Personality: Kai is the text-book definition of an introvert, despite being somewhat popular in school. Well, notoriety and popularity are one in the same right? He's a mild prankster and always one to tell, receive, and get punched for joke/puns. Past that, he's a caring person with high morals, which pairs well with east to get along with nature.
Appearance: Kai resembles your average teenager, not incredibly fit but well over lanky. He has jet-black short cropped to about half an inch, usually styled but the apocalypse had a way of cramping fashion. Mixed skin accompanies soft brown hues which never seem to loose life from them. Most aren't surprised when he tells them that he's only 16, as his 5'6 height coupled with weight 130 soaking wet is a dead give away. Pre-Apocalypse, he'd be seen wearing faded blue jeans, beat converses and probably an Aerosmith T-shirt. However, once he realized that his set-up wasn't protective against the dangers of these lands, he changed to rugged boots, black jeans and an all-weather jacket. Not fashionable but hey, the zombies don't judge.
Some important notes: His family were avid outdoorsmen who taught him at a young age the ins and outs of nature and surviving in it. Naturally, they were also hunters, he himself an expert marksman. His knowledge of wooded areas and effectively living off the land makes him a great addition to many groups.
