"I think I am good to go. Wanna hit the sauna and wind down or is the basement good enough for you?"

Raising her arm weakly, Ele pointed in the direction of the sauna. Her hand dropped,with a thunk and she struggled to sit up,

"I wanna get semi-naked with you and steam my screaming muscles into submission."

"Sounds good to me."

He chuckles and walks out to the sauna.

"It gets 160 in here, rising 1 degree every 6 seconds."

He steps inside the sauna which is a dry heat sauna with rocks to turn it to wet heat. He brings a spray bottle of water in with him sitting right by the heating element. He hangs his head as the sauna begins heating up.

Ele went to the ladies changing room and got out of her workout clothes to wrap a towel under her arms. Going into the sauna she sat next to Tyler, leaving a bit of space between them so they didn't get uncomfortable.

Leaning her head back against the wall, Ele closed her eyes and sighed deeply, letting her heat relax her muscles.

After getting the temperature up a little he spritzes the rocks on the heating element steaming up the room. He keeps spraying the rocks as the steam dissipates, keeping the humidity in the room.

"I feel pretty good, my arms feel pumped up and so does my chest. Gonna have to measure my arms, see if I broke 22 inches on my biceps."

He smiles and leans back.

"5 more minutes and we can head out."

He rests there spritzing the rocks one last time before standing up.

"5 minutes is up."

He says slowly making his way out. He walks up to the counter and grabs the measuring tape for the arms and legs, stretching it out to 2 feet. He wraps it around his muscle and clips the other end on the other side of the measuring tool. He pushes a button and pulls it in tight with his arm flexed. He nods and smiles.

"22 and a half."

He says to Ele.

"Yay!"

Ele said with a smile, giving Tyler a kiss on the cheek,

"Congrats, babe! I'm happy for you!"

Giving him another kiss, Ele went to the locker room again and showered off quickly and dressed. Going back to find Tyler, Ele smiled tiredly,

"You wore me out!"

"I wore myself out. Imagine doing this for 6 hours in between picking other people up and getting tossed around. I did that 3 times a week for almost 2 years straight."

He laughs.

"But I should go get changed. I don't want to ferment my boxers."

He runs to the locker room, getting changed. Tossing his clothes in his bag he sprays it with disinfectant and seals it up. He walks out with his bag now in his clean clothes.

Shrugging, Ele nodded,

"That's fine. I can pick up some more clothes and throw these in the wash. Any particular reason?"

Ele asked, getting out of the car when he parked. Going to the door she opened it. Inside was dark and quiet, so Ele flicked on the lights before going to the room and changing into a tank top and a pair of boy short undies.

Coming out of the bedroom, Ele went to the kitchen to get water.

He brings his bag in and opens up one of the side compartments grabbing out some creatine. He mixes up a bottle of it with water, drinking it down.

"You will need some of this."

He says handing her the container.

"This is usually the night that Vale hangs out at the bar. Be nice to hang out with him and the girls again."

Putting her legs over Tyler's lap, Ele continued to drink until the mixture was gone. Sighing and leaning back on the armrest, Ele groaned,
