Feeling rather detached from the world right now thanks to the pain that has now made itself known once more, shooting up with every step he took. However, he kept himself conscious long enough to arrive at the clinic. He saw that Kale also had that Vulpix he saw earlier. Oh, right, that kid was attacked by the same Scoliopede. Kim, the Chansey, was already planning to let them get inside. However, Drip first reported to Kale about what happened. By this time, he was raring to go inside to at least get on the bed.

But Kale then went off to find the guildmaster. He imagined that was to report the recent happenings. Could this really be all a coincidence? The Earthquake was merely done so he could escape. But... Damn, this was really no time to think about all of this. They were ushered in by Kim and then he lied down on one of the beds. Relief flooded him as he was able to rest his injured leg. He watched as Kim and Aki, the Chimeco, treated the other two first. He was fine with it - they were kids. They weren't as experienced as him when it came to being injured. He was in and out of this place in his younger years when he was still new in the guild. Getting himself injured time and time again had become a sort of joke back then. The accident prone monkey, they would often call him. It was more just being plain reckless than getting into tons of accidents. But it at least made him able to withstand pain a lot better than before.

Once Kim turned her attention to her, Rick grinned. "Oh doc! The pain searing through my leg is tantamount to hundreds of bites from Mightyenas!" He screamed, his overdramatic speech obviously pointing to him making fun of himself to lighten the mood - the act made for all to laugh at. Kim and Aki, and probably everyone else in the guild who has been in the hospital wing with him would have probably gotten used to this side of him. "Please hurry doc, I think I'm going to die soon!" He then crashed his head back onto the pillow and closed his eyes. A moment later, he opened it again with a grin on his face.

"That's the basic gist doc. What do you think doc?"

The Vulpix wasn't the only one who'd been injured. They soon met up with Rick and an Amaura, both of whom were looking pretty beat up. Drip was with them too, but thankfully she looked like she'd managed to avoid getting hurt as badly as the others. After she'd explained what happened, Hanna couldn't help but comment on it. "And he did all that in the middle o' town?" Most criminals attacked their victims either at night, or somewhere out of the way where they wouldn't get caught. This was definitely strange.

Hanna followed the others into the medical wing. One by one, the nurses began treating the ones who were injured, starting with the kids. Considering they just had a building dropped on them, none of their injuries seemed too bad. Hanna couldn't help but chuckle at Rick's overreaction to the pain in his leg. The giant smirk on his face made it obvious that he was only joking.

It was at this point that she noticed one of the kids was gone. All that was left was a note on the bed he'd been lying on. "Now, where'd he run off to? Coulda sworn he was out cold a minute ago." She asked. "Did the swords catch the guy that attacked the kids? 'Cause if not, I don't think it's safe for him to be out there on his own."

[Medburn Town - Medburn Guild: Medical Wing]

Kim frowned as Rick put on his little show. "Sorry if I'm not amused, but I've seen Pokemon in that kind of pain. It's not pleasant, trust me." Kim said as she looked over his leg. "Nothing seems broken or badly damaged, thankfully. Just keep some ice on it and try not to do much strenuous exercise. And if I hear that you've done anything contrary, I'll drag you back in here myself and put you on bed rest." She said with a strict, but still somehow sweet sounding voice.

Turning to Hanna, Drip began to answer her questions. "Yeah, crazy right? I guess he was going after that Vul... pix..." She looked at the empty cot. "Did... you see him leave? We were standing... right here..." She looked around her. The young Vulpix had vanished seemingly into thin air. "Well... I don't know how he did it, but he'll turn up..." Turning back to Hanna, she shook her head no in reply. "They gave it their best shot, but he took off running so fast he had literal fire coming from behind him!" She explained.

Aki had finally finished applying the Heal Pulse to Eira's wound, and floated back to examine her work. "There, how does that feel, dear?" She asked, Eira moving the leg back and forth feeling no pain. "It feels... normal. No... pain I mean..." She said, Aki nodding. "Good, my Heal Pulse always does the trick." She said melodically. "So... can I... go home now?" She asked, taking a moment to look at the note left on Ember's bed.

"You've got my approval, but I don't want you out there alone. Or your friend either. Hanna, would you be so kind as to help this girl find her friend and escort them both back to their homes?" Kim asked, her gazing coming to rest on the Phanphy.

Drip made her way over to Rick's bedside. "Come on, mister funny monkey. I think we've both had our fill of excitement for one day. Wanna go grab some food?" She asked.

[Medburn Town - Medburn Guild: Guildmaster's Office]

The normally happy and cheery section of the Medburn Guild was now the sight of a rather fierce argument, as various words and shouts could be heard if one was close enough.

"Listen to reason, Arnold! We can't do this on our own!" Kale said, flabbergasted at the Guild Master's stubbornness. "No, I refuse to work with Wigglytuff and the Treasure Town Guild. We are more than capable of solving this dilemma on our own. One of our teams did it before..." Arnold argued. "... And look what happened to them. When you refuse to see reason, not everyone comes out unscathed..."

Those words from Cobalion silenced the room. Arnold began to pace back and forth. "It's not just Treasure Town though, you say." Arnold said, looking at the Swords. "Right. Organizations across the world have been reaching out to one another for help, to try and find a way to end this once and for all. This isn't a matter of pride, it's a matter of protecting everyone and everything we care about." Keldeo stomped his foot. "Things are already getting out of hand, Guildmaster! I don't know if it's from the recent events, or before that..."

Terrakion sighed. "He's afraid that the world is losing faith in the Legendary Pokemon and various Organizations like yours. And seeing you, here and now... can't say I blame them." The room went completely silent. For minutes it was like this. "It's not going to stop, until we prove we can work together for the sake of the world. Even just now, a little kid outside tried to challenge me to a battle..."

"You can't be serious... have we fallen this far, and the next generation has completely lost faith in our abilities..." Keldeo shook his head. "Whatever. I'm not going to fight you. I have no reason to. You are only endangering yourself." He said, closing his eyes as he walked past his would-be opponent.

The room grew silent again, for a much shorter duration this time. "Well... if they have lost that much faith in us... I suppose... what do we have to lose..." Arnold said, the shouting and arguing dying down at last.

Trevor started to leave, but then he heard someone explain to him that they needed to stay together to survive... he turned around to see that togepi, Celina, he recalled, and he smiled for a bit, and asked "Y...you'd really let me on your team? I... I'll be honest with you... I... I'm not very brave, or strong... i-in fact, I'm probably the last guy you should send anywhere remotely dangerous, a-and I even h-have a fear of fairies... a-are you really sure you want me weighing you down?" Trevor then felt his left wing get dislocated, again, and this time, he couldn't help but shout "OW!" though, thankfully, he managed to NOT use screech, this time. I'm... still not one hundred percent sure about this whole... adventure thing. I'm probably going to encounter a fairy, and once I do that, it's only a matter of time before I run away, or... possibly... die... Trevor shivered at the thought of being killed by a fairy in real life, and he landed... weird, considering how much he enjoyed flying, and how well-adapted his body WAS to continual flight, but it became less weird when you consider the fact that his wing was in serious pain. There was also the fact that, due to not wanting to annoy anyone, it was unlikely that Trevor would actually tell anyone about this.

The guild seemed oddly emptier than it was, at least, until a group of somehow similar, yet certainly distinct pokemon entered and vented some of their frustrations to the guldmaster, all while trying to get him to work with someone else... some wigglytuff off in some place called 'Treasure Town'. Trevor would have flown in a bit closer, but his hurt wing stopped him from doing so for just long enough for their conversation to finish... once he was at the guildmaster, though, he asked, in a very quiet voice "Uuum... m-mister g-guildmaster... c-can I, er, I mean... my friends and I... st-start a uh... team? I... uh... don't have any ideas for the name of it, th-though..." Trevor then mentally prepared himself for the rejection that he was certain would follow... even if, in reality, he would probably get accepted into the guild.

He was ready to fight the horse, and the horse just walked away... Ember was completely flabbergasted by this. A "legendary" pokemon refusing a challenge? From a common pokemon from the outskirts? At first, Ember chalked it up to him being intimidating, and the horse hearing about his exploits at Quake Path, but then the arrogant water type said that Ember was just endangering himself. ME endangering MYself!? I think I know what I'm doing! I'VE COMPLETED QUAKE PATH SO MANY TIMES, THE POKEMON RUN FROM ME! Ember thought he shouted that... but he was just too confused to actually do that, instead, that response ended up just in his own head. Ember then finally snapped back to reality, his opponent was getting away, and he could use quick attack to try to catch up... but, by the time he thought of that, the blue horse had already ran off somewhere. Rage started building up in Ember as he tried to think of more things he could have said, but then he remembered a certain accomplice that he left lying in the hospital, and he looked around for some flowers, and spotted a few yellow, cup-shaped ones growing next to a nearby building. He didn't want to lose his accomplice, and he figured from her voice that she was, well, a she... and females tended to like colorful plants, right?

Ember plucked a few of them from the ground, and carried them over to the hospital in his mouth, their bitter taste getting on his nerves somewhat as he ran there. Once he got to the place, he saw some monkey and a small elephant talking to each other, the nurse, and his accomplice, still lying in bed. Ember placed the flowers where she could see them, and he said "See? I told you I would be quick... er, it didn't turn out like I planned, but I thought about the team thing a bit more, and I think it's a great, no, a GLORIOUS idea! We should do that, so we could have easier access to mystery dungeons, and grow EVER MORE POWERFUL... er, and help others, too, I guess..." Ember then thought of his team's name, though, nothing he thought of really sounded good, unfortunately, but at least once he's joined, he'd be able to figure out where that blue horse is even MORE easily... that's how that worked, right? All guild members were always aware of where the other guild members, and allied legendary pokemon were, right?

Rick nodded solemnly at Kim, quite disappointed that she didn't find it as funny as the others. Technically, he has been through some of the worse injuries out there, there were more who suffered much, much worse. "You got it Kim." Resting huh? Well, he figured that performing tricks for the children would be a good time-passer. He wondered what else he could do. Maybe relaxing by the huge tree in the town seem really good to. He then hopped off his bed, making sure not to put any pressure on his injured leg. He looked back at the Amaura who was deemed fine by the others. Thank goodness. He didn't know what to feel should her injuries have been any worse and he only got away with an injured leg.

He then turned to see Drip making her way to him and then poking fun at him. He beamed at her and said, "Sure!" He then properly stood up and then began to wobble towards the door. He turned back to Kim and Aki and then said, rather loudly really, "Thanks for the tips girls!" With a flourish of a bow, he turned back and then began to exit the area. Once out of the clinic, he then waited for Drip to get there as well. Rick knew that he shouldn't worry about what was happening yet. He can't help without his fully healed leg. Hopefully it doesn't get to the point where he would have to force himself to fight while injured. There's a certain danger to it, and while he is willing to do it, he might not last too long and risk a lot more lives.

"So where were you planning on taking me for lunch Drip?" He asked with a teasing grin.

Celina looked at Trevor as he said something about being not very brave or strong. She looked at him , then think a bit at all this.

”Trevor… you’re not the only one not that strong right now. But if we all work together, I am sure we can become stronger and figure all this out.” she said to him, moving forwards. When she heard the ‘OW’ that he said, she looked worried a bit.

“We just need to practice and train and get used to our new bodies here. I mean… in video games you never start off as the strongest people… you always need to work to become stronger. This is no different here.” she ended up saying to him, before following and arriving next to him when he ask the guild master to make a team.

“I.. am not sure either, but we will figure something out as we go probably.” she said. God… she never was good with finding names, so this might take a bit of time probably. She would probably see as they go and get some ideas. One thing for sure, considering what she heard, it might be good to evade having anything related to the stargate in the name. Last thing they wanted is everyone knowing about who they were and ending up with people hunting their team down and all. She just hoped that they would be able to do all this.

And when she said that the group would become stronger…. She was unsure how she would end up stronger on her case. If she remembered, togepi evolve from happiness. And god knows that right now, with what was happening... She did not feel really happy right now about all this. Maybe when get gets used to her body, but right now, she needed to deal with it.

Hanna nodded at the nurse's request. "Sure thing, Kim. I don't think he could've wandered too far." As if on cue, the Vulpix rushed back into the clinic at that exact moment. He was carrying a bunch of flowers in his mouth, which he placed on the bed next to the Amaura. "Aww. Ain't that the cutest thing you've ever seen?" Honestly, Hanna was starting to worry that he'd gotten himself into trouble. She was glad to see that he'd just gone outside to get a few flowers for his friend.

She approached the duo, giving them a reassuring smile. "Hi there. My name's Hanna." She said. "I know a lot's happened today, but everything's gonna be alright. I'm gonna make sure that you two get home safe." They didn't seem too worried, but Hanna felt the need to reassure them, just in case. There was no way of knowing what was really going through their heads, after all. "Just let me know when you're ready to head out."

The meeting continued, having finally found calm waters between the arguments. "So... what would be our next move? You all seem to already have a plan." Arnold remarked. "Not our plan. Not since before recorded history has there been such an event that has called for such extreme measures..." Cobalion said sternly. "He's calling all of the world's Legendary Pokemon to a summit somewhere beyond the Hidden Land, including us. We'll be leaving tomorrow ourselves." Keldeo finished.

"I see... and then, what about this plan among the Organization Leaders?" Arnold asked. "Their meeting will be taking place in Lively Town in three days time. They're requesting Guild and Organization Leaders attend to discuss their options." Cobalion stated. "There'll be a guy there who'll record their decisions for Arceus, and compare them to what they decide." Keldeo replied.

As they continued discussing their plans, a very light voice spoke up, going almost unnoticed by the group. Terrakion, who was in the back, was able to hear the voices over the discussion. "Well, who do we have here?" He asked, bringing them to the other's attention. Arnold had a bit of shock on his face, which cemented their identities to Cobalion. "Hey guys, where'd you go? We weren't finished... yet..." Would come a third voice as the Ralts entered the room as well.

"I see... it was said that three fell from the Stargate when it opened. I believe these are the three in question. Arnold?" Cobalion would ask. Lachlan shrunk. Oh boy, the jig is up, the cat's out of the bag... He thought as he was stared down by the Legendary Pokemon and Guildmaster. "Y-yes... this is them. We have... attempted to keep their secret as well as we could though." Arnold admitted. "I see..."

"That Noibat there said something about forming a team." Terrakion said. "No. They are not in any way prepared, Guildmaster." The Lucario would argue, entering the room. "Nigel makes a fair point..." Arnold began. "It's more than a point. They do not even have basic control over their own moves. How can you possibly expect them to..." "Enough." The room grew silent.

Lachlan gulped slightly at the sudden silence. "They will have much to learn. It is not every day you are forced from your own life and brought to another world. That is what happened, is it not?" Cobalion would say, Lachlan at least looking on in wonder. "How did you..." He would start. "It has happened before. They will learn. They will survive. And they will get home. And if you cannot handle the job, I know someone more than qualified to do so." He'd finish. The room grew silent once more.

As suddenly as he'd departed, he'd returned, with what looked like flowers. Eira blinked for a moment, trying to process this act. She was thrown back into reality as Ember went on to propose they make a team at the Guild. "T-team? Like, a real Exploration Team or something? I-I don't know... It's dangerous isn't it... And... I'm not very strong..." She'd say.

"Give me a sec." Drip would say to Rick as she moved over to the Ice Type. "Hey, I'm not the strongest either. I'm never the best on missions, but I always try my best. Anyone can do anything if they put their mind to it. Besides... you're stronger than you think. Remember what you did before?" She asked, both remembering back to when Eira froze a good portion of a crumbling building in place.

"M-maybe... maybe I could..." She said. "That's the spirit. Of course though, since you two are underage, you'll need your parent's permission first." She explained. "R-right. Well, then, we'd... better get home then... I'm ready, how about you? Ember?" She'd ask.

Drip smiled. She was happy to brighten someone else's day. "Alright. How about we head down to Kelly's Cafe? Everything should be cleaned up by now." She'd suggest.

[Wilds]

Mech was content to sit there all day. He was the guy who told the lower ranks what to do. He'd send them on their assignments, and sit back while others did the dirty work. His eyes were trained on the road leading towards them as he sighted a spinning, circular bug heading his way. "Well it's about time. That took way too long." He'd say as he stood up, watching the bug roll up. "You're late, Ignition. Is it done?"

Vincent spun off as fast as he could, fuming at the Swords for showing up at the worst possible time. He had that dumb little fox, if it weren't for Terrakion he could've ran down the moron with ease! Not that he particularly wanted to in all honesty, no challenge in killing such a weak loser like that, but still! Nothing pissed him off more than losing and this was definitely a loss. Vincent drifted to a stop in front of Mech, a look of fury on his face as he glared at the Bisharp. "Hell no I didn't take out the Vulpix! Nobody ever said anything about the Swords of Justice being in town!" Most of all he was angry at his boss, their bad info nearly got him arrested. "How the hell am I supposed to take on all four of the Swords without any backup huh? Don't give me an impossible job! I can't even go back anymore, they're gonna be keeping an extra close eye on the kid now!"

Rick stopped when Drip told him that she needed a second. He turned to the Amaura and the Vulpix. They seemed to have been talking about making a team. Oh? Maybe it was through the show of the Swords of Justice that they were convinced that maybe being an exploration guild isn't such a bad idea. Rick nodded to himself silently. Yes, they were an inspiration to many. Not to him though, they were cool and all but he wasn't present when they were at their prime. He doesn't see them as much, if at all, so aside from stories, there wasn't much he could base their personalities off. As long as they were go on rescuing other Pokemon, then they were alright in his books.

"If it weren't for your awesome ice blast back then, I would've been more injured than I am now. I owe you my thanks too. You'd be a great addition to the guild." Rick decided to speak up as well. As embarrassing as being rescued by a civilian was, he just can't take credit for it. She was brave at that moment. It might have just been instinct, but that meant that she had potential in there. The Monferno turned to the Vulpix, "Your friend here too. His tenacity's something to be admired. Good luck you two." He had seen a lot of junior guild members grow up into who they were now. Some were his batchmates, some were younger than him - but he always watched them with a twinkle in his eyes. He just loved watching people grow into what they wanted to be.

Once Drip was back, he grinned at her. "Ah youth, the realization of finding the want to help. It's always nice to see that someone had decided to join up." He mused before looking back at the two and winking at them. He then waved at Hanna rather cheerfully for someone with a sprained leg. He then looked back at Drip and then nodded, "Yeah I'm starving, man." He said before proceeding to walk once more.

Celina looked as Lachlan moved near the group and then listened to what the guild leader said. When the others were arguing about the group not being prepared at all, this made Celina a bit worried. It as true… the group didn’t know their moves properly yet. As the others kept talking, the guild leader suddenly stopped them. This made Celina not say one word, just looking at him as she listened to what he had to say. It was true… she and the others had much to learn here… so much to learn to figure out how to do this. And considering what she was, she would need to work extra hard to do this. At least someone here believe in them. That is.. until she heard him say that he had people more qualified to do the job if the they could not handle the job.

“More… qualified?” she said worried, before breathing deeply.
” We will try our best to do what must be done… We will try to deal with that… stargate thing. It is the only way for us to go home anyway…” she then added, looking at the group right now for this.
”I know the road might be hard… but if we stick all together for this, we can work this out to deal with anything that would want to stop us.. right?” she says in a reinsuring smile.

She might try to be reinsuring right now, but deep down she knew that the group was in trouble. That bad people would try to stop them. She just hoped that luck was going to be on their side and anyway, they needed to understand the powers they had and try to work this out anyway. So it was best to try to step forwards here and try to make people feel better about this. If she didn't do it, who else would? Maybe that Ralt would.

And... just as he thought, just as he prepared for, the rejection hit. Of course he wasn't ready to do that yet, and, worse, he dragged the rest of the group down with him by leaving the training place early. Trevor was so mad at himself that he didn't even notice anything that the steel type legendary said about the group... or about their trainer. "Ugh... I KNEW this would just waste everyone else's time... I'm sorry, everyone, I'll just... get out of here," Trevor said as he left the room, feeling far worse than before. Maybe that cafe's open, again... oh, wait... I still don't have any money from this world, so I can't even pay for food... or drinks. Trevor thought as he tried to fly, again, failing, due to the pain in his wing. Before he could get to the exit, a vulpix just rushed past him, knocking him down for a bit, and apparently ran to the whole guild meeting thing... only to shout at one of the legendary pokemon. Trevor might not have known much about pokemon, but he knew that an unevolved pokemon generally wouldn't stand a chance against any legendary... and that weird... horse thing he was shouting at looked like it was a water type, even WORSE for the fire fox.

Trevor shook his head at this... such stupidity, and the pokemon themselves would clearly know more about pokemon than a traveler, or visitor like him, right? That vulpix really needed a lesson on picking his fights more wisely. Trevor listened in, and overheard something about that fox making a team... yeah, even with how incompetent that fox was, even he was better suited to making a team than Trevor was, and he wouldn't argue with him, either.

The others discussed 'great' things about being in a rescue team, and Ember just stood there, with a somewhat fake smile as he waited for his assistant to get up, and once she did, he tried to just walk to the guild so she could keep up, but, eventually, he heard a certain horse's voice from just outside... as well as the horse's friends... and that made Ember impatient, so impatient, in fact, that he started using Quick Attack just to get there before the group left the guild. Ember ran past some pathetic-looking noibat, which, for some reason, was walking rather than flying, and he rushed right to where the hated horse was... before he even said anything to the horse, he tried to use confuse ray on him... and THEN he shouted. "YOU! You DARE run away from OUR fight, and MY revenge!? I'LL SHOW YOU WHO'S GOING TO JUST END UP HURTING THEMSELVES!" whether or not the confuse ray worked, Ember started to use a fire spin attack, however... some random pokemon told him that he can't, at least, not in a guild, and especially not if he was thinking of starting a team... and that made Ember stop. He was stupid, but he wasn't THAT stupid. "Drat! Foiled by wanting to start a team... but MARK MY WORDS, I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE!" Ember shouted at the top of his lungs before heading back to the waiting room to actually properly wait for his turn to talk to the guildmaster.

What was that horse doing there, anyways!? Are all legendary pokemon just "good" enough to talk to the guildmaster without having to wait? That's a stupid rule, and one that I would change if I were in charge! Ember thought as he just waited... that bat was looking back at him, and shaking his head for some reason... Ember just barely resisted the urge to shout at that thing... no, he couldn't, not when there were bigger fish to shout at.

Hanna waved back at Rick and Drip as they left. "I'll see y'all later." She turned back towards the kids. "Alright, if you're both ready, then let's head out. You can go with your parents to see the guildmaster later today, and then you'll be all set." She hoped their parents would agree with them joining the guild. Usually when they got members this young, their parents were fine with them joining, but a few were a little bit overprotective.

The Vulpix was the first to walk out of the clinic, and Hanna followed behind him. To her surprise, though, he began dashing towards the guildmaster's office, knocking over a Noibat who happened to be in his way. Concerned, Hanna rushed over. "Are you okay, sweetie?" She said, helping the Noibat get back on his feet. "Wait here for a minute. I'll be right back."

As she went ahead to the guildmaster's office, she could hear the Vulpix's voice, screaming something about 'revenge'. "Ember..." She assumed this was the Vulpix's name, since his friend called him that earlier. "I didn't think you were one to act out like this. Once you join the guild, that kind o' behavior ain't gonna fly." She made sure her tone of voice was as gentle as possible, while still being stern enough to get her point across. "Now, I think you owe that Noibat over there an apology. You knocked him right off his feet on your way over here."

Lachlan turned when he heard Trevor's statement and apparent unawareness of the conversation at hand as he started to leave. "Hey, wait!" He'd turn to start after him, turning to Celina for a moment. "You're right, so let's go after him. We have to stick together no matter what!" He replied as he took off past Nigel. "Hold-" The Lucario started to say, before a hand reached up as if to say no. "Let them go, Nigel. We have to realize it won't be as simple as training a child from our world. They have much to learn." Arnold said.

"So, how many Guild Leaders have decided to attend?" Arnold asked. "So far Lively Town's own Expedition Society from the Water Continent has agreed, as has the Treasure Town Guild and Valiant Village Guild from the Grass Continent here." Cobalion began. "There are also guys showing up for the Pokemon Paradise from the Mist Continent, and I think A.C.T. is showing up for the Air Continent. None from the Desert Continent yet though." Keldeo finished, turning to grab an item from his bag as a Confuse Ray flew past his head by mere inches. "What the..." He'd remark.

Then the odd Vulpix began his rant about revenge of some kind, a speech that slightly confused everyone present. And as quickly as he'd arrived he was gone, leaving everyone besides Cobalion blinking as if to ask if that had really just happened. "That was... strange..." Terrakion would comment before returning to the task at hand. "That kid mentioned making a team. The way he acted just now, that would be a disaster waiting to happen." Nigel would say. "Either that, or it could be a chance to better himself. You weren't always one to follow the rules when you started out." Arnold replied.

"Either way, he needs to have an eye kept on him if he joins in." Kale would chime in, having been relatively silent for the duration of the meeting. "Can we get back on the matter at hand? Without any more interruptions?" Nigel finished as he closed the door, latching it shut to ensure no more distractions.

[Medburn Town - Medburn Guild]

At first it seemed like everything would continue relatively normal from there on out. That was before Ember once more bounded ahead and disappeared around a corner with Quick Attack. "Hey! Wait up!" She'd yell as she and Hanna took off after her. Hanna had stopped to assist a Noibat whom Ember had apparently knocked over on his way. Afterwards Hanna took off ahead while Eira remained. She looked at the Noibat, who seemed to be in pain by the look on his visage. And considering he wasn't flying, she deduced it was his wing. "Hey, your wing okay? I'm sorry if my... friend... did that, he's a strange one..." She'd start, before Lachlan (and presumably Celina) came into view.

"Hey, Trevor, come on man, we can't give up that easily. Did you even hear what that big guy said? They have faith in us!" He'd say, looking at the Amaura after noticing her presence. "Oh, I didn't see you there. Thanks for stopping Trevor before he got too far." He'd say, Eira shaking her head with her eyes wide. "N-no, I didn't..." She'd rebuke as Ember came back into view rather unhappy now it seemed. "I think he did... and none too politely..." She'd look over to Hanna. "She's right, Ember. You need to apologize." She'd reply.

[Medburn Town]

After leaving the guild moments before the various events afterward occurred, Drip and Rick headed down into town. It seemed to be finally getting back into the swing of things after the earthquake and massive battle that had taken place. "It still surprises me how quickly Medburn rebounds from disaster." She'd comment as they passed by a Machoke surveying the frozen building from earlier. "How's it look, Cho?" She'd ask, the Machoke not taking his eyes off the structure. "Frozen. I'm surprised the ice hasn't cracked by now. That must have been one whopper of an attack that froze this." He'd reply.

The two continued on into town afterwards. "That girl, Eira, she has a lot of potential. I don't know about that Ember, but she'd be great to have on someone's team. Don't you think?" She'd ask as they approached the Cafe.

[Wilds]

The Scolipede vented his frustrations over the mission, but Mech remained calm and relaxed. As he finished, a slight grin appeared across his visage, or what could be counted as a grin. "Relax. We knew the Swords would be in town. We just wanted to see how you'd react to the situation, and if you could escape." He'd cross his arms. "The Vulpix is no longer a target of interest. And, at least for now, the three confirmed targets are... out of reach, protected by the Medburn Guild."

He'd turn before he continued. "You have, however, proven yourself worthy of being part of our group. We were watching, and you handled the situation rather well for being confronted by four Legendary Pokemon. Welcome to the Dark Prism." He'd conclude. "Now, your next mission-" He'd pull out a map of the known world. "We want you to spy on the conference being held in Lively Town. You won't be going alone, though." A figure would emerge from behind a tree, a Gabite. "I'm sure you're acquainted with Mizu. You two will be partners. Got it?" He'd finish.

Rick followed Drip as she made her way to the cafe. He looked around as the other Pokemon were already starting to rebuild the town. He smiled and waved at those he knew - who was practically everyone. He looked at the frozen rubble that Eira had frozen earlier. He was tempted to use his fire moves to try and defrost it but it might do more damage than not, and Kim might take off his head because of it.

He followed Drip and nodded. "She has some potential alright. She's rather powerful, she should train more though." He commented. "Ember, on the other hand... well, I could see the kid in a team. He'll do fine, I hope."

"I'm looking forward to seeing them fully trained." He continued with a nod. There were things to look out for, but he'd rather watch as they get over obstacles in their lives. Though, with the current situation, he just hopes that they will all be safe.

Celina suddenly turned when Trevor went to leave before that guy finished saying what he needed to say. “Trevor! Wait!” she then yelled, before looking at the group. “I have to go and talk to him!” she said before going to leave and go to find Trevor, only to see a strange vulpix there. She heard what he yelled, confused a bit by all this as she moves closer and heard what Lachan said. She moved forwards to Trevor.

“Trevor… please… we have to stick together in all this. I know its hard.. but we have to.” She says to him, sad a bit that he would run away like that. She looked at the group and listened to what was being said, supposedly the vulpix stopped Trevor, but not really politely. She looked at the vulpix unsure, before looking at the Amaura.

“I am just glad he didn’t get too far..” she says sadly then turning to Trevor.
“Lachan is right.. They do have faith in us… we just need to work together in all this... Please…” she says to him calmly. She tries her best to just rub his back a bit.

“So let’s please go to head back in… and get our team set up… only by working together we can become stronger and deal with all this.” She says, then trying her best to take a confident tone towards him… she had to get everyone to feel better and do all this. She was ready to get back in to set up their team if Trevor was going to come also

As soon as Trevor was knocked down, a couple of pokemon helped him up. One was a phanpy, who seemed to speak with some sort of accent, while the other was an unfamiliar pokemon... the phanpy asked Trevor whether or not he was okay, and Trevor responded with a simple "Y-yeah, I'm fine, thanks..." and just after that, the unfamiliar pokemon asked him if his wing was okay, and whether or not her friend did that. Trevor had to assume that the odd vulpix was this pokemon's friend, and he answered honestly with "I think my wing's fine, and no, your friend didn't do that... I kinda did this to myself, er, training," he didn't want to tell the ladies what KIND of training, since apparently only babies ever have to train to use their moves. Celina and Lachlan appeared after that, and they told Trevor what he had missed during that meeting, and that actually made him smile, a bit. "Th-they really DO have faith in us? Truly? I... I guess I'm not a waste of time, space, and effort, after all," Trevor responded, happily to his friends' encouragement.

After that, yet another guest showed up, that vulpix who knocked Trevor down before he could escape, and that vulpix let out a half hearted apology, saying "I'm sorry for knocking you over..." and Trevor chuckled, a little bit saying "Sorry? What, for stopping me from running away from my teammates? I should THANK you... even if it involved you knocking me over," the vulpix then got a smug smile on his face... until he thought of something, and left the building. "That guy... that vulpix... what's wrong with him, anyways?" Trevor decided to ask everyone surrounding him, hoping that at least someone would know the answer to that question.

Soon after Ember's rant, and frustration, everyone else caught up to him, and that phanpy even saw when he knocked over that noibat... and she soon informed Ember's minion about what happened, and she didn't like that, apparently. Drat! This could get Eira to leave, and then I'd be all alone, again! I can't let that happen... eh? What's this 'apologize'? Is it when I say I'm 'sorry' for something? Ember thought as he was escorted to the noibat, who was talking to a whole group of pokemon. Why are so many pokemon surrounding that bat? Is he famous? He doesn't look famous. Ember thought as the bat finally finished answering everyone else's questions. Ember then let out his greatest "I'm sorry," yet, and the noibat had the nerve to laugh at it, though, the bat avoided earning Ember's ire by adding "Sorry? What, for stopping me from running away from my teammates? I should THANK you... even if it involved you knocking me over," just as he should have, for he should be thankful for ever coming into contact with the great Ember! Ember smiled back at the bat, knowingly, and then it hit him Wait a minute! I never told my parents that I was doing this! They'll have my head if they ever find out! and after that thought, Ember rushed out of the guild, though, he managed to stop himself before using quick attack, and he even managed to wait for his minion.

Once Eira arrived, Ember asked "Erm... I did not see my parents, before that... but you didn't get the time to do that either, did you?" he was completely embarrassed by the fact that he forgot to do something so simple, so easy, and just ask them if he could do something that his parents would probably support, especially given that his mother was once in a guild much like this one, though, in some far-off continent that she lived on before moving here. Ember then wondered if he should follow Eira to her home, as it would probably build his underling's trust if he met her parents, wouldn't it? Was he in too much danger of losing her trust, though, given the bat's response to his apology? Ember weighed his options, and decided to ask her before she left "Do you want me to come with you to your home?" though, his wording could probably use some work, she probably understood what he meant... maybe.

After Ember apologized, there didn't seem to be any hard feelings between him and the Noibat. The Noibat even seemed grateful that Ember stopped him. A Ralts and a Togepi had shown up, and they seemed to be the Noibat's teammates. At this point, Hanna realized that she'd never seen any of them around town before. "Y'all don't seem familiar. Are you from outta town?" She asked. Before any of them had a chance to answer, though, she noticed that Ember was heading for the exit. "Oh! Ember, wait for me, sweetie."

She didn't want to leave in the middle of a conversation, but since Ember had already decided to leave, she didn't have much of a choice. Thankfully, he didn't use Quick Attack at all this time, so she was able to catch up to him just by walking at a brisk pace. "You can't keep wanderin' off when there's a criminal on the loose. The swords are probably gonna catch him soon, but 'till then, stay with me, okay?" She said. "Now, I ain't really sure where you two live, so you'll have to lead the way. Try not to get too far ahead o' me, though."

Eira was somewhat stunned by Ember's apology. Even though it wasn't the most sincere sounding, it was a step in the right direction from what she'd seen before. His actions and efforts continued to poke at her curiosity, as once more he was off once again before Eira could even get a word in otherwise. "S-sorry, he's always in a rush, some kind of plan or something... hey, wait up... again!" She'd call out before catching up to him and Hanna just beyond the guild entrance.

As she stopped just behind them, Ember posed an odd question, that he wanted to meet her parents. This left her with mixed feelings. On one side she was happy he was starting to show more interest in her as a kind of friend, but also nervous about what her Nana would think of him, given that Ember doesn't have the best track record. But if she was forming a team, she'd surely want to meet him, right?

"W-well, I guess that would be alright... maybe after that I can come meet your parents." She'd reply, heading towards the southern part of town. "My home is down that way, just off the Center Plaza." She'd direct, looking back at the group before beginning down the path.

With the swift departure of the other Pokemon in the room, Lachlan grinned as he looked over at Trevor. "Of course you're not, you can't think so negative. Like Celina said, all we gotta do is work together and we'll make it though this no problem." He'd say as he looked back to the door they had come from, now closed. "But... I think it's going to be a bit before we can talk with the Guidlmaster again... he's a really busy guy I guess."

He took a few steps back towards where they all were previously. "Why don't we keep practicing with our moves? Imagine the look on that guys's face if he comes back and we're using them like we knew them all our lives." He'd say with a big smile towards his teammates, waving them onward.

[Medburn Town - Kelly's Cafe]

She turned back to Rick as she opened up the door. "Maybe... he just feels like a kid who'd manipulate a sweet girl like her into doing his dirty work, I don't know..." She'd say as she headed to a nearby table. With Medburn back in full swing, the Cafe was alive with customers and passers by. "Welcome back, Drip honey. And hey there to you, too, Rick. Got banged up again I see." The Kanghaskan would say as she came over.

"We know him too well, Kelly... the usual this time, Pecha Berry Salad for me." She'd order, Kelly nodding and smirking. "And what'll it be for you, this time. Tomato Berry Soup? Iapappa Sandwich? If you need time to think it over, I can come back." She'd offer.

Celina looked at Trevor before smiling and then hearing what Lachlan said and about the guildmaster being really busy. Understandable considering the situation everyone was in with the earthquakes. So those things needed to be closed… but how would the gang even proceed to close it anyway. Now though was not the time to think of that considering how inexperience the group was. She though a bit about this. She thought about it before Lachlan said that it might be a good idea to practice their moves a bit more. When she heard that, she had an idea.

”That would be great. We could use that trick room to train up more and even fight a bit if needed to get ourselves more familiar with combat. It would be a good practice. Although if you guys don’t feel like it, we could just train our moves” she then said. It might hurt a bit in there, but it would be some good practice, that is for sure. Although she was not sure her teammates would be ok with this. It was simply an idea.

“Its that… or we somehow get to a weak dungeon to train without no one following… or we get some body guards to help us.” She then said to the group. One thing for sure, they needed to be used to their moves and learn more. One thing she wished at least to get would be a TM for any moves she could learn so she had a safer option.
