Capes of Denver: A Worm RP

I’d be interested. I had an idea already. Could I be a time bender/jumper. In a sense I’d be able to bend time(slow it down or speed it up) and be able to travel in time but only in the present which would mean I can only travel the current time period. I would not be able to go back to say the pilgrims or some other past time. Would this be something I could work with?

Time travel is pretty iffy, but slowing and speeding up time in certain areas is definitely feasible. If you want to elaborate more on the specifics I'd be more than willing to help you out, whether it be on the official thread, pm, or the discord.

I am most definitely interested. How do you feel about weather control? Not the "instant blizzard" variety, but with a time delay, depending on 1) how radical the change is from current conditions and 2) the size of the affected area.

It sounds like we could definitely make that work, more details are always needed to be sure, but it sounds like that would work as a power. Feel free to ask more questions, hop in the main thread, or ask for the discord.

@antman0623 Time manipulation is always extremely touchy and I prefer to avoid it whenever possible unless I'm writing a story by myself. Traveling in time is definitely a big no unless it's incredibly minor jumps that don't overtly affect other people, but the speeding up or slowing down of causal progression within a limited area is feasible. We can definitely discuss the details to make that work.

@Clever Hans Weather control is 100% A-ok, so long as the control isn't too refined. Like instant blizzard, instant lightning bolts in the hand to hurl like Zeus atop Olympus, etc. I'd be greatly interested to see what you come up with.
