You rack your brains to remember just why you're here, and why your ears are ringing.
Your clothes are seared, and it looks like you have some major, no minor burns on your body.

You only remember as your surroundings set in.
A wasteland, as far as the eye can see. Blood, blood is around you, and people are around you, yet you can't tell if they're dead or alive. Shattered rubble lies all around you, and the faint smell of gunpowder and chemicals is in the air. You can't remember why you're here, or what really happened, only small fragments come to you as the ringing subsides. Gunfire, screams, and your name is all you can remember. There's only one thing that you can say is dead without a doubt, a corpse missing it's head, covered in strange red markings. The phrase raider comes to mind, but you can't really remember what that is. The ringing's gone at this point, and the only thing you can think of to do is to stand, and hope that at least someone is alive in the bodies around you, and someone can tell you what happened.

All you can scrounge up is that the colony you were at was raided, so it'll be up to you and other survivors to find out what happened to the world you can't remember, and investigate the dark depths of a conflict ravaging the Seattle Sands.
