Especially if you have absolutely no idea of how to start them! It took me a whole day to actually get into it.

Well, hello everyone. I'm Valkan, new to this site but not so new to roleplaying at all. I've been roleplaying for at least six years but with many long pauses due to my hectic life. I've started off in World of Warcraft and fell in love with the whole fantasy genre in a flash. The only reason I stopped RPing in WoW is because it was becoming a little... limited, the story is already set and every playable race has a somewhat limited background given the structure of the lore.
And because of that, here I am!
Looking at the forms of writing the site has to offer (Free, Casual, Advanced, Arena and one on one's) I think I relate most to casual. It's not so short, not too long and it seems to have many fascinating stories to join and all.
Outside of roleplaying, I'm a twenty (almost twenty one) years old man, I work a full time job during the week and spend my weekends working on part-time jobs or going party-time with my friends which means I'm not high on free time, but I guess I got more than enough to check the site often during the week. I'd like to give more information about me, but it's just terribly hard to describe yourself. I mean, I gotta stay humble, right?
That's pretty much it. I'm very excited to be here and I hope I can find somewhere to start writing and developing ideas really soon!
