Background:Born in unknown parts Pandora's life is a bit of a mystery and when quizzed on it she often gives fantastic descriptions and is known to contradict her previous stories.
What is know is that she is not born on earth and possibly not even this dimension, at least that the story most common to her; this is doubtful but she sticks by it.
She has no traceable past or even a last name and goes by the name Pandora but says there is no connection between herself and that mythological woman.

Personality: Chaotic, Pandora seems to revel in being unpredictable but this could be a facade simply to keep others at a distance because of her power's side effect of causing Bad luck randomly to those closest to her. Her curiosity is her most honest emotion and borders on obsessive, she can't stand an unopened box.

May cause unintentional effects to happen that could not be beneficial to others around her making her presence a constant worry to people she regularly associates with (Her Jinx ability is always active and when not used on a regular basis affects those closest around her friend or foe regardless.)
She suffers from a lack of memory as far as her past goes or she compulsively lies about it and shows no regret when pinned by her own contradictions.
She also suffers from OCD her primary quirk being intensive curiosity to the point of trespassing on the space of others (Breaking into rooms, closets, safes, mail, anything closed she feels the need to open.)

Only thing that I will say is that Aliens and other dimensional beings are tricky. You also may want to give her a main weakness, or some indication that she isn't some Godly being. Besides that, accepted!
Remember, this is about Mutants more than Aliens.

The Alternate dimensional is a holdover to her DC origins but no worries I can alter that

As for weaknesses, I suppose I could add another beyond her causing bad luck around her randomly

Name: Winnona Hind
Alias: Halo
Powers:
Healing - Winnona has the ability to heal, both herself and others. From small cuts to extensive things like losing fingers. The only way to fully kill her is to dismember/behead her or a deadshot to the brain. For others, she has to bleed on the wound for it to heal them. This also gives that person the ability to heal for a short amount of time (as long as the blood is running in their system) and the extent of the ability for them is small. It should also be mentioned, the more serious the injury the longer it takes to heal & the more energy it takes to do so

Endurance - Luckily enough, Winona does have very high levels of endurance. So high, it could be considered a power itself. Her energy usually lasts a very long time, which can help her greatly in battle. After all, her strength is only minimal and her skill isnt too high. Her endurance is needed to keep up with any healing for herself or any allies she needs to assist, because it can really drain her.
She does, although, rarely ever find herself able to sleep longer than an hour or so at a time & this has started to take a toll on her brain functionality.

Background: (warning, dark themes such as suicide, infant death)

Winn was an adopted child from Chicago from a teen mother who couldnt provide for the small girl. So she gave her into the hands of a couple she hoped would love the baby. And they did. Until Winn was 4 years old she had a very mundane, loving, normal life. Her adoptive parents would then give birth to their own baby girl and by the time the baby was 1 month old, Winnona felt neglected.

The baby ended up passing away at only 2 months old.
From the event of the baby girl’s death until Winnona’s teenage years, her parents became depressed and bitter, even abusive to her. They never had another child.

Miserable and ultimately alone, Winnona turned to the idea of running away and was succesful at 16.
She lived as a homeless teen for a few years. In & out of shelters, bumming from friends. Eventually, any friends she had left. Winnona was walking life completely alone. Shortly after running away she tried to kill herself with no success, truly discovering the ability she had. On the streets she met a man who would befriend her, teach her happier ways of life, as well as some street smarts, even some self defense-which he claimed Winnona needed because a pretty young girl on the street would always find trouble. This way of life toughened her and built a stronger, resilient woman. Thanks to this man she found herself & her passion, she found a need to help those in trouble like she herself once was.

Equipment: Winnona is a big fan of her twin swords, but she can usually be resourceful with her surroundings if needed. She is quite stealthy, but no master at fighting. She usually always has snacks on her for metabolism/energy resource reasons.
