I haven't spellchecked yet due to time restrictions. So it may also contain parts with abysmal grammar because I am writing really fast. Be gentle.

This character's Tier 3 is rated too high and can be adjusted down to Tier 2. However, Godly Literature does not give the character perfect insight or knowledge into everything or anything. This otherwise would be an always available meta-type ability. The requests must be reasonable, as must the answers be. As in, "What is that creature?" "It is an X, which are known for Y and Z. No less, it seems to likely be capable of A too, but B and C are unknowns."

@The Harbinger of Ferocity
I figure having a meta-knowledge of things is definetly Tier 3. However, if you think he's just Tier 2, then I'll edit that.

A character's total tier is not always directly related to their individual abilities' tiers. In the case of this character, who is as mortal as one can be barring that quality, they barely have enough impact for it to be a Tier 3 and sit better in the area of Tier 2. As I stated before, Godly Literature can only function in the way I presented it, as it cannot be foolproof, have perfect accuracy, or know things that are truly unknown.

Is there any limit to what he can know, or do the voices just instantly tell him everything.

@Rilla He can ask the voices about anything, but the answers will be varying. They are easely distracted, and usually talk about useless things even when not asked. But if they do help, they can pretty much tell anything any other observer could. They can't read minds or have infinite knowledge, but they are constantly watching and know about everything that can be seen.

Approved. Just because he hears voices and has a wide array of inspiration doesn't mean he has meta knowledge. The voices could be lying or just making stuff up. Nothing suggests they are a source for absolute truth.
