Magic/Abilities:
Teleportation
Rimlian is a master of teleportation magic. As such short to long distance solo teleports use very little of Rimlian's energy, allowing him to use it repeatedly before resting. Teleporting other people uses an indeterminate amount of energy and all depends on how many people he actually has to transport. Transporting a small group will leave him winded, transporting a medium-sized group will force him to rest for a couple of hours, and transporting a large group will knock him out of commission for several days. People he transports will also have to maintain physical contact with him or others touching him while he casts the spell or get left behind.
He casts the spell by channelling the required magical energy throughout his body and willing himself to be somewhere else, usually vanishing in a flash of ethereal blue light.
Divination
Rimlian is also a master of Divination, a school of magic devoted to gazing into the future for important information and knowledge. Using this school of magic is not something that Rimlian can do on the fly like other magics however. The use of Divination requires an intense amount of focus and meditation, as well as a sufficient amount of time for processing the gathered information, which makes it unideal for combat situations.
Conjuration
Rimlian is a novice of Conjuration and as such is only capable of summoning weapons made of pure energy. It's usually swords but sometimes daggers and ranged weapons as well. He can't summon creatures however and must expend energy constantly to keep the summoned weapon from dissipating.
Telekinesis
Rimlian is an intermediate user of Telekinesis. So far he is able to lift small objects with ease, but most people and large objects like walls, buildings, and massive stone bricks are still impossible for him to move at the moment.
Protective Magics
Rimlian is an adept when it comes to protective spells, having used them many times before. He can cast protective charms, blessings, shields, etc. on himself or others for short periods of time.
Healing
Rimlian is also an adept at healing magics, as he has used them many times before both in and out of combat. He is able to cure/heal both himself and others. How fast depends upon how severe the injury is. Minor injuries can be healed relatively fast, with only a minor drain on energy, while major injuries could take anywhere from hours to days to heal with a massive drain on the casters energy.
Evocation
Rimlian is a novice at Evocation magic, only using it when absolutely necessary, and preferring to rely on his other magics instead. When using Evocation, Rimlian generally prefers to cast ice spells, but will also fall back to fire or lightning if he needs to.
Swordsmanship/Hand-To-Hand Combat
Rimlian is no master at either, but he knows enough to be a capable opponent on the battlefield.

A medium-sized leather bound tome engraved with magical symbols that serves as a repository for all knowledge Rimlian has uncovered from his divining of possible future events. It is written in a coded language that Rimlian created by combining the Elven, Dwarven, and Beastkin alphabets.
Personality: Despite what many assume at first glance, Rimlian is not an evil, uncaring, or cold person. He genuinely does care about others, but his intense focus on the arcane as well as his gruff and often straightforward manner has lead many people to believe the opposite. He is also a very restless person who likes to wander the world and see all that it has to offer.
Background: Rimlian, to put it simply, is a drifter from a land in the easternmost parts of the world. The reasons for his departure from his homeland (which has also remained a mystery) are unknown, though many chalk it up to wanderlust which might not be an entirely false assumption given his restless nature.
He came here to Zauberheim a few days ago and planned on staying for a few weeks before leaving, but things didn't go exactly according to plan and Rimlian ended up staying longer than he had anticipated. Wether or not this will be a good thing remains to be seen.
