By all accounts she is a highly skilled human and very good at what she does. With a lifetime of dedication and training she is skilled beyond your standard law-enforcer or military personnel. Once backed by a limitless funding greater than any government, advanced experimental technology puts her ahead of even most secret services and special forces.

Appearance: Known to change as easily as the wind. She has a fondness for standing out despite it being against her best interests. Usually opting for bright coloured hair. She chooses tight dark pants, functional footwear, a simple shirt and stylish jacket. She goes light on the jewellery and make up unless it's a special event but has plenty of both.
The one thing about her appearance that doesn't change is her slim, toned, physical physique.
Personality:
A confident sexy sultry seductress. She is mischievous, selfish and a compulsive manipulating liar. Proudly a professional escort and an assassin, one role serves as a source of financial income while the other is just a bit of fun. She never shares which is which though. She does what she wants, not knowing or believing in boundaries. Nor respecting the law. While not hot headed she has a stubborn streak that is backed by a calm and collected calculating patience.
Deep inside she is broken. Incapable of a loving relationship and tormented with unresting insecurities.

Abilities, Talents, Traits, Powers:

• ^{( 3 )} Highly trained infiltrator assassin.
  Just another tool on the battlefield of corporate greed. She was raised a weapon for the wealthy elite. They made her fast, flexible, cold, ruthless, deadly and efficient. Until she became something they could no longer control. Her entire childhood life was a nothing more than an endless mix of harsh training exercises and experiments. While continuously used and abused until her escape she gathered an accumulation of the following skills making her regionally known, feared, lust after and hated.^{( 2 )} Gymnastics, acrobatics, climbing, stealth, disguise, subterfuge, linguistics, persuasion, interrogation, sleight-of-hand, hacking, marital arts, hand to hand, melee weapons, throwing knives, marksman, sniping.
• ^{( 3 )} Healthy Nano blood.
  Her blood is majority synthesised, made up of advanced nano technology. As well as other things this keeps her healthy, hastens the healing of small wounds, prevents bleeding out, fights off disease, infection and poison.
• ^{( 3 )} Physical 'bloody' Persuasion
  People are tricky to control. Objects however not so much. This ability clearly seems to boarder into the world of telekinesis as it grants her the faint ability to manipulate her blood external to her body and/or objects coated in her blood, using just her will.
  While she can control her blood in amazing and fascinating unnatural ways, the connection quickly dissipates over distance, time and as the blood cools or coagulates. The nano tech in her blood only stays alive for some short time after leaving her body.
  Her favoured weapon is a rope dart with spikes in the grips. Squeezing tightly spills her blood into the absorbent material giving her and unnatural control over the inanimate object. Making it dance to her will, it writhes and moves as if alive.
  Cutting herself with a knife before throwing it grants her the ability to manipulate it mid flight, altering its path and speed.
• ^{( 3 )} Mental Persuasion
  The nick name Succubus came from her ability to get into the minds of and persuade others. While she is an extremely clever and cunning mentalist who is equally diplomatic and intimidating it is her abilities beyond her feminine wiles that truly earned her that nick name.
  But. Applying blood to another's brain is no easy task.
  Alcoholic beverages work well, a deep kiss after a small bite on her own lip will also suffice. It is not complete control, she cannot take another's free will. She merely implants suggestions and ideas while making them more susceptible and fond of herself.

  A modern take on an old assassins tool. More subtle and stylish it's harder to detect and intricate to use. Holds two pills or of equal amount powder/liquid.
• ^{( 1 )} Rope dart.
  Of all her fancy gear and technology this is not one. A standard ancient weapon made more resilient and efficient with modern materials and a razor sharp end.
• ^{( 1 )} Garrotte
  Simple and efficient, what appears like and functions as a normal stick of lipstick also holds a long coil of razor wire. With a twist the main body slips out of the outer shell creating the two handles that the wire stretches between.
• ^{( 2 )} Small Throwing knives
  She has...
  Four sharp pretty knives.
  Three dangerous explosive impact.
  Two electrifying static burst.
  One pressurised Insta smoke-cloud.
  (And a partridge in a pear tree.)
• ^{( 2 )} Concealed tiny gun.
  A gun so small it can be palmed in her hand. Non detectable by nearly all means of arms detection. It only holds 3 shots and is only deadly at close range.
• ^{( 2 )} Sniper rifle (in case)
  Another of her necessary suitcases when travelling. It's about having the right tool for the right job. A customised military issue sniper rifle with minor spec adjustments to her liking.
• ^{( 4 )} The Chamn'LP-SBS
  A chameleon nano tech life preservation altering smart body suit.
  Custom built and designed for her alone, this body hugging, light, adjustable fitting, bullet proof, temperature steady, colour changing outfit is one of a kind.
  A built in heart monitor is always at the ready to bring her back from cardiac arrest. (Once per charge, disabling all other functions.)
  Consisting of some tight full length pants and a short sleeved low cut top it can not only change its colour to suit her mood or to blend into the surroundings, but it can also slightly alter its physical texture, tightness and appearance thereby looking like a different piece of clothing.
  The shirt is still a shirt but it might have hemming along the now loose sleeves and a bright logo on the back. Great for disappearing, on a snipers hill or in a crowd.
  It is controlled by an iPod-like device complete with headphones.

History:
She never knew her parents, there is no record of her birth. She was raised by a team who saw her only as an asset and mistreated her emotional needs. She was a project, an experiment and she guessed not the only one. But nonetheless she was a success.

They did a lot of bad things to her. Pushed her to the edge of breaking. Subsequently she did a lot of bad things to a lot of other people. She took each test and mission as a chance to improve, to grow stronger, to please her superiors, gain Intel and trust, and one day. Bite back.

This was the driving force that pushed her beyond her limits to excel and held her back from falling over that edge of no return. Vengeance.

Even at the end of a violent and brutal retributive massacre she was pained to learn that she had reached nowhere near the head of the snake and even this in its gory and bloody vengeful defiance was to his will, just another move in a grander game.
Having played her part, understanding or not, willingly or not, she was done. Defeated. Gave up and ran away.

As I said in another user's sheet, if an ability is considered a "low" end of a tier, just grade it down to the next tier. Meaning a "Low Tier (3)" is a (2) by any other name. This is becoming too specific at this point and suggests, not that I am accusing you of this, that the numbers are there to just ward off nay sayers.

Until that change is made, I can not reasonably offer an approval. The distinction at the moment is that abilities should not be broken that far. It is suggested that the most simple route is taken. This also lowers the overall aggregate score as we would like; less high powered characters.

Yeah. There is no need for the low-mid-higg scale, if it's a 2 it's a 2, etc.

Given the amount of (3) abilities and items you still have, I strongly suggest you reduce some of them to Tier (2) levels unless they are your character's area of specialization. For example, your character might reasonably have two, maybe three Tier (3)s, then a handful of (2)s, then a few (1)s.

From the examples of tiers I don't feel I can lower much stuff.
I reduced the poison ring, garrotte, rope dart and drug case.

She has lots of items but I figured an experienced renown assassin would.
I'm kinds stuck here and would really appreciate some straight out direction/recommendation.

It's with a heavy saddened heart I painstakingly announce the removal of all my cool spy gear.

Hopefully that lowers it enough for approval.
