Jenso smiled at Oz as he spoke. He was grateful for Oz's efforts. If it weren't for him, there was a good chance Geode would be wandering around aimlessly as a spirit by now. Hopefully Geode would have good intentions now. He turned to the golem. "Don't worry, we'll make sure to stop the Order of Chaos once and for all. They've caused suffering to many people, and need to be stopped." Jenso stated reassuringly to Geode. "Even if Yzeira didn't make the threat to destroy this world, I probably would have gone to face them either way." He admitted.

Geode ignored Jenso and shook his head. "All is lost. Without my power, you don't stand a chance against the element of the void. Especially not at their mastery levels."

Oz was on the verge of falling asleep but he still kept up with talking. "And what if we contributed some power to you just so you could do that?" He considered.

"If you did that, then you would be stupid," Geode grunted, uncooperative.

"We've made it this far, sure the odds are against us, but I'm sure we'll find a way." Jeff said responding back to Geode with a serious tone. "Our main concern still is trying to figure out a way to the damn tower. Still unsure how to access it, even now with Vale's sword in our possession."

"That tower is on the coast closest to the Gaian continent," Geode admitted, "East of Tech-Mo. Essentially, on the other side of the world. I could show you. If nothing else, watching you mortals get torn to shreds would offer me entertainment in the conclusion of this universe."

Jenso smiled at Geode. "That's the spirit!" Jenso sung happily. "Well...sort of." He added, not quite enjoying his reasoning for giving the heroes directions. He turned to Jeff. "Did your research with Vale's sword come up with anything? Like...the best possible outcome to settle things with the Order of Chaos?" He asked.

"you serious?" Jeff said half tempted to beat his head on the side of the hovercraft due to frustration. "please just tell me it wasn't always there and thus is one of those rare ocasion sort of things?" asked the fruatrated inventor which now was contemplating why he spent all this time trying to figure out dimensional travel. "Well not like I was getting any results anyways."
Jeff then turned to Jenso and his questions about the sword. "oh yeah that... can't say I've gotten too much information out of it given how much time ive placed into that as well. By working with techmos top scientist we did manage to come up with a super computer which can scan the timelines, but anytime we try to have it focus on a peticular person like me or you for example it overloads the system... lost like 2 computer that way.. and a good chunk of change to boot..." Jeff paused a moment to cough a couple times while mumbling something about how the councel wasnt the happiest wirh the results before continuing on once more.
"However I did manage to get a couple bits of the planet as a whole which we managed to record several instances where well..." Jeff then coughed once more while he uncomfortablely squeezed out the nexted part. "kinda might have be absorbed into a giant mass a void and became no more.... yeah.. a lot of timelines like that...But they was some timelines where the planet seemed to be saved as well by a bright light of sorts... not sure exactly what it was, but I think its safe to say we played part in those several outcomes."

Jenso listened to Jeff's words, and his expression turned gloomy for a moment. He was dissapointed. Not because Jeff had failed to live up to his expectations, but because he didn't get any more specific info. After all, it wasn't Jeff's fault that the computers could only pick up that much. He knew Jeff tried his very best. He hoped he would have learned the best way on how to finish things with the Order.

"Well, there's no point being depressed over this, right? Like you said, we still have a good chance to win. I have faith in us." Jenso said. "Even if I end up dying...I'll give Yzeira my very best.." He muttered, determined to end this once and for all.

"we all shall" Jeff said as he stood up again before Jenso. "we'll beat this order of chaos as a team and show them this universe isn't a play thing for them to mess with. Not while we draw breath."

Jeff then proceeses to approach Mikey and sit next to him in the cockpick. "anyhow, anywhere we need to stop at for now? Potential people to help us take on the tower perhaps? Assuming at least Oz here is along for the fight right?"

Oz stirred from his light sleep. "Uh.. yeah assuming I get a hot meal and a long nap. Feel like I just lifted a mountain range." He stated with sardonic flare.

Jenso listened to Jeff when he mentioned other people that might be able to help, and he turned to Mikey quickly. "Oh, that's right! Mikey, can you fly to Corona? Alvios, my friend that I told you about, said he'd offer his help against the Order of Chaos. We should go pick him up first!" Jenso told him.

Mikey turned his head briefly and nodded. "I figured it would be better for us to stop by there first anyways. It's pretty late, and I haven't slept in at least 36 hours with all the work we've been doing.." Mikey paused and yawned loudly. "Next stop.. Uh, Corona!"

~ Chapter 133 ~

Shedding A Little Light On Things

The group arrived at Corona in no time at all, immediately following Jenso into the city, towards Melina's pub that was built near the east edge. It was late, and nobody was in the street. If they were, it was likely that they would all notice Jenso, and the lifeless golem that followed him, along with his two high-tech equipped friends, and the strange monk dude who looked like he was on the verge of passing out.

Melina welcomed them, half asleep herself. They were lucky to catch her just as they arrived at Corona. She didn't need to hear about anything happening. It would have just worried her, after all. With little delay, she offered the four men, and the rock thing, a room to sleep. When asked about Alvios, she mentioned that he's been given his own house. That was the least people could do, especially after Apollo was thrown out of town. He wasn't going to need his three story mansion anymore, was he?

As the night passed, the entire crew got a full night's sleep. But what they awoke to, was unlike anything they'd ever heard before in their lives. The five met downstairs, where Melina offered them breakfast on the house. It wasn't long before Alvios pounced into the building and delivered the news, long before the pub had even opened.

Geode was the first to respond.

"He's already started it?" Geode muttered.

"THERE'S A RIP IN THE SKY!?" Mikey exclaimed.

The universe's destruction had already begun.

"oh geeze, do those guys like actaully sleep?" Jeff comment as he took a moment to step outdoors to see the rip in the sky while doing his best to cram the rest of his bacon biscuit down in one bite.

Jenso was happily nomming on his sandwich as Alvios barged in. He peeked out of one of the windows. "Holy crap.." Jenso muttered. "This isn't good...we might not have much time." Jenso stated. He wasn't sure how long Yzeira would take to destroy the universe, but he wasn't just going to stand around. He turned to Alvios and smiled. "Well...despite these bad circumstances, it's good to see you man!" He added.

Oz ate his meal like he hadn't eaten days - which was probably true actually. Between mouthfuls Oz blurted out a response to the situation. "From my few times meeting them - *scarf* - I haven't known the Order to actually lie about what they would do -*slurp*-. They have a thing for being dramatic but they generally -*crunch*- follow through with things." He downed the rest of his orange juice and finally paused to add more. "I believe they don't sleep actually. They're apparently ageless from what they've described. They may not even have to eat. I bet Rajaka still does though. He seems like the kind that would eat regardless. Heresay aside we don't have much more time. I have a hunch that a tear in the sky isn't what's going to end the world - I think it's what's on the other side of the tear that will. Opening a massive passage to the void would let in.. who knows what? I just know there's more on the other side and we really don't want to mess with them." Oz concluded.

Alvios nodded, grim, but giving Jenso a half-hearted smile."Looks like there's no rest for guys like us. Barely a day and we're looking at threats that make the Swarm look tame. At least you've brought a cavalry it seems." Alvios pulled a chair for himself and sat down, looking back towards the window. "I'm Alvios, by the way, but we'll keep introductions short. Armageddon is knocking on the door and I'm open for suggestions on how we're supposed to stop it. Assuming we can; this is on a larger scale than anything I've dealt with before."

"It's a tear in the fabric of space, just as Oswald had inferred. A common occurrence on small scales, but.." Geode paused and looked Alvios over, somewhat intimidated by the man's presence despite his apparent demeanour, "...Rips in space-time usually seal themselves. The border between realities is thick, consisting of a mixture of arcane energy, void energy, and Ki. It would not stay open, nay, one would not even be able to rip it open on this scale unless they were to have mastery over all three elements. Even then, the amount of power to do something like this on such a scale that it would rip a universe apart... It has to be that Red one, Yzeira." Geode stopped and looked over to Jenso before continuing. "Why he would do this instead of simply destroying the planet, I believe he's trying to convince you to reconsider his offer, Jenso. Needless to say, it should take even him weeks to create a rip large enough to end this universe. You have time to prepare."

"It's not about what it is, it's about how we stop it. I remember my fight with the masked man in red, if it could be called a fight. I'm alive by chance. I was hoping for a few more years of experience and training before fighting him again, and now he's ripping holes in--wait." Alvios paused for a second, staring at the golem in confusion. "Did that statue just talk? I thought he was just someone's puppet or something." Alvios looked around, smirking a little. "Alright, which one of you is the ventriloquist here? I appreciate lightening the mood here, but let's stay focused..."
