Mad Enhancement (EX): At this rank of Mad Enhancement, her parameters are Ranked-Up across the board but her mental state is lacking in reason when compared to a normal individual. Here, she has become focused on the idea of "Freedom" and while she can hold a conversation with other people, she cannot fully understand or communicate with others due to this mindset placed on her. When the concept of "Oppression" is actively placed upon her, her reason will deteriorate immensely as her physical parameters will receive another increase in rank.

Princess of Fairy Tales (A+): A skill like 'Princess of Loveliness' but at a rank where humans are normally unable to obtain, reaching this level only through the thoughts and dreams place into Berserker to achieve such standing. It is simply her nature that pulls individuals towards Berserker, attracting both the attention of good and bad fortune that influences her life. Manifesting itself as a charismatic presence that charms the people around her by simply just existing in that space, both villainous and heroic figures are pulled towards her.

Each princess born from the tales of men, read and dreamed of by the mind of children, are given all a blessing that come from the ordeals they endured, solidifying them as beautiful creations of mankind's dreams. To certain individuals, a 'True Love's Kiss' was capable of dispelling curses placed on individuals, their songs enchanting animals, and receiving the blessing of fey that lingers on them still. For Berserker, her blessing is that her body possesses magical qualities, capable of something akin to healing magecraft that operates above the standards of what normal magus are capable of, reversing even the onslaughts of time to undo aging.

Alluring Nightingale (B-): A skill possessed by those with a beautiful and alluring voice that charms people, a mesmerizing-kind of skill that is possessed by those who contain the air of royalty and grace. It is a rank suitable for princess of storybooks but due to the nature of its original use, its effectiveness for combat use is reduced immensely and receives a negative modifier to inflict magical damage.

Would Shuten-Douji be fine as a Berserker in this setting? I would simply give her Monstrous Strength that would improve her combative quality in two ways, increasing her strength a flat amount or when under the influence of alcohol a bonus to Agility as well. Rehash the fluff on her noble phantasm and would probably be nearly the same Servant in essence

Class Skills:
Mad Enhancement (EX): At this rank of Mad Enhancement, Berserker's abysmal parameters are Ranked-Up across the board but his mental state is lacking in cooperative reason when compared to a normal individual. Here, he is focused on "Always making the right choice" which makes him headstrong about himself, making it near impossible to hold a conversation with an opposing viewpoint, being simply unwilling to process or understand it once he has decided on a course of action. It was something he inherented from his father Charles VI known as The Mad King who experience episodes of psychosis and madness, obtaining a condition to a lesser degree that still heavily skewed his point of view. It was a noticeable condition to his very close confidantes about his apathetic and calculative nature. Making it difficult to connect to Berserker emotionally despite the rare occasions where something within him rumbled and stirred for a brief moment.

Manifesting itself in notables way such as having no taste for dangerous adventures, prestigious operations, or sumptuous exhibitions. With his innate indolence and his shyness along with his good sense and wisdom induced him to prudence of his rule. Seen also in his foreign policies (as when he refused to participate in a crusade urged on him by the Pope). He was adept at minimizing the influence of various factions over the internal affairs of his kingdom, showing a demon of intrigue and guile that is masked behind his aloof and bubbly nature.

Personal Skills:
Keeper of the Kingdom (A+): A composite skill that is a mix of 'Charisma', 'Military Tactics' and several more mundane skills that allows Berserker to operate a Kingdom at its best operational capabilities given the circumstances. Giving several bonuses when establishing a base of operations, maintaining its condition, and all operations that occur both within and outside of it. At this rank, suitable for Berserker who restored economic and commercial prosperity back to the French after inheriting the throne amidst of the Hundred Years' War under very dire and desperate circumstances. When his Noble Phantasm is used, this skill receives it bonus modifier that allows even the most impossible of situations to be at least partially solved until a more permanent solution could be found.

The Game of Royalty (B): This is a skill that does not conceal one’s presence, but rather makes one's presence fail to register as hostile. Causing others to misunderstand Berserker's relationship to them, including mistaking them for a kind neighbor, a harmless pebble, or as the most beloved person. In this case, he reserves an air of naivety and innocence around him that makes him more incompetent looking than he is, surrounding himself with 'counselors' that would advise him on what to do. Truthfully, he is the mastermind behind many of the decision that he has often attributed to them to draw away attention from himself and maintain his facade.

These Eyes that Gaze over the Hearts of People (B): The foundation that makes up Berserker, a pair of Pure Eyes that are capable of gazing into the depths of an individuals soul to determine their true nature. It is a more absolute version of 'Human Observation' that divulges the information of people that he looks over, possessing such an ability from his birth that has jaded him. Allowing him to place judgement on a individual for the shape that they will acquire usefulness in the future with extremely outstanding accuracy after studying them for a time.

Personality:
Jeanne is elitist and somewhat temperamental, believing sincerely that her family is one of the most powerful groups of magi out there. Her temperament is something best steered clear of, as she has a bad habit of lashing out at people around her, yet sometimes it's unavoidable as she's quickly angered when uncertain. Despite these clear flaws, one thing Jeanne doesn't lack is elegance, every movement majestic and smooth, and her words soft and sweet.

More than just temperament, elegance and elitism, Jeanne has a maternal side. While she does believe herself to be superior to the masses, this also means she considers it her duty to protect those people below her. The suspicious magus may find that her protection means she considers herself their superior, while another may think it's a sign of amity or respect.

Biography:
Born to be the 9th head of the prestigious Edevane family, Jeanne (called Mary by her family) was taught magecraft from the age of 6. As her father's family specialized in Flame magecraft, inevitably this went wrong. A spell quite literally blew up in her face, and if she hadn't reflexively looked away she wouldn't have gotten away with only a scar on her neck and some singed hairs. Much as she'd have liked to stop then and there, she didn't. As the soon-to-be Edevane family head, she had no choice but to try to keep up with her father's increasingly difficult lessons.

Luckily, (though her father will claim that luck had nothing to do with it,) Jeanne barely managed to avoid burning herself from then on. Constantly schooled in all sorts of subjects, ranging from the history of magecraft to social etiquette, Jeanne rarely ever had free time. That is, until she turned 14. At the age 14 her father signed her up for 'self-defense' classes with other magi's children, which was the closest thing she had to free time and real social interaction. Sadly, with no real experience up to that point, this ended up with her once more getting failing to reach her father's standards.

Then, finally, when Jeanne was just barely 19 she'd finally met her father's standards for what a family head should be, and she was finally allowed to travel and decide her own life... By then, she'd been so deeply ingrained in mage society, that her next decision came almost immediately; She would travel around the world in order to expand her repertoire. Her father, ever the prideful man, disapproved of this, insulted by the insinuation that the magecraft he'd taught her wasn't good enough. Simultaneously, his pride stopped him from disallowing Jeanne to go. Then and there they parted, each unaware that it would be the last time they'd see each other.

Jeanne traveled for almost 3 years after that, exploring different continents and learning about the magic they had to offer. First she explored the rest of Europe, starting with the country of her mother's birth; France. She didn't learn much about magecraft, but what she did find out was what her mother's family had been like, and the life she could've lead. Deeply uncertain about her life up to that point, Jeanne decided to leave France, instead heading east, towards Asia. She's visited many countries in east-Asia, where she'd often come across the term witchcraft, and it was from a witch she'd met in Japan that she'd learn how to use curses.

After those three years, Jeanne finally returned home to England, only to find that her father had died in her absence and the other branches of the family had made plans for her. Now aware of the life she'd missed, Jeanne was unwilling to return to the lifestyle of her youth, and refused to live according to their plans. Instead, she officially changed her name to Jeanne-Marie and took her mother's last name. Since then she's lived in France with her mother and her French family, only dabbling in Edevane family business when absolutely necessary. And one such time where it turned out to be necessary was now, when a summons from the mage association arrived at her doorstep...

While mainly having focused her study on the Elemental Magecraft of Flame, Jeanne has also praticed a few curses and some countermagic.

Hellfire (Counter magic, Flame, Curse) - 4 times.
The culmination of Jeanne's studies. The spell creates a large fire which ignites quickly and easily, but rapidly consumes fuel. While it doesn't burn very long, it spreads quickly and people burned by it are put under a curse that disrupts the activity of magic circuits. This fire is hard to manipulate, carrying the risk of spreading in the wrong direction and burning its caster. The caster must sacrifice some of their own blood to serve as the initial fuel source. Removing the burned area will dispel the curse.

Flamethrower (Flame Magecraft) - 9 times
A relatively simple spell that creates a flame and projects it in a desired direction. Can be used on several outputs ranging from the intensity of a lighter to that of 3 military flamethrowers.

Redirect Fire (Flame Magecraft) - 7 times
A spell that moves fire in a direction the caster determines at the time of casting, even allowing for aerial movement of fires fueled by liquids such as gasoline, appearing similar to Will-o'-wisps. The caster must keep concentrating on the movement or the spell will fade out.

Combustibility (Flame Magecraft, Curse) - 5 times
Places a curse on the target that makes them incredibly flammable. It won't cause them to immediately catch fire, though extended exposure to sunlight on a warm day might. Any fire the victim of the curse comes into contact with will quickly cover their entire body. Requires an entire ritual, ater which the effects linger, but slowly decrease over the course of 3 days.

Manifest Flaming Whip (Flame Magecraft) - 5 times
A niche application of fire manipulation to create a long line of fire that behaves like a regular whip. It still causes intense pain and a burning sensation when striking skin, but it doesn't wrap around anything like a regular whip would. Lasts until dispelled, but requires a catalyst to be used.

Neutralizing Barrier (Counter Magic) - 2 times
A spell that creates a bounded field which disrupts the activity of the magic circuits of those within. As a bouded field, it takes some time to set up, and affects everyone within, including the caster.
