It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these but I’m looking to start up some new and hopefully long term roleplays. I have a couple plots that I’m interested in doing but add suggest a few changes to the ones I’ve made. If you’re interested in roleplaying with me but none of the plots really catch your eye than feel free to suggest your own! Normally, I enjoy medieval, fantasy, supernatural and apocalypse plots, which you’ll likely be able to tell from what I’ve made up myself lol. However, here are a few things about me and what I’m looking for!
- I am 18+. I’m ok with darker themes and some gore. I’d prefer to fade to black when it comes to mature scenes but I may be convinced to write it out, depending on the situation and such. - I love having multiple characters. I think it makes things more interesting and fun so I’d prefer if we have a large cast rather than just one character each. - Writing wise, I can usually give out a solid three paragraphs. It varies of course. I’m not strict on this but I would like something to work with so no one liners. - I’m a pretty busy person but I’m able to reply often during the summer. However, this may change once school starts back up again so I’ll try to keep you updated. - I’d like my partner to be able to rp both genders. I do prefer rping females myself but I’m plenty capable of rping males as well. - As far as pairings go, I usually stick to MxF but I am open to MxM or FxF.
The Plots -
My idea here is to make an rp that sorta mimics the Office/Parks and Rec. We’ll choose an ordinary work place and fill it with interesting characters. I don’t have a full outline for this plot but I figure it’s something we can brainstorm together.
n the kingdom of Grista, there was once a small town known as Merton and it was there were chaos first reared it’s ugly head. It was quaint and practically the same as all the other towns. However, the citizens of this town were said to have met a cruel and unusual fate. It is only rumored but people claim that portals to hell itself opened and unleashed great beasts of terror upon the town. After all was said and done, there was rumored to be only one survivor, a lone child. In the next few months, four other towns fell to the rumored beasts and the lone survivors of each town were always young children.
It’s been 15 years since that dark period in the kingdom and the attacks are starting up once again. People are horrified and shocked. The kingdom is trying to rally forces to stop these unpredictable attacks. And the answers might just lie in the 5 survivors of the past.
(We can discuss if we want it to actually be beasts or humans but the roleplay will focus around the 5 and maybe one or two characters that get dragged into their plans :D)
There’s a very thin line between the human world and the supernatural world. The ones who are considered to be the peace keepers are the Hunters. The Hunters are a group made out of humans who know about the supernatural and attempt to keep the supernatural and human world separate. Despite their name, they do not look to eradicate the supernatural creatures, only keep them in line. One day, a supernatural creature (or more if we chose), approaches the hunters with the desire to join one of their teams, claiming that it is not only the supernaturals who need monitoring. Many laugh at the ridiculous idea and deny acceptance of the creature. Until one of the lesser known and respected leaders steps up. S/he agrees to take the creature as a new teammate and pleads for permission from the head hunter. Though reluctant, the head hunter allows for it. Though accepted, the creature might not have been chosen by the best team. This team is made out of a rather rag-tag group of misfits among the hunters and them accepting a creature among their ranks certainly won’t go over well.
[We can discuss where to go from the time they meet and so on. And by misfits it could mean anything from stuff like one member being blind, one being the black sheep of their family, guilty of past crimes and so on]
An apocalypse based roleplay. Humans always feared that one day the world would end as they know it. This fear, being held in the hearts of many, caused for the government to start a secret program that trained a special group of people to be prepared for the apocalypse. They were humanity’s back up. A way the government felt they could secure humanity’s if an apocalypse ever did occur. However, the conditions to be part of said team were rather harsh and brutal. Team members were stuck in an underground training facility where only very few were allowed. They kept them locked away from the outside world to keep them away from the risk of illnesses. This meant they had to leave behind their previous lives, families and loved ones as they endured harsh training. Team members could only stay on until the age of 35, in which they would be released from their contract and replaced by some else around the age of 20. Each team member would train in the areas of combat, medicine, scavenging, science, tech and more, each specializing in a certain area but also learning the basics of the others.
Well the world finally collapsed. The zombies have arrived and society has crumbled. Now it’s time for the team to shine as they are pulled into this new world and along with a couple soldiers and perhaps some other survivors, they will try to rebuild all that has been lost.
