Thats the thing. These sattelites should catch anything that shows up in the said area. Its almost impossible to falsify. It relies on seceral way to detect an enemy. heat detection, sound detection, even material detection. If any material is proven foreign to rhe sattelite, a warning woul be sent to all bases in the area. The warning or alarms didnt go off when the attack happened, and none of my sattelites have been touched, they are still operational.

How do you prevent communication masquerading as originating from one of your satellites?

It isn't.

<Snipped quote by Techspert>

Hard to say. The info only remarks on how he is from "Outside".

Well, that is satisfying to my sense of self-preservation.

<Snipped quote by Techspert>

I was just curious, mainly of if he's similar to Nemid in any way.
*Walks into the structure*
Because it could help in learning about him, in an indirect way.

Makes sense enough to me. It's probably worth a shot, at the very least.

@Heroic

No need. *Men from the tribe come carrying torches lit with the fire, capped so that it only shines in the direction pointed* An innovation brought by a previous test-taker. *Gestures toward the lions* Please. As I said, we cannot go near if the pearl is not retrieved or it will die.

Do you mean to say that you detected multiple fleets but experienced only one or two ships?

Yes. An entire fleet in an attack position was detected from the sattelites. However, the base findings AND eye witness accounts only point to one or two ships.

Completely different ones than any other known system. I developed them myself.

Is that really a problem right now, then? I can potentially see it missing objects altogether, but if your satellites detected fleets and were unable to pre-empt their arrival, then no matter how many more ships arrive that you cannot notice you will not be able to do anything about them until they get close enough to interact with, anyway.

@Valiance

While I can assure you that I am paying you my full attention, please excuse me—

*Opens a portal to you* while I open up a moving portal in order to verbally attack Shinji with logical proposals disguised as clever jokes. Those come so naturally with him that I will require no extra mental power to do this. *Pokes my head through the portal* Shinji! It seems that you are dealing with several small armies and some large ones. I suggest that you forbear the use of armies altogether and leave it to me. *Pops back out* "Clever" and "jokes" are not guaranteed.

The feed from the sattelites is sent already incrypted to a team of people who decrot the files to prevent tampering, then they send the unaltered feed to wherever it needs to go. The encryption bit is a bit more tricker to explain.

*Raises an eyebrow*
The decryption isn't automated? You have a physical team of individuals tasked with decrypting data? And they use a computer to manually do so?

I have better ones. Armies are easy. Set me at them and I can easily incapacitate, debilitate, pacificate, and decapitate any armies you are dealing with. All at once. Over a fairly medium period of time.
