It would be if we didn't have a butt load of normal cases to deal with too. I'm hoping the GLO doesn't go through tomorrow and is pushed until next month so at least we can prepare more and hire more temps.

I would have blamed the router but there was a whole area outage. Fucking internet providers, man! Our has issues every week, but we're still under contract >.<
