If you’re reading this, then you are in grave danger. Over the past few days, people have discovered they have supernatural powers. The government has decided to call these ‘Sleeping Supers’ People Who have supernatural powers that have yet to awaken. A law has been made, to kill and eliminate all Supers. You are one of these sleeping Supers. You must seek sanctuary before your powers awaken and you are targeted. I have added a map with a marked destination. Come to that location and we’ll be waiting for you there. Hurry, before it is too late!
Alfred
Alfred sat in the small abandoned manion as he looked at the letter then gave a soft nod but he wasn't done yet. There were supers that had already awakened, he could sense it. So for Gale, Copperhead, Merida, Kasumi and Scarlet he wrote then a seperate letter, one for each of them.
If you’re reading this then you know, just as well as I that you are a super. The government will never stop hunting you. You must find santuary before it is too late. A law has been made, to kill and eliminate all Supers. I have seen the government getting better and better technology with each passing year. It is no longer safe for us to be alone. I have added a map with a marked destination. Come to that location and we’ll be waiting for you there. Hurry, before it is too late!
He sighed and placed down his pen. He could sense two more supers but something about them.....was different. He couldn't put his finger on what though. He closed his eyes and focused as much as he could on Elizabeth and Sky, giving them the exact same details of the second letter telepathically. Now he just had to wait. He hoped that they would come because if they didn't, then they were all in danger. He placed his hand on the pile of letters and suddenly a purple aura surrounded them, then they disappeared. Alfred had used his telepathic energy to send the letters. They would appear in a place where they were most likely to be found by that person.
Kasumi
Kasumi was at the brotherhood's santuary. She had just returned from one of her assassinations.
"What is the music of life"
Only Kasumi and the Brotherhood knew the secret answer to the door's riddle. It was how she avoided the government.
"Silence, my brother."
Kasumi spoke the riddle's answer and the door quickly glowed.
"Welcome home."
She walked to Astrid and held out her hand with a small smile on her face.
"Done, dead before he even knew I was coming."
Astrid laughed softly then handed the payment for the job.
"Fantastic as always Kasumi. I'm glad I reached out to you. Without you, the brotherhood would of gone in ruins but now we're better than ever. We're actually feared again!"
Kasumi chuckled a little and took the money then went to her quarters. As she laid on her bed she noticed a letter placed on her desk. Slowly she sat herself up and took the letter. Her first thought was, who sent this? She knew none of the brotherhood would of wrote this out, especially when they could just come to her. She opened the letter and quickly began to read. When she finished, Kasumi slowly placed the letter done and looked at the attached map. The location was a mansion in the middle of nowhere. Slowly she got herself up and took the letter to Astrid.
"Hey, do you know anything about this?"
Astrid quickly took the letter and read through it then looked at the map.
Where did this come from? The only people who have access to the santuary are the brotherhood. If you go, be careful. Who knows what you could find there, but I think you should definately check it out."
Kasumi took the map again, taking a second look.
"I always am. I'll take a look, the letter couldn't of reached me by any normal means. It could be legit."
She nodded to Astrid and then placed the map in her pocket ater that she headed out of the santuary. She took one last look at the map then began to rapidly teleport towards her destination, going as far as she can see every tree. She was quickly approaching the destination rapidly.
Tifa
Tifa crept silently behind her victim, watching him closely. She eyed that walet almost bursting with money and gave a quiet chuckle to herself. She waited for him to get in queue then slowly got behind him. She stayed in line for a minute before she slowly began to reach for the wallet with her hand. Her other hand was on her dagger ready to take it by force if she had to. Lucky for him though, he never noticed a thing. Tifa silently crept away and back into the alley behind the store before opening up the wallet. Inside was £50 altogether, a few credit cards.....and oh? A letter? She took the money and pocketed it, then grabbed the letter and dropped the wallet. The strangest thing was, it was addressed to her.
She opened it up and began to quickly read before taking a look at the map. The letter had caught her curiousity completely. It could be a fun trip, plus she could rob anyone who was there. She wasn't sure if she bought the whole sleeper thing, but as long as she made a profit she didn't care. She looked at the map again and after a quick study she began to move on. She would have to travel by car. She looked around and saw an empty car, she pulled a lockpick out of her pocket and snuck over to it.
After a few minutes of fiddling she finally managed to get it open. She hoped inside and quickly hotwired it. She had done this plenty of times before, it was easy for her now. With her new car, Tifa quickly drove away towards her destination. It would take a few hours at the very least. The petrol would be almost if not completly gone by the time she arrived, but hey. Not like it mattered to her anyway.
Elizabeth
Elizabeth roamed around in the middle of the night as she searched for her prey. She hoped one of those government scum would attack her, so she could end their miserable life just as they ended hers. That was when she heard a voice in her head out of nowhere. She listened to the voice and when the voice had stopped, she saw a map in her mind's eye. Elizabeth let out a ear piercing scream then quickly flew towards the old abandonded mansion. If all the supers were gathering there, then there was a very good chance the government would be travelling there at some point too. It would be the perfect chance for her to finally destroy the government once and for all!
Scarlet
Scarlet woke up and slowly got herself out of bed. She got herself showered and brushed her teeth. Then she got herself dressed. She was just about to head out when she spotted a letter on the table. Slowly she picked it up and opened it. She knew that nobody else had come here yesterday and she lived alone. How did this letter arrive? After reading it Scarlet smiled widely. Finally, she had recieved the letter and map herself, she had been invited. The only reasonable explanation she could give was that one of the supers were using their powers to deliver these. She quickly got in her car and drove to work, once arrived she handed the letter to her commanding officer.
"Well done, Scarlet. We must prepare immediately. We believe we have perfected the tracker. This is the perfect oppurtunity to test it out. Go to the workshops immediately and grab it, cross reference it with the map. Then get whatever you need."
Scarlet didn't even hesitate. She went straight to the workshops and grabbed the tracker which was a bracelet. As she grabbed it the scientist explained how it worked.
"Ah Scarlet, you're here. This is the tacking bracelet. Since you're going to inflitrate the supers we got things prepared for you. The bracelet should allow you to pull and retract any metal object. If you open the secret pannel, you will see the tracker there. The magnet works by thought. You think it, it happens."
Scarlet looked at the tracker and cross referenced it with the map she got.
"Yes, brillient. This will help a lot. You're amazing Wade."
She looked around and saw a box of nails on the shelf. She closed the panel and held out her hand. With a simple thought, the nails immediately came flying over to her. Then, just by thinking again they retracted and flew into the wall, stabbing it multiple times.
"Nice, anything else?"
Wade handed her a belt and then a fancy looking sword.
"The belt can send out a powerful electric shock which can go at different levels of voltage. The highest being a killer 200 volts. You can lower it to stun or paralyse too. The belt can also camoflague you if needed, send out grappling hooks and a few other useful tools. The sword is a switch blade, it allows you to change it into a rifle whenever you want. You can charge it with any element you want, including plasma. You should also take the blueprints we designed for your cover. Your power will be Intuitive Aptitude. One more thing, you need to send us reports whenever you can. Remeber the chip we implanted in your skull, it can't be detected by any means and it'll allow you to talk to us whenever you need to just by thought. We provided transport for most of the way. Once at the destination, you'll have to make the rest of the way on your own."
Scarlet nodded as she placed the belt on and grabbed the sword.
"Ok, gotcha. I'll contact you all if I need anything. Thank you so much Wade, none of this would of been possible without you. I best get going then. Wish me luck."
With that, Scarlet grabbed the blueprints and stored them, hidden in her clothes and some in her backpack then she set out. She had everything she needed. It would take a few hours to get there but once she did, she would have to be careful. Who knows what she could find there.
