Perhaps this may not be terribly bad, but it involves total upheaval of all society, as sentient beings are by far the greatest agents of entropy. To this end, she must include in the Efficiency of Everything a comprehensive transformation of the Yellow Magic to control and guide the minds of every being in Existence. But such a complicated endeavour takes research. I postponed that research as much as I could on the City of Gold when I ruled it—but now that she controls the planet, she has set numberless resources on that single goal.
