@Alivefalling I was researching Victorian era weapons. According to imarel.com/playerguides/victorianeraf… the Colt Peacemaker a six shot & the Spencer repeating rifle a 7 shot is from the Victorian era, are they allowed?

Can werewolves talk while in the werewolf form?
And can the lycanthropy only be passed through bites or also from their claws?
EDIT: Oh and are familiars real animals or spirit-like entities like most familiars?
