Some of the interaction between Lauk - awaiting Ellri's appoval

@MaeOne day, The group had stayed in a tavern after some long riding in a fairly small town.
To spare herself the costs of food, drink, accommodation and a good bath, Lin, as she usually did when given a chance, had performed that evening.
It was soon after she herself had joined the party, so they knew little of each other.
She started with one of the more fun easy going stories she knew. Holding the Lyre in her hand, playing some minor notes to accentuate the dramatic parts of her story. The dozen of inn dwellers that were there, kept quiet, all quite enthralled by her presence.
Thus she held her Lyre close, nimble fingers moving across
The strings as she spoke:I shall tell you a tale today
How a kingdom had fallen prey
To green skinned filthy scum
That nearly had the land succumb
To utter d.a.r.k.n.e.s.s.
Once upon a time, not far from here
Take a seat, clean your ears, so you could hear
The marvelous tale of the battles of Iriaebor
The endless deaths that bring us – war
And how it came to e.n.d
Many towns and cities alike
This hoard of goblins did strike
Eradicating along their way
Every living thing from coast to bay –
Hundreds of souls were l.o.s.t
Lauk in the meantime was sitting across the room, and grunted here and there some "adjustments" To the exaggerations Lin had made with her stories.
At first, Lin was furious that he had bothered her show.
Later though, She was fascinated by his real version of the battle, as he was in this battle!
