parking in the back. He shuts the car off, popping the trunk. He hops out and walks around grabbing his bag.

The drive to the gym was wonderful, and Ele had had a grand time, singing with the radio, letting the wind pull her hair from its ponytail and the setting sun painted,the prettiest sunset. There was so much freedom, and so much joy, Ele couldn't stop smiling if she tried.

At the gym, Ele got out of the car and took Tyler's free hand as they walked into the building,

"Ready to whoop my own butt? Heck yeah!"

He says with a smile. Walking in he signs in at the desk, adding Ele's name to his guest spot. He walks to the locker room, getting changed. He guzzles down the juice and gets ready to work out.

Seeing the usual equipment and space for free movements I looked at Tyler and shook my head,

"Maybe in a bit, babe. I wanna get my usual stuff in, do legs and butt today, then maybe go in the sauna."

Looking Tyler up,and down, Ele raised an eyebrow as she began backing towards where they had resistance bands and free weights,

"But only if you go in with me."

Ele called before going over to a treadmill to warm up. A couple hours later she made her way down to where she had seen Tyler. Drenched in sweat, legs shaking and muscles burning, Ele found Tyler.

She said, bending over and stretching her legs to keep her muscles limber.

He walks back to the heavy bag and places his 4oz mma gloves and says.

"Go ahead and grab a pair of the women's gloves. I will show you what muay thai is all about."

He steps up the the heavy bag and takes a stance.

"Muay thai is called the art of 8 limbs. With kick boxing you have 4 points of contact. Your hands and your feet. Muay thai you have hands, elbows, knees and feet."

He rattles off a punch combo, right, left, right then follows it up with a stiff kick which he combos with a spinning back elbow. He steps back and says.

"You comfortable with trying that combo or would you like to start a more basic combo?"

Picking up her gloves, Ele strapped them on and watched Tyler. Smirking, Ele raised an eyebrow,

"Oh I don't know babe, that looks hard..."

Her tone sassy, Ele took her stance and quickly copied Tyler, then added to the combo by grabbing the bag and kneeling it hard. Finding her stance again, Ele smiled at Tyler,

"So I may have been taking kickboxing classes for the last three years as cardio and toning."

She said with a shrug, and flicking her hair over her shoulder.

He chuckles.

"Keep it up. I am gonna train with the 100 pound bag."

He grabs a heavy bag, slamming it to the mat and mounts it. Posturing up he rains down punches and elbows on the bag for a few seconds before hopping off and taking a side mount and lays into it with hammer fists and his left hand then switches over using his right hand to pound on it. He keeps this up full tilt for 30 seconds before resting, face covered in sweat.

Keeping up the speed, Ele did her usual boxing routine. Today was more,exercise than usual for her, so after just about five minutes she had to stop. With her hands on her knees, Ele panted and tried to catch her breath as she ripped off her gloves.

Sitting on the edge of the ring, Ele gulped down her water.

He pulls off his shirt and takes a stance at the bag once again. He concentrates on his breathing sliding his right leg way back. He throws a kick that sounds like a shotgun blast on the first one. He stands back and throws another kick as the bag swings back from his kick. He keeps the kicks going for 30 seconds, managing to get off 20 kicks in those 30 seconds. Stepping back he breathes heavy but smiles wide.
