He smiles down at her as she walks away. He finishes his burger soon after and goes to take a shower while Ele is packing some of her things. After taking a 10 minute shower he walks out wearing his boxers and drying off with a large towel.

Ele had packed most of what she needed, and left what she would wear the next day folded on the dresser, including the sweatshirt. When Tyler got out of the shower, Ele walked past him and gave him a sassy wink as she gave him a playful pat on the butt.

"Still driving me crazy..."

Closing the door behind her, Ele got in the shower then got out and readied for bed, putting on one of Tyler's shirts she had claimed as her sleep shirt.

Going back out to the bedroom, Ele put her toiletries into her bag then zipped it up, ready for the morning. Standing up straight, Ele looked at Tyler as she ran her fingers through her hair, looking upset.

"I don't want to go."

She tried joking, but her worry took over and tears filled Ele's eyes. Bending forward, Ele buried her face in Tyler's neck to hide her tears,

"How will I fall asleep in the dark?"

Ele nodded, going quiet. She wasn't asleep, but just enjoying her last few hours with her boyfriend.

"I love you, Tyler."

She whispered, her voice wavering.

He rolls over on his side and closes his eyes, still holding onto her.

"Just let me know when you are ready to go in the morning."

He keeps his eyes closed, falling asleep after about 15 minutes. He sleeps soundly through the night.

Tiredness and the emotional drain made Ele fall asleep quickly, but her sleep was not restful. Dreams of her mother showing up, Joey entering her apartment, Tyler breaking up with her...

Eventually Ele woke, but it was only a couple hours later. Still exhausted, and now on the verge of a panic attack, Ele snuggled closer to Tyler, trying to push back the terror,

Feeling a panic coming on from her, makes him instinctively rub her back in his sleep. His hands continuing to rub her through the night. As the morning arrives, he wakes up to feel his arm burning, unaware that his arm was going most the night rubbing her back. He lays his arm down, letting it rest as it burned.

"Hey babe. Is it time yet?"

He asks, his back to the clock.

Trying to smile back, it came out half-hearted. Ele was in no way excited to get up and face leaving. Heaving a sigh, she sat up and got out of bed.

Not bothering to go to the bathroom to change, Ele packed the shirt she had slept in and changed into jeans, a t-shirt, and tied the sweatshirt around her waist again.

Looking around her, Ele shrugged,

"I guess just breakfast now, and then it'll be time to go."

"I have a better idea. I need to familiarize you with Mack's on Main. I will order a couple things that you can eat on the way there."

He says finally standing up.

"I will call them and place a to go order for you."

He grabs a menu then thinks.

"You trust me to pick out some food for you? They have some of the best breakfasts anywhere and large for the price."
