The Specimen

Age: 10 years(by the year this record started, the speciment had spent 10 years on Earth.)
Race/Species: The outlook is similar to human. Through research, the scientists have found many different body part that don't exist in human body. Those body part's funtions are still waiting for further research.
Tier/Influence: 3 (regional); The specimen's regeneration and power has almost unlimited potential if being implement correct
Group(s): None yet. Used to belong to the Soviet Union, but the specimen's current location is unknown.
Appearance: Tall, too thin to consider normal. Having a figure similar to a mask covering the object face. The "mask" real purpose is not discover yet. Though some suggest it may help him to survive or a part of himself.
Personality: The specimen presented a high intelligent. His specimen is more efficent but lack of part of the brain responsible for emotion. But the specimen still have a large section of his brain belong to the triune brain. But through conducting many research, the specimen's personality seem to become unstable. The specimen can create strange noise but don't seem to have any particular meaning.
Abilities, Talents, Traits, Powers:
- ( 3 ) Extreme Regeneration -- The Specimen has an extraordinary rengeneration. It can survive or recover from 4000 degree Celsius and -272,9 degree Celsius through hibernation. Can recover from a single drop of blood if being in the best state. If the specimen is living in a harsh environment, then it can modifies it body to endure such condition. Some scientists in my team even speculate the specimen's body part is an evidence for the planet the being had encountered before. If such thing is true, the specimen value is maybe more than just being an alien.
- ( 3 ) Strong Muscel -- The Specimen can lift up 30 tons of object. The specimen average speed is about 50km/h and top speed equivalent to 1440km/h for about 10 minutes. Can enter “overdrive” mode, further increasing the specimen speed and strength for 3 minutes. But no further more, or else the speciment will die permanently. Unless the specimen's regeneration can be further improve, then exceeding the specimen's limitation is not a choice.
- ( 4 ) Blood Spill -- The specimen blood's is very contagious. If having direct contact with the speciment blood through touch or drink, then the infected must be killed by all cost. The infected also has similar ability to the specimen's, but weaker. The infected's will only last for a hour or a day at best and then will blow up. Until we develop a cure or a drug to counter this thing, creating the "Newborn" will not be recommend.
- ( 4 ) Heat Drain -- The specimen have the abilty to drain the environment by absorbing the surrounding heat. The longer the object is in the speciment aura, the faster the object lose it heat. The average speed for a cup of boiling water to become ice approximately 10 minutes in a room in 50 degree Celsius. This maybe due to its high calories consumption. But the range of the aura is about 5 to 10 meter, depending if there is an object blocking the way.
- ( 1 ) Complex Brain — The brain of the subject is highly advance, allowing it to study as a faster rate (about 29 times human brain).
Drawbacks:

History: Because of time, very few record of the specimen can be recovered. Especially after the fall of the Soviet Union. All we know is that the facility built for this creature was destroyed by the Tsar Bomba. All the records that we could found all mention about an “accident”. Because the research facility around this creature was built underground, and giving the specimen was at it best state when the “accident” happened.There is a very high chance that the specimen is still alive Because of its ability and its unknown location, the speciment should be consider highly dangerous.
