I'm not sure if the problem is with my connection, or the site server, but I can't seem to edit my posts. Every time I try to save the edit, the new post won't load.

Or perhaps there's a policy against modifying old content? The post I wanted to change is dated three years ago (I want to "transfer" one of my unused character profile for a different RPF, and I want to adjust the character's bacstory to fit the new profile)

There should be a view raw button on the upper right corner you can use to get the old content to post somewhere else. Otherwise, 3 years might do it. Is the thread locked (which is it - indicated by being able to post or not) and does the problem only happen on that old thread?

If either are true, it sounds not too unusual.

The New Reply window is available so I believe it's not locked. It seems that the problem is only prevalent to all those old threads though, as I tried to edit this OP and it works fine.

@Epic Score What you may need to do is refresh the page. Sometimes when editing it doesn't update the live view but the edit submission has gone through.
