This takes time however using a dark chant.) Chaos Psychokinetics(Whilst as Black Bill, he can access the warp and do impossible feats of agility and speed as well as move things with his mind. This also allows him to create things out of the Warp) Mechanicum Inquisition(Cornilious can quickly learn anything he comes in contact with within 30 minutes) Forbidden knowledge(When talking to his god Malal, his god might chance ably tell Cornilious something he wishes to know, for a price of sacrifice of course. The sacrifice is normally cause hell somewhere) Adept construction(Cornilious can construct nearly anything given the resources, in a speedy time too.) Titan Princepts( can drive large Mech likevehicales known as titans. His personal one is an imperial knight known as Imperiatum Ares.) Appearance(s): Cornilious is a 7 ft tall entity of machine parts in a humanoid form. He has a small crane and tendrils on his back that he can control. His left arm is bulky for it can turn into various tools. his right arm has a hidden sword in it. He has a boltor assault rifle on the back of his waist. He wears a red robe with yellow shapes variously on it. He has many symbols of the mechanicum on him. his legs are double kneed. His eyes are green. Black bill's metal is pure black and his robe is tattered. He has various spikes on his body and is 8 ft tall instead. His symbols are that of Malal, the dark god of anarchy. His robes color is darker with blood red shapes instead. His sword is cruelly edged and his boltor is chaos tainted, as well as various spikes on it. His Imperial knight titan is red as cornilious with nice angles and coat of arms. It has a actual hand on the right, with a basilisk canon on the left. it has point defense guns on its torso. It's head is that of a large knight helmet with glowing red eyes. When in chaos form, the knights color turns from a dark red to black with red accents and details. Various crude horns pertrude from the pauldrons and carapace of the torso, as well as smaller ones from the head. The head warps into a split face helmet look, one side white and the other black. It's eyes turn a dark evil purple flames. It's canon turns into a 3 barreled hell storm canon. Its arm is now a clawed horror of it's former mechanicum splendor.

Cocky, sane and inquisitive. While as his alter ego, he is insane, violent, and cruel.
History(optional as always):
He has lived for millennia and more. He has marched for his home of the red planet of mars in war, and for the imperium of man. Once a civil war broke out, he left his mentor, Adept Koreal Zeth, at the magma city and marched on the Heretics of the Imperium. After the horus herecy he was the highest ranking adept left from the conflict. He was made fabricator general and continued his work. Although, this was at a great price. His mentor, also his mother before she was finally turned fully machine, sunk the magma city to stop the Dark mechanicum. He searched endlessly for her, but found nothing but her face plate. After 200 years of service, he and his forces found an old temple to the dark gods, where Cornilious was corrupted by malal with chaos scrap code. It took a while to finish, and the Inquisition held him in custody during this, unsure what to do. When the transformation was done, Malal saw opportunities of the situation, and decided to use Cornilious to strike a deal with the Inquisition. The Inquisition accepted, and Cornilious became as much of a warrior than a scientist. This led to his use in the expedition fleet 427, and brought more worlds to compliance. His abilities increased, and the empire gave him many rewards, as well as those given by Malal. He became powerful and influential, and befriended many of the races. He soon became contented and hasn't had to deal with anything for a little while, but the constant threat of enemies of Malal and the Imperium are many. He does his tinkering and research, as well as the Sacrifices for Malal. He didn't have to do anything he didn't want to...till now.
