2. If you are unsure about something ask I will answer to the best of my ability.
3. If you have a suggestion let me know I welcome suggestions
4. No fighting in the OOC. I don't mind discussions and disagreements.
5. Use the mention button. It helps people know your talking to them. Especially me ;)
6. Internal thoughts are great but please make them appear different from your spoken words. I don't care if you use color or italics.

Your character is hybrid. Part human, part pokemon. He is a subject of human experimentation, and held deep within a secret military facility. The program he belongs to is focused on creating living weapons by splicing humans with pokemon DNA to create creatures with superior strength, reflexes, and senses to a human and superior intelligence to other animals used in war, but that can still be easily controlled by their handlers. They will have to learn to work together and control their powers and instincts before they can can even think about rejoining society.

Bio:Ark used to be a normal man but he had a thirst for power. And hated being so weak. He had heard that it was possible to get spliced with a pokemon increasing his strenght by alot. He took the oppurtunity. What he didnt know was that he ended up being quite special in the experiment. The scientists had spliced him with the small amount of arceus dna they were able to find which wasnt much but the power of such a pokemon changed him alot. It gave him some of the powers of arceus but only weak ones as he would neeed to train for more.His appearance had changed to match the pokemon in a humanoid shape.And hes now here spliced with one of the strongest pokemon in the world.

Appearance:

Bio: A naturally shy and quiet girl with a fascination for witches and other varying things around the witches time period like the Salem With Trials. When she learned about splicing people's DNA with Pokemon DNA she was intrigued and wondered if she could be considered a type of witch when they spliced her DNA. She got her DNA spliced with a fairly witch-like pokemon that would occasionally help to summon ghosts. When she awoke and found herself with these abilities of the pokemon Lampent she accidentally almost caught the bed on fire with Ember.

Appearance:
Bio: Quite the calm and collected guy, Luke seemed like a normal guy, if a bit intellectual. His true passion, though, was for martial arts, which he was quite talented at. When he found out about the splicing, he signed up, getting his DNA spliced with a Lucario due to not only its psychic abilities but also a Lucario's natural skill in melee combat, increasing both his mental and physical prowess. He's still adjusting to being able to see auras, having had somewhat bad vision before he got the splicing done.

@KatherinWinter I wasn't sure if I'd get approved since Lucario has some pretty OP early moves. Then again you approved Arceus, who is literally a god.

@Sewer Ratnot at first. The scientists will want them to be able to prove that they can function and control the low level abilities before trying anything else.

@Sewer Ratthe DNA has been added yes. You have survived and are now being moved to an area where you'll have more freedom and will start to learn to used the moves you got.

Appearance: A female with a black hoodie and gray jeans, she has the hood that marshadow has. She also has the small mist-like things coming out of her feet. (couldn't find a good picture)
Bio:
A quiet young woman with with a knack for being a metaphorical shadow. She'd appear out of nowhere, making zero sense on how she got where she was. When she learned that she could be combined by DNA splicing with a pokemon, she was right on it. She was ready in a heartbeat. She was given the spliced DNA of Marshadow, right after her pyschological profile was complete.

She didn't really care about being part pokemon, part human. She just wanted to have fun and be a literal shadow this time around. Clearly, she wasn't sure about being a soldier. She was strong. She would be able to survive the testing with ease.
