I'm Ophi and I've been pretty absent lately due to a wee bit of trouble with my appendix. However, I'm fighting fit now..(well, ish!) and I'm hoping to find a roleplay or two to enjoy in my downtime. So, a few snippets about me! Firstly, I'm a Mum, I'm studying for degree number two and holding down a full time job - so there will be times when I can't post. Luckily, I'm pretty good at the whole time management thing, but if I do disappear for a day or two, I will be back. On a normal, everything is going well day, I can get a post or two up. It would be lovely if you could too, but I totally get being busy. No passive aggressive PM's will come from my direction if you don't respond within twenty-four hours. Just let me know if you decide that you want to leave it. It's all good.
Mainly, I just want to find a writing partner that I can enjoy working with. That's good with character development and keeps me on my toes with unexpected twists. I'll give the same back. Communication is key in ensuring that a roleplay is successful, so always feel free to shoot me a PM to discuss idea's, or rant about the In-laws. I'm a bit of a social butterfly. I won't apologise for that. However, if chatter isn't your thing, just let me know. Flexibility and all that jazz.
What am I looking for? Well, I'm pretty open right now. I'm hankering after something medieval, preferably 1500's Tudor. That said, I'd happily embark on a modern day, slice of life deal or even a bit of Sci Fi. (My Sci Fi roles tend to be based on the Star Trek films. Sorry, not sorry!) Ha.
The 1920's, Mafia-bootlegging heyday is also a love of mine, so that's always an option! Anyway, we can discuss the finer details via PM.
Mature themes aren't an issue, sexual content is fine but on some occasions I do prefer to fade. I do like writing romance, but only as part of a well thought out plot. It shouldn't be the main focus. In romantic pairings, I prefer to be the F, although I can and might play the M.
