(True to the form of a Free RP, I don't really care about what goes on in here. Keep it Morrowind, but that's really your only leash. I always found it remarkable how interesting the headgear in Morrowind was, yet nobody really talked much on the subject ever since unless they were talking about Mai'q. "The khajiit with the hat." Undoubtedly, I think that most of the people who said that phrase realized at that moment that having a 'Cat in a hat' was part of the joke. Use paragraphs or one liners, idgaf. Anyway, let's do this.)
VIVEC
Reeking of Sujama and nostrils speckled with traces of Moon Sugar, Enoc burst out from the market atop the Foreign Quarter. He ran as fast as his stupid legs could carry him, chasing something that only he could see. The snarling Khajiit drew a tepid old blade and slashed dramatically at the air in front of him as he leaped, shrieking "THAT'S MIIIIIIINE!"
Unbeknownst to Enoc, he sailed over the retaining wall of the uppermost tier of the Canton. This left him with absolutely no options whatsoever, but in his mind prior to feeling the pull of gravity into a gut-wrenching velocity to the murky waters below, he was still disemboweling the smiling Dark Elf who wore his hat. Enoc hated Dark Elves. Enoc also hated heights and water, so this wasn't really his lucky day. However, two of the things he loved made it easier for him to deal with suddenly plunging into the water from such a great height. At first he didn't feel the snapping of bones in his right foot, as it was the first part of him to break the surface of the water. He didn't particularly mind swallowing the salty water either until his brain caught up with the situation one very quick second later.
In full panic mode, Enoc furiously paddled up until his head broke the surface of the water, whereupon he yeowled like a day-old kitten, and proceeded to thrash about in dramatic fear.
