“Well, hello.” Clears throat nervously, “Tonks is the name, and I am looking for people who’d be interested in writing with me. Be it a one on one or a group RP. Small or large matters little to me.. my scheduling is somewhat scattered. I am a single mother to a one year old baby girl, so I don’t always have all the free-time in the world but I do like to keep my role play partners updated and all that on when I can find the time to do so. Below are some ideas. Feel free to contact me either in this thread or in a PM if you think you’d like to pick up one of them with me. Anything else, just run it by me. Thank you.”
Here's lists of RP ideas, and RP wants of mine. You’re more than welcome to drop ideas of your own in here, if you’d like.
BUT WAIT! There's more!
Okay, not much more.. but, I'm into a lot of different things.

Within the United States, there are multiple safety zones in which one could take shelter in from the outbreak. Safety zones are meant to keep the infected out, and for those who are attempting to survive this whole thing to resume somewhat normal lives as before. One major safe zone is held up in Colorado out of an old, abandonded Insane Asylum called Twin Peaks. So far only two military-trained Pack members, Sgt Maj Devereaux and Staff Sgt Harper, are remaining who are defending this safe zone. They do what they can to protect the people who have chosen to stay under their protection.
Back in the early 1900's, the government had finally created a stable "virus", if you will, only administered by injection. It would turn the average soldier into an almost-unstoppable killing machine. The idea of werewolves was brought to life, injected into the brave, willing soldiers to make the change to their lives permanent, because of course there was no cure for what they were given. The new power these soldiers held was kept under tight lock and key, no one spoke of it or even slightly hinted at it. The empowered soldiers were referred to as "The Pack". The first Original Pack was made in the Navy Seal branch, but soon the other branches began to complain, and not too long after that every branch of the military had twelve of their very own Pack members at their disposal. When a member of the pack was KIA(Killed in Action), a new member was "born".
Over the years, the first Pack members who survived the wars they were put through have since died of sickness or old age. Those of their descended offspring have also had children of their own now. The werewolf strain somehow attached to the Original hosts' DNA and was passed down through the generations. These children who have managed to retain this gene were either made to join the military or trained how to control their "other half". A few cases have been found throughout the US and UK of kids just shortly after their eighteenth birthday making the change--RARELY does a child make the change before then. In some instances, younglings who have been put through tragic events become so emotionally overwhelmed it pushes the “virus” to activate in them, causing them to shift at younger ages. Very few of these younglings who are put through the change early in life make it-- 99% of them die because the shift is so overwhelming for their small frames. The government kept a constant watch on these kids, and if they thought they might screw up somehow and leak the secret, they were terminated.
Shape-shifters normally tend to be about half the size as their human selves, quite a bit larger than your average grey wolf. Placing humans beside the wolves, a wolf’s shoulders would come up to the mid-stomach area of a fully grown man averaging at about 6ft. They have exceptional hearing, sense of smell and eyesight, even in their human forms. The actual transformation between human and wolf is quite painful, but some have managed to master the change so much that it's hardly painful at all and happens within a matter of seconds. Initially, one breaks every bone in their body as their "other half" fights it's way out of it's human form. Bones reforming into that of a wolf, they "shed" their skin to be replaced with fur and acquire a tail. How such a large wolf could fit into their human forms, we still haven't quite figured it out yet. Overall the initial transformation is not easy, and is very disconcerting and confusing. With the wolf’s eyes, however, they differ depending on pack rank. Alpha’s eyes glow a deep red, members of a pack have light golden-yellow eyes.. Betas eyes are a bright orange, an in-between color of the average Member eye color and an Alpha's. Omegas, also known as lone wolves, have a bright shade of violet color for eyes. For those who have taken an innocent life, their eyes have been permanently changed to electric blue. Every wolf has their birth-given eye color in human form, and only glow just before the change, and throughout the time that they are in their wolf forms. (-->See Here for an example<--) The ONLY Alphas, are the highest ranking officers in the pack. If the original Alpha is KIA, then the next high ranking officer will become the next Alpha if no other Alpha is to be made.
In their wolf forms, shape-shifters show the general behavior of their titular animals, though they retain their human intelligence, memories and character, up to and including showing their human eyes. Pack members are also telepathically linked with each other, enhancing their coordination during hunts and fights but allowing little to no privacy at any time. The Alphas of two different packs are able to communicate telepathically, and can control what thoughts they share, while the subordinates of different packs don't show this ability.
The dominant male/female, the Alpha, can force the other pack members to obey his/her orders against their will just as they can in their human forms as commanding officers. A Beta can also do this, though he/she can't command his/her own Alpha/Commanding Officer. Even if it's implied, it is unknown whether this characteristic is also extended down the pack ranks.

Changes us. Makes us.. Something we never once imagined we could become..Not our "normal" selves. Yes, I know it sounds crazy, gnarly even, but its true. It takes away our tan, white, brown, any colored skin, replacing it with a ruff, warm and bristly fur. During that time we stay with our pack, our only family and friends in the woods beyond any form of civilization. We wander into their yards every so often for their trash, barbecue, and rarely their misfortunate pets. Theres no way to avoid it, to hide… We have to shift....more or less, transform in the freezing cold, our muscles tensing and fighting the change, bones cracking and renewing themselves to creat our new forms. Until we become.. Wolf.
The time we are who we were born to be. We stay together usually.. Unless one of us doesn’t change on the normal schedule. We live among the normal ones..humans.. in our safe home, waiting in agonizing fear for the cold to turn us back into the things we dread most. We have to live with it, though. dodging those rare normal ones who recognize us, from our previous life in the woods, trees, and cold. We stay secretive, venturing out for food, and our favorite places seldom. In the warmth.. We become what we once were.. Human.
We stay together, biting and changing few. Some come to us, out of instinct, who are like us. Our families have rejected us, keeping us away from them. We all fled, to somewhere safe. With our new family, the pack. Our old life is gone, our new replacing it too fast. We can’t help killing the ones not like us occasionally, we don’t like getting killed, going hungry. But sometimes.. We ruin lives. We hate it, but we do. We bite the ones not like us, making them.. Us.
You were once human, and you got bit by a Werewolf. You didn’t know they were what they were.. Until you felt like crap, getting flu like symptoms.. Then actually changing into a wolf on and off, no matter the temperature. Your families rejected you, and you found the one who changed you, staying with them.. And their pack. You’re a wolf when its cold out, below 50 Degrees F. But when you go into a warm house, a warm building, or its above 50 degrees out, you turn into a human. This is not completely like the book, and only those of you who have read it will know why xD. The thing is, when your a wolf, your hair color doesn’t matter, only your eyes and personality are passed from your human form to your wolf form. No, when in wolf form you Cannot talk to each other! But, you can send each other mental images of whats going on around you, and you can sense each other’s feelings, and have an AMAZING sense of smell, and hearing. For example, you can tell the type, and speed of a car on a distant highway from your hearing :3. Any questions? Ask me, please! (P.S- The Werewolves DO have a house they go to, owned by a wealthy werewolf. They don’t go there in winter, they usually just stay in wolf form during that whole time. They also have a shed in the woods with extra clothes, supplies, and other stuff.)
You're young, and living life to the fullest. Your school, among quite a few others have been chosen to participate in a week long trip to study the wildlife in the African Savanna and Rainforests. What better opportunity could you as for, right? Your grades are up, you’re involved with school activities, your life is normal.. until the day of the flight that is. “May all the flight passengers please fasten their seat belts. The captain is about to take off shortly, so all electronic devices must please be turned off, now. Thank You.” You smile, excited for where the plane you are aboard is going to be taking you; Africa. The senior class of 2016 at (-- in your CS is where you will write down what college your character is attending, it can literally be anywhere.. doesn't have to be the US, but the flight will be leaving from JFK Airport!--), is taking a two week trip to study the life of the African Savanna bush, for an extra credit project (--For whatever class you choose, just as long as you can give a good reason WHY your class was chosen to be able to participate.--) due, when you get back to the states. You’ve been packing months ahead of time, and now that it is finally here you don’t know how to act, mainly because of the excitement and anticipation.
About another 8 hours go by and the flight attendant has announced that you are now souring through the skies above Africa, and you’re wide awake from the nap you took along the ride. As you lean over to look out the window, you see amazing landscape and tiny dots of animals on the ground below. You take a deep breath and lay back in your seat closing your eyes, amazed that you are actually in another country. “We are going to be experiencing a little turbulence, so the captain has asked us all to remain in your seats till the conclusion of this flight. Thank You.” says one of the flight attendant. You glance around at all the other students, those you've been going to school with for the last few years, and those you don't know that attend other schools. As you tighten your seat belt and get comfortable, you glance out the window and see nothing but dark clouds. You frown. Just a second ago the skies were clear and blue, but now it was nothing but darkness all around you. You sigh, and sit tight, closing your eyes while you wait for the flight to come to an end. The attendant announces that there will be a delay, and the plane can not land right away so there will be a detour made. Flying over the very savanna grasslands you will be going through to study throughout the week.
The last thing you see as your eyes dart open, is the person on the opposite side of you letting out a panicked scream. The last thing you hear is an emergency warning echoing through the plane saying, “Mayday, this is not a drill! Please fasten your seatbelt and hold on tight!” The last thing you feel, is a sudden pain in your lower back and neck, as you yourself let out a gut wrenching scream. Then...nothing. Blackness, silence...nothing. Your mind is alert and thoughts of death run through your mind, as you just lay there. Eventually, you gather your strength and open your eyes slowly; blinking a few times. Flashes of black and blue cross your vision, like it would when you first open your eyes in the morning. Blinding light is pouring in from the broken window beside you, and there's a thick smell of smoke hanging in the air. Fire! You groan and lift your head up slightly, getting clear view of your surroundings. 'Wha….What Happened?' you think to yourself, taking everything in. The plane had crash landed on it’s belly, and broken glass from the windows scattered everywhere. Looking out the broken window itself, you can see tree branches and leaves making their way inside. As you glance around you at everyone else in the cabin, either unconscious or worse. A gasp escapes you, and your hand lifts to your mouth as your eyes land on your guide, Mr. Donaven. Lets just say his body was twisted and mangled in ways that one should never be in.
As you hurry to undo your seat belt, all that has happened crashes down on you at once. Most of the students and teachers are all, potentially, dead. The plane has crashed in the middle of no where, somewhere in Northern Africa. Go on a field trip, they said. It would be FUN, they said. At least you still get to study wildlife! ..you'll just also be defending yourself from it, in the process of making your way back to civilization.

About the Wolves / Shape-Shifters
How They Came To Be:
Back in the early 1900's, the government had finally created a stable "virus", if you will, only administered by injection. It would turn the average soldier into an almost-unstoppable killing machine. The idea of werewolves was brought to life, injected into the brave, willing soldiers to make the change to their lives permanent, because of course there was no cure for what they were given.
You are a Werewolf; strong, powerful. A true King of Beasts. Up until this moment, your life has been fairly easy. But something in you-a skill or talent or trait-caught the eye of the council and now, everything you once knew is about to change. They don't give any warning; just tell you to pack a bag and hop onto the next flight to London. You're shocked.
The Council is asking you to leave your friends, your family, your pack, without a word of explanation. You implore your parents to step in and do something... anything... but they just tell you the same thing you've been taught since birth. When the Council tells you to jump, you jump. Nobody disobeys the Council. Ever.
So you reluctantly pack your bags and head to the Airport. When your flight lands sometime later, you are greeted by a young man; a Werewolf. The man takes you through the terminal to a parking garage where three large vans sit side by side. Two of them are already teaming with young Werewolves just like you. Some look scared or nervous; others haughty or confident or defiant. The man directs you to sit in the third van and you instantly obey.
"We're only waiting for a few more kids," he assures you with a kind smile before moving away to join two other Werewolves. They are older than you and the other kids; in their mid to late twenties if you had to guess. 'They must be Council Members,' you tell yourself, silently. Aside from the man who met you in the airport, there is another man and a woman who looks several years younger than the two men. They talk quietly amongst themselves, ignoring the chatter of the younger wolves, until one girl speaks up. "Can we leave, now?" She snaps impatiently. The woman casts the girl a sharp warning look but that doesn't stop her. "Seriously, I'm bored and hungry!" She says petulantly. The woman crosses to her and leans close, saying something you can't here. The girl's face pales and she falls silent.
Ten minutes pass and the man who brought you in leaves again. When he returns twenty or so minutes later, he has three more kids with him. He directs them to the van you are in, then slides behind the wheel and smiles with what looks like relief. He pulls out of the parking garage behind the other two vans.
You drive for maybe three hours and are just dozing off when the van turns onto an overgrown path leading into the forest. You sit up, suddenly wide awake. You drive for perhaps another hour and a half before pulling up to a pair of large, ornate gates that say Welcome to Alpha Prep. The driver turns to face you and smiles. When he speaks, everybody falls silent and listens curiously.
"Alright, now that we're all here I want you to listen up and listen well. I won't repeat myself. I am sure most of you are wondering what you are doing here. I am councilman Wyatt. The council has been watching each and every one of you closely and we are pleased with what we see. You have many of the qualities we are looking for in Alphas,"
"-however, the path to leading a Pack is a long and rigorous one. For the next four years, you will be attending Alpha Prep, a school designed to prepare young Wolves such as yourselves to become great Alphas in the years to follow. Over half of you won't make it through your first year; half of those that do, won't make it to graduation. Those of you who do will be rewarded the title of Alpha, and rewarded with your own pack territory where you will start your new lives. Now then, Welcome to Alpha Prep. I wish you all the best of luck."
With that, Wyatt turns around and pulls through the gates and up to your new home.

150 y.a.: Dinosaurs are first introduced to the public, in the form of pets, laborers, food, and entertainment attractions, by a company called "Biosyn."
145 y.a.: Biosyn petitions the world governments to begin planting huge, prehistoric trees to combat the rising Carbon-Dioxide levels in our atmosphere.
143 y.a.: Governments agree, and Biosyn begins planting massive amounts of trees. Trees grow very rapidly and require large amounts of care and nutrition, but will be fully grown in ten years due to the special nutrient formula that Biosyn has created.
141 y.a.: The term "Saurian" is coined. This term is used by intellectuals to differentiate between real dinosaurs and these resurrected creatures. Biosyn reveals that some changes have been made to the genetic code of their creatures to make the creatures more survivable in today's environment.
138 y.a.: Biosyn begins developing weaponized Saurians, by modifying, enlarging, and combining existing creatures. The first prototype creature is a Stegakylotops, a triceratops with a stegosaur-like tail and ankylosaur-like armored plates. It was also given massively enhanced aggression to anyone not trained with it since birth.
130 y.a.: First escape and public injury. A family of six was mauled by a pack of escaped velociraptors.
121 y.a.: First documented use of Saurians in combat. Half-a-dozen Stegakylotops and a task-force of pteraraptors (winged velociraptors) attack a Japanese-held military base near Hawaii. No survivors. Base is then purchased by Biosyn, who then leases it to the U.S. government.
118 y.a.: First Saur War begins, with the Mexican government sending in hoards of raptors at the border. Thousands are killed as the beasts rush over American soil. America responds with its own Stegkylotops and a new creature, Apatosaurus Rex. The creature is almost eighty feet tall and has the four limbs of an Apatosaurus, but the huge head and carnivorous appetite of the T-rex. The beast kills hundreds before it is brought down by the Mexican military. The creature overturned a dozen tanks before one of them got a lucky shot in its mouth, destroying it.
103 y.a.: Prehistoric Tree growth becomes exponential as they spread their seeds. Biosyn is unable to properly document and predict the spread of these plants. Biosyn also notes an increased growth in the plants that came into contact with seeds and bits of the modified ones.
99 y.a.: First Saur War ends when the number of Saurians released becomes uncontrollable. Mexico is nearly destroyed and a quarter of the better-armed and defended Americans are dead. Mexico is left destroyed and infested as a wild-life preserve due to the massive amounts of dinosaurs running around, and the cost to remove them would be immense.
88 y.a.: More creatures are escaping. A group of modified Allosaurs escape from a facility based in Florida, taking with them their near-human intelligence and a number of tools that have been modified for them to use.
83 y.a.: Large mammalian creatures begin to go extinct as escaped Saurians infect their ecosystems. Also, Biosyn determines that the large trees they planted are recreating the nutrient formula and spreading it to all plants. This causes even current flora to grow to massive size in record time. Countries like Canada, Africa, China, and even Russia are finding themselves overgrown with massive plants, and have difficulty keeping back the growth.
78 y.a.: Mexico is completely overgrown. Africa's jungles have expanded and become huge, prehistoric ecosystems as the Saurian's gravitate to them.
75 y.a.: The Allosaurs that escaped nineteen years ago return, destroying several Biosyn facilities using primitive tools and weapons stolen from military bases. They free the other Saurians at these facilities, releasing more of the creatures onto American soil.
70 y.a.: The human race is having difficulty functioning. As the numbers of wild Saurians increase, as the weaponized ones become less manageable, and as the flora becomes wilder and wilder. Economies begin to collapse as people have to stop working in order to protect their families.
60 y.a.: Allosaurs attack a military base. Unfortunately, an accident occurs and three nukes are launched: one into the heart of the overrun Mexico, one into the center of the Prehistoric jungle in Africa, and one into Russia, where the flora is different and the creatures created in the Russian Biosyn facilities are strange. Thinking that a world war is occurring, several other countries fire nukes into the more overrun places of the world, and soon over a third of the world has been irradiated with nuclear destruction.
30 y.a.: Paleo- growth accelerates as the radiation spreads. Biosyn reveals that they used radiation to assist in the recovery of the creature's DNA, and scientists explain that radiation was much more prevalent in prehistoric times. The radiation dies away quickly, and the world is overrun.
13 y.a.: World governments have completely collapsed. It is about survival now. Previously harmless rural areas have become dangerous, deadly places. Suburban areas have become places of potential danger, and urban areas seem to be the few places that the larger dinosaurs don't go. However, most people have learned that if the big ones don't venture to these places, the little ones do, and those creatures can be more dangerous at times...
05 y.a.: Small settlements are beginning to crop up in the deeper parts of the forests and jungles. People begin sticking with one another and domesticating herbivorous creatures for defense.
Present Day...

The Cold
Changes us. Wolf.
The Warmth
The time we are who we were born to be. We stay together usually.. Unless one of us doesn’t change on the normal schedule. We live among the normal ones..humans.. in our safe home, waiting in agonizing fear for the cold to turn us back into the things we dread most. We have to live with it, though. dodging those rare normal ones who recognize us, from our previous life in the woods, trees, and cold. We stay secretive, venturing out for food, and our favorite places seldom. In the warmth.. We become what we once were.. Human.
The Shiver
We stay together, biting and changing few. Some come to us, out of instinct, who are like us. Our families have rejected us, keeping us away from them. We all fled, to somewhere safe. With our new family, the pack. Our old life is gone, our new replacing it too fast. We can’t help killing the ones not like us occasionally, we don’t like getting killed, going hungry. But sometimes.. We ruin lives. We hate it, but we do. We bite the ones not like us, making them.. Us.
Basic Outline
