I'm on favour of the idea of some transuniversal group/organization pulling several charaters from different universes for some greater purpose. The problem here is that I can't decide if they should be aware of other universes' existence previously or if the only one aware before is said transuniversal organization. Maybe some universes do know of others' existence. I have a story on which a mistake opens up a series of portals between parallel Earths and, as many of them are empty, colonization starts.
Since a lot of people seem to be content with mixing three and four I have a few other ideas to throw around:
1. Should the RP start with an organization plucking everyone out of their universe? Or should we have the cast form it in IC? Alternatively, we can mix the two - the cast starts off discovering the multiverse and forms an overwatch-type organization then we timeskip a lil' while into their adventures?
2. Should the RP be a more episodic type thing where we roleplay a self-contained storyline and then move on, or should we have a storyline? I think with the former we get to roleplay out more cool scenes and it'd be more accessible, but the former would be cooler if the RP lasts longer but it'd be near impossible to get new guys in.
3. What if the universes get merged together because reasons down the line? (Maybe that could be the focus of the storylines)
4. What sort of storylines do you want to see played out?
5. What should this organization's name be?
6. Should the RP be more of an action, exploration, or etc RP?
7. Also, again, what kind of name should this RP have? I'm going with All-Verse if we don't come up with something.
That's not all my dudes, I prepared a universe sheet for you all to get started on:

I may make some revisions to the sheet, make sure to tell me what you think of the sheet and anything you think I could add/remove as this is the sheet at it's basest level.
Let me set some ground rules: make your universe stand out - be unique, don't go over the top with the powerlevel, no meme universes, just establish your universe as we're still planning and try not to interwine anything about organizations or the other universes (UNLESS that's the hook of your universe).
The Chronoverse is a universe where humanity lives in a near utopian multi star system spanning, 84th Century society that has developed a multitude of advanced technologies such as Nanotechnology, advanced space flight technologies, hyperspace drives, time travel technology, and advanced weapons tech just to name a few.
IMPORTANT ORGANIZATION'S
THE OMEGA PROTECTORATE The Omega Protectorate is a politically neutral, incredibly wealthy, third party organization that regulates the use of time travel technology. They are the group responsible for development of various advanced time based technologies such as Timeships (which are divided into four different classes and a fifth weaponized version that only trained member's of the Protectorate are allowed to use) and Chrono Scryes.
They've also created several non time based technologies and weapons like Sanctus Rifles, which fire bolts of energy that shut down any nanites a person might have in their body whilst simultaneously incapacitating them via an electric shock and Nanoweave Thread, which is a near unbreakable steel wire like thread made of millions of nano-machines. Both of these devices are often used by the Protectorate when they deal with most illegal time travelling. For operations that involve tracking down or stopping members of the underground crime syndicate EDAX, Protectorate agents will usually rely on more deadly weapons such as laser rifles, pistols, and other such armaments.
They are structured like any well thought out organization would be and are controlled by a singular Administrator. The current Administrator is Elisa Mason and their current headquarters is located in the Antarctic, which is now a temperate jungle due to terraforming.
THE INTER-SYSTEM REPUBLIC The Inter-System Republic is the current ruling faction of humanity. Its borders span over twenty different star systems. It is has lasted for several hundred years, diplomatically prevented several rebellions/uprisings, and is one of the most powerful human empires in existence.
THE INTER-SYSTEM COUNCIL The Inter-System Council is the group in charge of the Inter-System Republic. It is made up of twenty different men and women who each control a star system. They are selected by the elected representatives of each star systems citizenship. The members of the Council lead the Republic from Earth, more specifically the place where the U.N. headquarters once stood before the European uprising of 2206. Each member has their own personal staff to assist them with their duties and each member is allowed to serve for a term of six years before either stepping down from office or trying to get re-elected by their citizenry.
THE EDAX SYNDICATE The EDAX Syndicate is a shadowy group of time traveler's who use stolen time travel tech to go back into the past and attempt to steal valuable objects to resell to various collector's and black market clients back in the 84th century. So far the Protectorate has managed to prevent the EDAX Syndicate from causing any permenant damage to the past or changing the future due to carelessness. The current leader/leaders and location of the EDAX Syndicate are not known and all efforts by the Protectorate to find out have proven to be fruitless thus far.
TECHNOLOGY
TIMESHIPS
There are several different versions or classes of Timeships. Classes I and II are for civilian use and come with an override function that allows the Protectorate to remotely recall the ship, once its occupant has returned, back to the 84th century to avoid potential paradoxes or changed events in the past. These ships also have a basic camouflage system which allows the ship to almost perfectly blend in with its surroundings. Basic training, provided by the Protectorate, is required for use and these ships must be returned (and paid for) after the trip has ended.
Class III and IV Timeships are made for scientific/research purposes and are generally used by historians or other government licensed academics who study the universe and worlds of the past. These ships also come with a recall and cloak function as well as a Chrono Scrye/Scryes stored onboard. Average training is required for one to capably pilot the craft. These ships must also be returned to the Protectorate for routine maintenance and cataloguing but are returned to the party that used them previously as long as they pay for the use of the machine and its maintenance.
Class V Timeships are reserved for Protectorate use. They do not come with a recall function but they do have the most advanced stealth, weapons, and navigation systems that the Protectorate has to offer. Such craft are only given to Protectorate agents who have been trained extensively in their use. Each class of Timeship also comes with a standard Tachyon Drive that facilitates time travel via the opening of rifts into Chronospace, a seperate sub dimension that exists within Hyperspace and connects to all moments in time. This theoretically includes alternate timelines/universes as well, but due to how chaotic Chronospace gets the deeper you go, the evidence supporting this theory has not been found.
CHRONO SCRYES Chrono Scryes are black metallic gauntlets with screens embedded in the forearm section that allow a user to scan and view the recent history of the area, object, or person. Chrono Scryes do have one limitation in that they can only see backwards in time six hours. The Protectorate is working to increase how far back the Scryes can see, but progress is slow.
SANCTUS RIFLE
A non lethal weapon usually used by Protectorate agents when dealing with most illegal time traveler's. It fires electric bolts that are capable of deactivating the nanites in someone's body and incapacitate them at the same time. The rifle does have one weakness however, and that is the fact that it requires about 45 seconds to recharge after each shot.
I.C.N The I.C.N or Inter-System Communications Network, is a vast and highly complex communications network that uses modulated neutrinos and gravitational waves to send information from system to system instantaneously via the use of atmospheric and deep space borne automated listening posts that come fully equipped with an army of preprogrammed nanites that run routine maintenance on the structures.
This allows for a constantly informed civilization that isn't left in the dark due to a rouge meteor or solar flare.
LAWS OF TIME TRAVEL
There are only two real rules for time travel. One, do not change the past. And two, do not do anything that reveals you are from the future.
THE MACHINE EQUAL RIGHTS MOVEMENT
A movement founded by the self proclaimed spiritualist, Alex King, which states that Artificial Intelligences and Androids are just as human as the rest of us and therefore deserve to be treated as such. This movement has gained quite a following since its original creation in the year 8395 and has been opposed by many rationalists who claim that Androids and A.I. are not capable of achieving human levels of sentience due to the restrictions of their programming.
Protests conducted by followers of the movement are generally peaceful, but have been known to devolve into physical altercations on certain occasions. The local planetary authorities usually manage to step in and put a stop to any fights before they spiral out of control, but there have been times where peacekeeping measures were ineffective and riots have broken out.
Members of the Inter-System Council have shunned such acts of violence and do not hesitate to incarcerate all involved with the unrest.
HYPERSPACE/CHRONOSPACE
In order to travel from Hyperspace to Chronospace all a pilot has to do is activate his or her ships Tachyon Drive while in flight as pretty much all ships have a Hyperdrive built into them for intersystem travel.
CURRENCY
VIM
VIM or Virtually Integrated Money is the currency used by almost everyone in the 84th century. It is a completely electronic and virtual currency that can't really lose or gain value which leaves it stuck in a sort of economical limbo where it's always valuable in some way. VIM is usually stored in personal or commercial, in the case of coporations, accounts where it can be conveniently accessed by the account holder.
The only place VIM is not found, is on the black market where anonymous sellers and buyers use a different, untraceable, and nameless currency, much to the annoyance of the Inter-System Republic's law enforcement agencies.

▼ OTHER ▼
While both the Protectorate and even the EDAX Syndicate have done their best to avoid revealing their presence in the past, sometimes mistakes are made and some people notice. These "slip ups" if you will, while minor and extremely rare, are the reason some people in the past believe time travel is in fact real.
This in turn has led to several theory and proof/evidence videos about the subject being created on an archaic video sharing service called YouTube.
Edit: I do not own, nor claim to own these images. All rights go to their respective owners.
1. I think an organization plucking everyone sounds good. Makes the meet and greet very short.
2. Episodic with the longer story being hinted at much like a good show.
3. Depends on what kind of hook you can do for it. Probably a later thing we do.
4. Honestly anything thats cool. Doing something from a show to a video game, even if its only a small arc in either thing would be great. Like, think Dr. Who, but with whatever universe. And we need to fix the problem so things go back to the way they're supposed to.
5. Not sure, would need to specify a few more things about it.
6. Action Exploration with lots of Character development? Like a typical balanced DnD game.
7. Thats fine. unless you wanna take my Dr. Who suggestion and work with that.
[The Dawnverse is a universe where humanity prospers thanks to the profliteration of alchemy. Alchemy rules every aspect of human life, and as a result, the very few alchemists that exist are deeply respected to the point of near worship.]
THE SOCIAL STRATA
Various alchemists' families sat on the top as the rulers of the realm, with each family governing their own territory. Each family has its own specialization in alchemy research, from medicine to astronomy.
After that comes the human masses. Their society strongly believes in leaving everything alchemy-related to alchemists, thus making alchemy something not taught in public schools at all. To learn alchemy, you either have to be a descendant of an alchemist or you must be recruited by one of the alchemy families to become part of them.
And at the bottom rung, the artificial lifeforms created to serve humans, from the mindless golem-like slags to the humanlike yet emotionless homonculi. They all serve humans unquestioningly.
THE WONDERS OF THE WORLD
Scattered all around the world is various wonder sites built with alchemy. From a giant vine tree that reached the skies to a plant garden on the moon, it was a testament of the power and knowledge the alchemy families have.
CIVILIZATION ALL ACROSS THE EARTH
Most of human cities are situated above ground. But there are already underground and underwater cities. The environment is still well kept, although dangerous beasts like dragons are near extinct due to humanity's extermination of them.
The old religions of worshipping gods and nature spirits have all but disappeared, replaced by various little cults who worshipped alchemists as goddesses.
THE FANGS OF ALCHEMY
They have abandoned man-to-man combat, preferring to send their slags and homonculi into combat in their stead. They have created various types of combat slags. Air superiority is taken care by their dragon-type slags. Frontal ground assault is left to the tank-type slags. And hybrid combats are taken care of by their chimera-type slags. And of course, at the seas, they had some leviathan-type slags as well.

▼ OTHER ▼
Alchemy can only be learnt by a handful of people, people with the "knack" and "talent" for it. It is not a genetic inheritance thing as new alchemists popped out all the time from the general public while many descendants of alchemists end up choosing a non-alchemist occupations.
That is why the maxim of leaving alchemy to the "chosen people" is rooted deeply in their society.
The name Wisdomverse comes from the Throne of Wisdom, a massive castle used by the leaders of the most prominent families to gather and decide interterritorial matters.
Also, most alchemists are female, leading to a more egalitarian society throughout history.
1. I'm fine with whatever, depends what kind of story we want. I feel the first option could be very easily episodic, whereas the other leans more towards an overall plot (universes coming to agreement with each other). But I'm fine with either one, both can be interesting. 2. I'm more inclined towards the first one for mentioned reasons, and if we want we can have an overall plot/sign that events have affected the setting. 3. Could do. It won't affect much; travel will just involve less portals, or whatever it is that connects universes. 4. + 6. Unsure on exact story lines, but I'd be interested in an exploration/diplomacy focused thing. Something kind of Star Trekish, really like that show, and how everything doesn't need to end in a big action scene where Picard shoots Borg with a tommy gun or something. 5. I'd like to know everyone's stuff before coming up with something. 7. I don't really mind, as long as it's not overly ornate, but even that's a minor gripe. Maybe something based on the storyline we're going for/organisation whatever if that's a thing?
I'm thinking far as names go for the organization... I'm thinking Praxis? Or alternatively; The Strangers or The Outsiders if we want something less official sounding name.
In the Koruce system, the Zoolith - Korth coalition rule. Each and every one of their machines, structure and tool are made or grown from organic materials. Originally, such materials were harvested and appriopriated from natural sources, but as time has gone on they have learnt how to manipulate it, specialising in bio-engineering. The forgo the strange glistening (yet not wet) materials of the ones before - the Zoolith call them the Zoolun, and Korth the Chulum. The remains of their work litter the worlds - to follow in their footsteps would surely result in the same tragedy that befell them.
Government Policies
The Zoolith, as would be expected from a parasitic life forms, lean towards an ideology that ruthlessly exploits resources. Due to them being able to possess a variety of hosts, familial bonds are essentially non-existent naturally, and though they work in groups, it is to benefit the self - 'democratic' capitalism is the typical type of government the Zoolith's equivalent to countries upheld. Natural life is essentially absent from their worlds, dominated by animals they have tampered with or which have been forced to adapt to survive their invasive tendencies. Exploitation is unsustainably rampant, leading to their current state where they seem to be both prosperous and on the verge of collapse, propped up by treaties with the Korth. The Korth take on a more reserved, long lasting approach. They lean towards liberal democracy: their ideology is that everyone should be provided the basic necessities required to be content with life, at the very least; resources beyond that are allocated to those who show competence/voted for by the community - a scientist will be provided the necessary tools to pursue a promising avenue of research, for example. They generally believe in keeping things in a state of sustainable balance and to always keep in mind how one's actions will affect the whole, less they dig a grave both for themselves and everyone around them. Currently, they are the main power in the Koruce system due to their crops being perhaps one of the only things preventing the majority of the Zoolith from caving in on themselves - such trade between the species have been highly profitable for the Korth, and the Zoolith dependant.
▼ SPECIES ▼
Zoolith - sentient parasites/symbiotes that bind themselves to a creatures brain/nervous system (typically these creatures are bread for such a purpose, but un-tailored ones can still function). They breed by injecting eggs into host creatures - due to this, and the wide range of animals that may host them, familial bonds are essentially non-existent for the Zoolith. Most are highly selfish, mainly since they know nothing else. They specialise in animal engineering, creating work beasts and buildings from. Most of their settlements resemble an amalgamation of giant animals, or their remains. A typical adult is the size of a basketball; their brain makes up the majority of their mass, and they are reliant on their host for nutrients. A Zoolith will prioritise imbedding themselves in positions that keeps them well protected that will hinder their host as little as possible. Due to their size, internal positions are rarely possible. To compensate, they form hard shells around themselves for protection. Issues relating to imbedding are rare in modern Zoolith society however; genetic engineering has allowed for the creation of 'ports' built for the purpose, cheaper host bodies only having one or two options which increase with price. The creatures original brain remains intact to preverse the automatic responses that keep the body alive, albeit with a Zoolith consciousness connected that has as much control over their host body as a typical human would over their own. They bind to non-sentient organisms almost exclusively - binding to a sentient one typically results in madness as they mentally wrestle for bodily control. Zoolith are not bound to their hosts permanently, and may detach themselves so they might move onto another host. The process typically takes an entire day to unbind the necessary nerves without causing shock or trauma, and both the host and the Zoolith are put at risk - the host from the large patch of skin and potential other bits the removed Zoolith took with it as a side effect, and the Zoolith itself has poor self mobility or ability to provide for itself.
Korth - resembling a mixture between turtle and pangolin, they are hunched humanoids with thick scales that cover their back entirely and their limbs partially. They are capable of folding their body inwards to protect vulnerable areas, and retracting their head into a hard 'collar' that the head can quickly dart out and back in from. Though their claw-like nails have softened over centuries of evolution, they still somewhat aid them with climbing and digging. Bio-engineers, they specialise in adapting the surrounding environment to suit their ends; they grow their tools and machinery whole from specially bred plant life. They still possess traditional forms of manufacture, though this is typically only used for experimental or highly complex product a 'factory' plant hasn't been produced for yet.
▼ OTHER ▼
Zoolith products are generally smooth and rounded in appearance, whereas Korth produce is composed mainly of hard edges and simple shapes.
Seeing as we are going for the organisation thing, the Korth/Zoolith alliance keep their known portals closely monitored and guarded. They refuse entry to anyone unless absolutely necessary, and only chosen agents/explorers may venture out into the other universes. They are, understandably, cautious - even if the Zoolith would love to search for other worlds to colonise and expand upon, they aren't fools.
I don't want to sound arrogant or anything but is my universe any good? I only ask because I want to make a relatively in depth verse with some quality to it.
