Greetings,

This was a writing prompt and thought experiment which is designed to lead into discussion which I had encountered and thought particularly interesting. While it is not mine and I have expanded on it some to further facilitate an interesting expression by including the writer themselves, the core idea is still very simple and particularly novel. Follow the directions as stated below and do not think too in-depth about the scenario presented, rather the goal and logic behind it. As an added note, please understand that the audience the prompt is aimed at are mature members in nature; take the prompt seriously and in good faith. The goal is to create a functioning society and the writer needs to explain why they think their unlikely group is the most likely to survive.

The world has ended and you must choose seven or less people to survive. They will form the nucleus of a new civilization. You will accompany them, for a maximum total of eight people. List those you have selected in the order which you would choose them, then indicate your rationale for selection. Specifically, why you chose these individuals and why you placed them in this order. Finally, explain yourself in a similar format as the other survivors to choose from in the prompt initially, then rate and incorporate yourself into the rankings.
Criteria for Survival Prompt

  • Dr. (Mr.) Scott: 37, white, historian (doctorate), college professor, good health (jogs daily), botanist, politically active (unspecified), married (Mrs. Scott), has one child (Billy Scott).
  • Mrs. Scott: 38, white, Jewish, obese, diabetic, psychologist (master's degree), mental health counselor, married (Dr. Scott), and has one child (Billy Scott).
  • Billy Scott: 10, white, Jewish, intellectual disability (IQ 70), good health, physically strong.
  • Ms. Perez: 23, Hispanic, Catholic, general education (9th grade), cocktail waitress, prostitute, divorced, has one child (Michael Perez).
  • Michael Perez: 3 (months), Hispanic, healthy.
  • Mr. White: 25, African-American, homosexual, medical student, musician, good health, political active (black power activist).
  • Mrs. Anthony: 28, African-American, Protestant (minister's daughter), electronics engineer (bachelor's degree), divorced, politically active (zero population growth).
  • Mr. Clark: 51, white, Mormon, mechanical engineer (bachelor's degree), construction consultant, handyman, outdoorsman, has four children (unaccompanied), politically active (anti-black sympathizer).
  • Father Mark: 37, white, Catholic, priest, farming background, good health (former college athlete), politically active (civil rights, socially liberal).
  • Dr. (Ms.) Rita: 66, Hispanic, Catholic, general practitioner (doctorate), poor health (two heart attacks), highly literate (quotes extensively).
List of Survivors

For those who voiced their interest in my posting of these as I come across them, here are your mentions. Granted these will vary wildly in quality and content, but post-apocalypse is always a very strong theme and has plenty to work with. As you can see, some of these choices are not particularly easy and none too many of these people are ideal candidates to keep humanity alive with.

Sure. Turning on the atheist in me.

Keep:
Dr. (Mr.) Scott: 37 historian (doctorate), college professor, good health (jogs daily), botanist, married (Mrs. Scott), has one child (Billy Scott). No flaws, family.
Mrs. Scott: 38, white, Jewish, obese, diabetic, psychologist (master's degree), mental health counselor, married (Dr. Scott), and has one child (Billy Scott). Clearly not a great health counselor. But obesity is an issue that can be fixed, in a post-apocalypse very likely by force.
Billy Scott: 10, white, Jewish, intellectual disability (IQ 70), good health, physically strong. Kids don't tend to have low IQ without subsequent health problems, so this child is a fantasy. IQ will/can increase over your lifespan, that's been studied and proven.
Mrs. Anthony: 28, African-American, Protestant (minister's daughter), electronics engineer (bachelor's degree), divorced, politically active (zero population growth). Her unbelievable stupidity can be overruled with the majority when they've grown enough to expand.
Father Mark: 37, white, Catholic, priest, farming background, good health (former college athlete), politically active (civil rights, socially liberal). No flaws. Farming is needed.
Dr. (Ms.) Rita: 66, Hispanic, Catholic, general practitioner (doctorate), poor health (two heart attacks), highly literate (quotes extensively). An actual doctor is needed.

Remove:
Ms. Perez: 23, Hispanic, Catholic, general education (9th grade), cocktail waitress, prostitute, divorced, has one child (Michael Perez). Sexual diseases aren't mentioned, but her health is ignored, which leads one to assume. Has literally no value, because everyone can sell their bodies for sex.

Mr. Clark: 51, white, Mormon, mechanical engineer (bachelor's degree), construction consultant, handyman, outdoorsman, has four children (unaccompanied), politically active (anti-black sympathizer). Absolutely cannot have racially motivated people in a post-apocalypse. Talents aren't useful enough to justify their existence. "Outdoorsman" literally just means you spend a lot of time outdoors...

Mr. White: 25, African-American, homosexual, medical student, musician, good health, political active (black power activist). Absolutely cannot have racially motivated people in a post-apocalypse. Talents aren't useful enough to justify their existence. The post-apocalypse can live without good campfire tunes.

Debateable:
Michael Perez: 3 (months), Hispanic, healthy. A drain on resources/without birth mother. But healthy child.

In that case, I assume that the internet, non-perishable food sources, and electricity have been largely invalidated by the cause of the apocalypse. Additionally, I'm going to assume that libraries and greater written bodies of knowledge remain in-tact. Lastly, I assume that medical supplies such as antibiotics are readily available.

  • Michael Perez: 3 (months), Hispanic, healthy.
-Healthy child, highly receptive to new information. With the longest perceivable life-span, Michael inherently increases the deadline that humanity has to reestablish itself. His health also directly reflects on his mother's capacity for childcare, and confirms that it is highly unlikely for her to carry any hereditary STDs. Best case scenario leaves Michael with a 60-80~ year lifespan.

  • Billy Scott: 10, white, Jewish, intellectual disability (IQ 70), good health, physically strong.
-Healthy child, at least somewhat receptive to new information. Intelligent enough to follow simple direction, necessary for labor. An asset, and a further buffer on humanity's remaining time.

  • Ms. Perez: 23, Hispanic, Catholic, general education (9th grade), cocktail waitress, prostitute, divorced, has one child (Michael Perez).
-Number one candidate for re-population. As mentioned earlier, it is unlikely for her to have any hereditary STDs to speak of. Additionally, she has shown a capacity for child care, and the capability to produce healthy offspring. Although she is unlikely to aid society long-term considering her lack of education, Ms. Perez is likely one of the best examples provided for a caregiver, and birth giver. Her child is present, and will benefit greatly from her presence. She is also very young, making her more receptive to new knowledge than most of her other peers. Absolutely essential.

  • Father Mark: 37, white, Catholic, priest, farming background, good health (former college athlete), politically active (civil rights, socially liberal)
-Knowledge of farming, and exceptional physical health. Although it is possible that he is unlikely to procreate due to his religion, it may be possible for him to disregard his responsibilities as a priest for the sake of humanity. Especially likely to relate to fellow Catholics, and promote a positive atmosphere for those who share in his religion. Best genes for re-population, and possibly the most compatible candidate for Ms. Perez considering faith.

  • Mr. Clark: 51, white, Mormon, mechanical engineer (bachelor's degree), construction consultant, handyman, outdoorsman, has four children (unaccompanied), politically active (anti-black sympathizer).
Clark's engineering knowledge is, by and large, far more practical than Mrs Anthoney's field of engineering. Can assist, and educate, in creating practical devices that serve several purposes. Can repair vehicles, create machines to filter water, still have the capacity to work with certain electronics, and create sustainable housing. Long term, his knowledge vastly outweighs his racist beliefs. Additionally, considering those of African American descent from the selection have the least marketable skills in this sample size, his racial alignment is majorly irrelevant. As unfortunate as it is, African Americans will have been extinct in this scenario. Additionally, by the time the African gene shows up again (Possible), Clark will have likely passed away from old age before having the capacity to deal any damage to the minds of the youth. Ms. Perez' child is both too young, and has plenty of positive influences to counteract Clark's racism. Additionally, Clark will have his own survival instinct maintaining his cooperation. Candidate for re-population.

  • Dr. (Ms.) Rita: 66, Hispanic, Catholic, general practitioner (doctorate), poor health (two heart attacks), highly literate (quotes extensively).
-Ms Rita is a doctor, simple and clean. She has the highest quoted literacy, and will serve as a significant asset to teaching the next generation. Although it is possible that she will die before anyone else, it's likely that she'll have enough time to educate her peers on general health practices, including assisted child-birth. Considering the environment, advanced health practices are out of reach, anyways. She also shares Ms. Perez' nationality, and likely, her language as well. Ms. Perez may be the best candidate to retain her knowledge, considering her very young age and the lack of a possible language barrier. They are likely to share cultural tradition as well. Good for morale.

  • Mr. Texeira: 25, White, Atheist, English/Writing Major, Intellectual Advantage (IQ 130+), Panic disorder, Highly Literate, Exceptional Leadership Skills.
-If nothing else, highly receptive to information, and exceptionally quick to learn. Capacity to think objectively, and best candidate for re-population. Mental well-being is perfectly manageable, and maintains the capacity to direct and manage the efforts of peers. Has no qualms with religious political orientation.

  • Dr. (Mr.) Scott: 37 historian (doctorate), college professor, good health (jogs daily), botanist, married (Mrs. Scott), has one child (Billy Scott).
-Father to Billy Scott, an essential asset in keeping his mental health stable. One of the best candidates for passing on knowledge. Knowledge of botany is an asset to farming. May be exchanged for his spouse(?)

  • Mrs. Scott: 38, white, Jewish, obese, diabetic, psychologist (master's degree), mental health counselor, married (Dr. Scott), and has one child (Billy Scott)
-Mother to Billy Scott, an essential asset in keeping his mental health stable. Second best female candidate for re-population. Good for morale, and the state of humanity's mental health. May be exchanged for her spouse(?)

  • Mrs. Anthony: 28, African-American, Protestant (minister's daughter), electronics engineer (bachelor's degree), divorced, politically active (zero population growth).
-No marketable skills outside of her engineering degree, which will be largely irrelevant in the early stages of survival, as most machinery that her skill-set applies to will either be of a low priority, or permanently inoperable even with her knowledge. Although she is the second best candidate for reproduction in theory, a combination of her political beliefs, religious background, and the fact that she's been divorced by the age of 28 without any child to show for it, makes her the most unlikely to engage in sexual activity, let alone child birth. This excludes rape, which is absolutely unacceptable. Race conflicts with Mr. Clark's beliefs, who's body of knowledge is superior for survival.

  • Mr. White: 25, African-American, homosexual, medical student, musician, good health, political active (black power activist).
-No marketable skills outside his medical knowledge. Mr White is, much like Mrs. Anthony, very unlikely to engage in sexual activity for the sake of reproduction. Additionally, he is the only homosexual male, which will inevitably lead to sexual frustration, ultimately likely to negatively affect his mood. His body of knowledge is outclassed by Ms. Rita, entirely.

List compiled for immediate capacity for survival, and ordered to prioritize long-term survival.

YES, please! (5/7) list:

  • Father Mark
Religion is known to bind people together and is one of the pillars of society (in any given location) so having someone well versed in it is going to be good. His farming background is a bigger bonus, and his good health probably means he can put in his fair share of work in getting the farms started out and then some.
  • Mr. Clark
His engineering and construction background is immensely useful, as well as his outdoorsman nature and his handyman expertise. Simply being able to fix things, build things, and survive outside (to a degree) is extremely useful and gives him a leg up over everyone. The only minus that I see is his militantism against blacks, but I'll explain why that doesn't matter to me in the discussion.
  • Mrs. Anthony
Doesn't really add much that mr. Clark probably also couldn't add, but it's nice to have someone else to work on some engineering-like things, especially when it involves electricity. Might be useful -- and if not, well, she's got two hands, so she can just put in labor. Doesn't really have any minuses, but no extremely appealing factors either.
  • Mr. White
He's got two hands, and can put in labor. Ideally, spends his time learning from dr. ms. Rita while she is still alive so that he can take over the medical stuff when she inevitably kicks the bucket. Shorter term, he can lift spirits, and is only likely to clash with mr. Clark.
  • Dr. Ms. Rita
If anyone gets seriously hurt, you'll need someone that knows something about medicine. Her health liability is offset heavily by her skill with health, which is a luxury I personally would at least like to have someone for in my group. Otherwise, nothing sets her apart and she probably isn't gonna be doing much labor or shooting at her age.

MAYBE, if I have to... (2/0):

  • Ms. Perez
While not extremely unappealing or appealing, she has two hands and could provide labor. Her kid is a massive liability and a resource drain however, so I'd probably tell her no unless I knew I could spare the resources. She adds nothing specifically interesting to the group beyond being able to do basic labor stuff.
  • Micheal Perez
Too young to add anything for AT LEAST the next 12 years, and the next 16 years if we are extremely uptight about when kids can help the effort. That's too much of a long-term investment for a group that forms just after the apocalypse, so I'd probably say no to him (and his mother because of that). Unless I own a literal castle set up by a nutty prepper with supplies for days, in which case, sure.

NO, thanks (2/0).

  • Dr. Mr. Scott
Nice to have, but comes with a lot of baggage. Individually he is worth it but the baggage that I'd need to take on just to have him outweighs it in my eyes when his skillset is already filled by other people (and perhaps even more efficiently).
  • Mrs. Scott
Adds nothing worthwhile to the group in the shortterm and her health and lack of direct input makes her a liability in my eyes. Longterm a psychologist would be extremely useful, but for the short term I'd probably have to pass. (Also, she sounds like she'd be super fucking annoying, not gonna lie.)
  • Billy-boy Scott
Liability. Whether he is simply stupid, or has some problems going on, it probably doesn't matter. All he'll be good for is manual labor and we already have people that can do that. Although he isn't as much of a liability as his mom, he's probably still more of a drain than a provider.

DISCUSSION:

So basically all of the people in the pool are technically 'somewhat' good picks. Assuming that this group is made right after the apocalypse occurs however, I discarded the minus from mr. Clark (damn racist). After the apocalypse happened, he'd probably be too busy, yknow, surviving, to give a fuck about the fact that two people in his group are black. He'd probably not like it -- but I expect him to put up with it. The fact that he is otherwise ideologically outnumbered means he probably won't do anything extreme and he'll probably just fuck off if things become too much for him.

Ms. Perez and her child don't really add anything directly and if it weren't for her kid I'd probably take her in without hesitation (assuming she puts in her share of work). I don't really care about her past (yeah, she's willing to have a kid, but does that really matter for the short term?) and all I care about is the fact that she'd put in work. Taking in just her probably won't go over so well, cause you can't exactly go ''yeah just dump your kid in the garbage bin and come in!'' Even if you could, that'd have it's fair share of damage done to her mind and she'd probably not be productive regardless.

The Scott family is interesting but ultimately I'd have to take in 2 people that I perceive to be more of a liability than not, just to get a dude that 'possibly maybe has something interesting to add.' Similar to ms. Perez it seems unlikely that we'd be able to take him in without bringing his family -- and if we could, it'd probably hurt his psyche.

The reason I don't pay particular attention to the idea of 'having kids' or politics is simply put that this is the apocalypse -- people are gonna be more busy with survival for the next 2-5 years. And in those years, it's likely that we'll meet new people that are better picks than the one we have now. Having a baby is an investment that takes at least 10-12 years to pay off, and is a huge resource drain during that time. Why not just replenish the group with whatever comes our way?

Thank you all for opting in and participating, as a result I am all the willing to inform you of what I added to the exercise if one could not already tell; attempting to compare one's self to the scenario. That said, the only alterations I made were some of the names and the format. I appreciate you three posing your arguments on ranking them! Deviating for a moment however, to any potential readers of this topic to come, feel free to join in as we move on to some of the finer details of the prompt and its rationale as we can always incorporate and address your approach later.

Back to the topic at hand however, I need note that unfortunately the prompt specifies absolutely nothing beyond what I provided so this leaves us all in a bit more limbo than there really should be. I believe the creator's intent was to just say in a circumstance where the apocalypse is made generic and could be any number of things; all we know for certain is, is that only seven people can go with the responding writer and are the sole people who will, possibly, restart the human race. There are no "right" answers in this prompt, as in there is no scoring solution, so at least there is that to facilitate a logical debate rather than some abstract, likely unrealistic rules.

Believe it or not, @Odin's was the closest to my own when I engaged in the activity and the discussion. Though some underlying themes appeared throughout; virtually everyone who was a participant decided on Father Mark, Dr. Rita, and Mr. Clark, with all others being in some combination. The largest points of controversy were always surrounding the Scotts, especially Billy Scott, and to a lesser extent Ms. Perez and Michael Perez. For the Scotts, the largest issue was that Billy would, at best, only ever be a laborer and that his mother is very likely to die, while with Michael Perez he was considered a liability, but something they would need, rather want, to even bring along in the hopes of facilitating the continuation of humanity.

The last most notable controversy was always about Mr. Clark and his racial biases, with some arguing if he was just a "sympathizer" who cares? The idea that he lacks the actual courage to be racist would suggest he would back down if confronted on it, while others suggested his latent passive racism would make him too much a liability; I fell into the former category. The man is outnumbered, the world has ended, and he is surrounded by no one who would reasonably feed into his beliefs, if the contrary rather, especially with Father Frank and Dr. Rita about.

You have the idea and the direction we are headed, @Odin. It was to start conglomerating all of the added options, participants included. Granted one of course agrees they might be kicked off the island into the wild unknown by playing, but at the same time it offers an interesting game of sorts, so feel free to pose a reasonable, honest outline if you wish to do so. It should be presented in the same or similar format as the other characters, though it also falls upon one's own honor. Hopefully, and I do note hopefully, everyone who plays in that portion of it are honest and at the same time that this does not turn into an endeavor to purposefully exclude someone. This is a mere writing exercise and debate after all.

Though amusingly the idea crossed my mind that all this would do is create two, possibly even three or more, opposing tribes. It certainly does open up a lot of pathways, but I digress. If you wish to participate in that, feel free to follow a similar template. As for it being potentially arrogant, perhaps that is a flaw which might irk others and make them less likely to incorporate such a person over others.

D. "Odin": 22, white, Safety and Security Management Studies (bachelor), student, average physical health (no physical problems -- but not 'in shape' as much either), Tang Soo Do 1st dan ('karate 1st dan/black belt' equivalent), single.

Something like this? I think if we limit it to be 'the same type of information' as the listed options in the above listed 'NPC's' then we'd have a pretty general, non-personal overview of 'accomplishments' without being overly 'I've got a gun collection at home, zombie hordes here I come,' so to speak.

That would work just fine, @Odin, a solid example for later as we go on. The main point is to afford the best and at times the worst of people in one gist as an example. The sort of, "Sum yourself up in no more than a lengthy sentence." However, I would like to see what others have to say, namely about the controversy of the Scott family, the Perez family, and the issue of Mr. Clark.

Way to rise above your base instincts and try to scratch out a utopia in the wastes, guys. I can almost see your citizens constructing a church to the tune of Colonel Bogey's March. I, on the other hand, chose self-preservation and totalitarianism. I'll see you chumps come first winter!

SAFE

Mrs. Scott
Given that my base of operations has limited space, I'd give the Scotts a choice of which two get to come with me. Based on everything I know about family psychology, the mom and son are going to come with me while Papa Scott makes the ultimate sacrifice and chooses to tough it out in the wilderness. Way to take one for the team. Anyway, without proper medication, Mrs. Scott has less than a year (unless she's very careful) until her blood sugar gets fatally high or low. At that point, she becomes Mrs. Scott jerky.

Billy Scott
Billy's fate as a person or side of salted meat depends on his mom's health. He'll be a strong worker and delightful company until then.

Mr. White
It doesn't hurt to have someone who's studied medicine, and by "doesn't hurt", I mean it is completely paramount. While our political opinions differ, we both speak the international language of music, which is a start.

Mrs. Anthony
Mrs. Anthony's electrical knowledge will definitely come in handy, and I agree with her about population -- that being said, I get the feeling that population growth will be a less serious issue given that we've experienced an apocalypse. Not eating her should also boost my relations with Mr. White, who now has someone to talk about peckerwoods with.

Mr. Clark
The construction buffs save Mr. Clark from immediate cannibalization. However, the clashing ideologies of Mr. Clark and Mr. White will eventually come to a head. At that point, you guessed it, Mr. Clark is cured and dried. Hopefully he'll put up some walls and patch some holes before then.

Dr. Rita
Of course Dr. Rita lives. A doctor who could drop dead at any moment? Throw an egg on that, you got breakfast. Ideally, Dr. Rita trains Mr. White as much as she can before such a time.

AXED

Dr. Scott
The good doctor is as healthy as a horse, but comes as a three-piece set. Considering that I hope to eat his fat wife and disabled child, immediately turning him away is a priority. Besides, he is one of two candidates who could physically overpower me before I can turn him into steaks.

Ms. Perez
I'll be real with you. I think I can bludgeon poor Billy Scott to death for hamburgers, but I just can't see myself eating Ms. Perez's baby. Since she's not going to join my compound without her screaming, hungry liability, Ms. Perez gets turned away. Maybe she can hang out with Dr. Scott and repopulate the wilderness.

Father Mark
Father Mark is just as much a threat as Dr. Scott, perhaps even moreso because he'd have the strongest, quickest rejection of my cannibalism-based society.

Since we're keeping 7/10 of these folks, the question is REALLY about "which three are you gonna kill/abandon." Which is an easy choice for me -- the Scotts are smart, healthy, active, and a family unit of three. In a group of 8, they constitute nearly half, and represent a threat to my authority. BUT, of everyone, they have the best odds of making it on their own as a unit. I gently encourage them to follow us around and start their own group and we'll have friendly relations -- but I insist that they leave. Unless I can be certain of their loyalty to the pack (and the pack leader!) and let's just assume I can be, since that makes the question more compelling.

Assuming the Scotts are all aboard and I don't have to worry about them in the future (which is a stretch, but let's go with it), I will abandon the following:

Dr. (Ms.) Rita: 66, Hispanic, Catholic, general practitioner (doctorate), poor health (two heart attacks), highly literate (quotes extensively)

Normally I'm all about less mouths to feed down the road, and a GP would be handy for as long as she's alive, but also I figure I can kidnap a doctor later. I'm not roping the group into scavenging for heart meds every time we pass a pharmacy; sorry lady, get a cat maybe?

Mr. Clark: 51, white, Mormon, mechanical engineer (bachelor's degree), construction consultant, handyman, outdoorsman, has four children (unaccompanied), politically active (anti-black sympathizer).

Mr. White: 25, African-American, homosexual, medical student, musician, good health, political active (black power activist).

These two can fight for it, I'll keep the winner. Each represents a skilled and valuable member, particularly Clark (construction? That's worth the racism in an apocalypse!). Together they represent a future conflict and we're gonna get that out of the way now. Winner advances and gets to live. My money's on the young buck -- he's gotta kill for me though. Doing so will earn him great respect and a position of authority, and I want great things for Mr. White -- but if it doesn't go that way, I'll utilize Clark.

Then I'm left in a quandry.... I don't wanna kill a kid, and I don't wanna break up a family, and Ms. Anthony is gonna be my TEOTWAKI girl, so... I dunno maybe I kill the winner too? Someone's gonna go. Probably Billy Scott. He's a distraction for the parents in a way that probably outweighs what I can coerce them to do with Billy as leverage. Clearly they can make another one, plus, being forced to abandon their child after a decade of struggling to raise him would probably help drive a wedge between them and seed future discord in that family, making them more reliable to the group as individuals. Yeah. Yeah call me Uma Thurman, I'm gonna Kill Billy.

EDIT: RIGHT! Mrs Clark is a diabetic. I'll kill her instead, if I can do so in a way that keeps Daddy around.

Unfortunately there is no knowing about any other tribes or examples of people and it appeared to be accepted the idea was that only the people with the writer are the ones who will survive; imagine a Noah's Ark sort of allusion. That said, Dr. Scott was one of the choices I personally sought after, but reasoned against him and his family because I could find no credible way to acquire him without raising an alarm if I wished to be particularly devious, or just in reality, able to convince him to leave his family alone. I personally assumed he would put a blade into my back the moment he could if we somehow separated him from them.

I admittedly do like Billy, despite the fact he is a gamble and a liability, perhaps more so than Michael. He at least is far more likely to survive and be useful to labor and exertion, but that is only a perhaps and only then in the long run. Given we have no idea about his condition other than him being permanently handicapped, it is safe to assume he might also fail to be a candidate for reproduction and species cultivation. That and he comes with the rest of his family, who are all varying degrees of liability; I would rather a Mr. Clark, Mr. White altercation that ends in two losses rather than two, maybe three.

Oh a NOAH'S ARC situation? That changes everything.

Reasons: first of all, ratio baby! I will spawn SO MANY BABIES. The only other male in the first generation being gay, we're G2G. Eventually we may give Billy a shot, but I don't think that's likely to be a priority for the kid, so *shrug* maybe not. The main thing is that all these babbies (well the majority anyway, depending) will be of no relation to little Michael, so when he grows up he's free to nail each and every one of my daughters, and most of my wives as well. As for my sons..... Anyway if we can talk White into taking one for the team, or a few, or whatever, we can get a third patriarch somewhere down the line who can then likewise bang most of the wimmins. That should give us a pretty genetically diverse population and eventually when the population of women is large enough that one patriarch can't keep them all pregnant at once, they can start letting some males live to serve as seed bodies (should probably mutilate them as infants to prevent conflicts though -- don't need none of that Cain and Abel shit). Mostly though the non-pregnant people will do all the actual work and be basically the whole civilization.

It'll basically be like the Gerudo from Zelda, except instead of one man being born every however-many years, we'll just allow one to live about that often. The population will be almost entirely female, the hunters female, the farmers female, the army female. Their soundtrack will be a spanish guitar and a trumpet and they'll all have glaives, you know the deal.
