Possibly somebody interested in tinkering with machines or building. So if you wanted rough, tough, get hands dirty/more aggressive type of personality, we will still be distinct

Also I agree that Light's crest was too much of a McGuffin and was weird in that it was 'iam teh everything'. It could have been much more poignant if it were called, like, persistence or something.

I am very interested but among other things, I don't want to over-commit. That being said, may not be too much of a problem? In that case, I'd like Friendship if no-one wants it first. Or Kindness if Sunbather picks something else.

I'm curious as to how dark this may or may not be @Altered Tundra.

Whether it's to simply observe or not, I welcome it regardless, though the Crest of friendship is free for grabs. =)

I'm favoring Option Two. Because it will kind of combine the tomboy Sora and having a bird digimon. But it's color scheme and personality will more than likely be similar/closer to Electromon. So that's at least a couple similarities. If that line is fine, and isn't restricted due to its absence in the original series, I'll probably choose that one.

I adore Elecmon. As you might recall, I used him for Dante's partner in the previous digimon RP we were in.

So, now allow me to say a few things. First, I'm grateful that they filled up so fast when they did and that so many talented people were interested.

I would like to say that the gender ratio will be an even 4:4. As it stands now, two of the female roles have been claimed by Sleeping and Inkarnate. For my character, I am taking one of the male roles, so that leaves us with three male roles and two female roles left up for grabs.

Given how quickly the slots did fill up, I will be doing my best to get the OOC up tomorrow, but if not, then definitely within the week.

@Altered Tundra I was thinking about Elecmon briefly. But I figured he would be a character that we would find as an NPC if we went to the Digimon Nursery place from the first season. So I didn't want to steal that potential storyline.

I have my line limited down to two options. Assuming you don't mind different digimon. (Was going to go for similar archetypes and characters to help with a similar feel of the first season.) was going to choose (from child to mega)

Muchomon - Diatrymon - Yatagaramon - Kuzuhamon
(Mostly to fit aesthetically.)

So, while nothing has been for sure decided on that Digimon front, there are a couple issues I have with your chosen line. Mostly, I don't see a natural progression of growth from Chibomon to Monodramon and likewise for Monodramon to the other two you listed (more Doumon than Kazuhamon). If you want to keep the Monodramon line, then I would be open to the Cyberdramon line. Or if that's not what you're wanting to go with, you could easily use Veemon's line of Veemon>ExVeemon>AeroVeedramon>UlforceVeedramon. My other issue is there seems to be a distinct lack of a champion form in the line you presented.

I just used a site that listed the various branch-evolutions, 'cause the other site only had one option of, and I did remember that there were crossing branches, and I thought that's okay. Sorry! Also I must've missed that Monodramon wasn't Champion. My bad!

Thank you, I appreciate the help (I got that site as a recommendation earlier), it's just some of them are kinda weird, too. I mean, if the previous progression wasn't acceptable, I had my doubts about going from, say, Nanimon (a hairy brawler potato :P) to Doumon, you know? So I was a bit unsure whether or not things were acceptable, as I don't know all the newer ones too well, and mostly go off appearance.

@Sunbather Would you like some help? Are you wanting to start with a specific Rookie, or wanting to end with a specific Mega? Your line ended with Kuzuhamon, yes?

@Sunbather Yeah, as Tobiax said, Wikimon is the best one, but even it has its downside. The way I best found how to browse through its selection is going through the options and seeing which are bolded and just do a bit of reverse searching until one makes sense. Though, if you have a set end or beginning stage, then it would be a lot easier for you to figure out a line that works best for your character.

That'd be great, yeah. I tried both approaches. I looked mostly at Rookies & Champions, and then Megas. I figured Rookie and Mega stages would be where the majority of our time is spent, so it was important I liked those. Then I tried Mega because I ended up not liking a lot of the final stages to Rookies and Champions I liked. I did pick Kuzuhamon, yeah, but I don't really like Renamon and, more importantly, I think SleepingSilence would like her and was faster than me.

I was looking for some more feminine or neutral mons, because the origina series seemed to pair gender of Digimon to the human. I didn't want, like, Lilithmon or Minervamon though, who are basically just humans.

Okay, here's a thing that follows some logic- Botamon/Chibomon>Koromon/DemiVeemon/Hopmon>Monodramon>Dinohumon>Kyukimon>Kuzuhamon. Lizard to lizard blade warrior to blade mythical fox/weasel beast to mythical fox witch/priestess. Thoughts? And while Digimon Adventure did pair the apparent Digimon gender with the human partner gender, Digimon technically don't have the bits, so to speak. So it's all voice, and whether or not the artist drew boobs on them. But, that being that- some other Mega suggestions are-

Medieval Gallantmon, Clavis Angemon, Ceresmon Queen of Cereal, Beel Starmon, Crusademon/Rhodonitemon/Lord Knightmon, Lotusmon, Ancient Sphinxmon, Hi Andromon, A sword, a dragon shield, Bancho Stingmon
