Kristen Cunningham // Eighteen // Alpha
She hasn't been able to sleep.
Since the town has been in an uproar about the recent animal attacks, she hasn't been able to sleep. Kristen is honestly afraid of what's to come regarding these attacks and she is even more worried about people close her, along with the members of her pack. She was up this morning, eyes practically glued to the television screen as the news were broadcasting the latest attack and even mentioned that the victim has passed away due to the injuries. Once they showed the person's picture and said their name, Kristen's eyes teared up as she could not believe it.
Ashley Winters, the latest victim, was in her homeroom and gym class. She turned the television off upon hearing approaching footsteps behind her and lifted her hands up to wipe her eyes. Her mother was preparing for her day, just making sure she had everything before walking over towards her darling daughter, Kristen. "Alright, sweetie. I am headed to the office and will be back home in time to make dinner, okay?" Her mother said as she leaned down and kissed the top of Kristen's forehead then left out the front door.
Kristen had every right in her mind to miss school today and solve this whole animal attack situation that was roaming around her town. But she knew that she had to go to school today because there was to be an assembly about these attacks and she needed to hear what was going on. Luckily for her, she was already dressed and just had to get up, grab her keys and cell phone then head out of the door - Which she did after a few minutes.
Once she got in her car, she cranked up the engine then grabbed her cell phone that she placed in the cup holder. She opened up a group message and started to type a message towards the members of her pack.
She sent the message then placed back inside of the cup holder, wrapped her seat belt around her then back out of the driveway and started her thirty minute drive towards Beacon Hills High.

Let's make sure we're all at school today, please. By the way, can't wait to hear about your Summer breaks. :)

Louis Moore // Seventeen // Hunter
"Dude! Did you really eat the last of my pop tarts?"
Louis questioned towards his younger brother, Larry, who did nothing but snicker and take yet another bite from the last pop tart then walked away. He sighed while he rested his face inside of the palms of his hands now. His father came into the kitchen, gaze focused in on Louis. "Son, there is no need to cry about the recent lost of a classmate you did not know." His father said while pouring himself a cup of coffee then took a sip of it. "I'm not crying and that was a harsh thing to say." Louis commented as he stood up, grabbing his backpack and car keys. "Wait, wait. Take your brother to school, I've got a big meeting this morning." His father said as Louis rolled his eyes, head tilted up towards the ceiling.
"Larry, I hope you are ready for school because I am ready to go." Louis said as Larry came from around the corner, ready to start his first day at Beacon Hills High as a Freshmen. Louis waved for his brother to follow him towards the car, as he made sure the door was locked before unlocking his vehicle with a simple click of a button. His phone chimed in his pocket as he reached down and grabbed it, unlocking it while getting inside the car and throwing his backpack in the backseat.
His eyes read the message as he didn't even bother to respond since he was going to see her in a few minutes. Louis eyed his brother, scoffing and shaking his head as turned the engine and started to back out of the driveway. "Wait!" His brother basically screamed as Louis hit the brake immediately and looked at his brother. "What?" Louis asked as his brother looked over towards him now. "Nothing, just making sure you're on alert and that your brake works." His brother responded with a laugh, Louis shook his head while further backing out of the driveway now and speaking. "Don't make me kill you before your first day." Louis said as he began their trek towards the school now.
