[[For the purpose of this RP shepard was a paragon/peaceful quarian & geth relations/anti-genophage/destroy ending]]

Two centuries have passed since the invasion of the reapers left a gaping hole in the galaxy, destroying most civilizations and exterminating countless lives. In those two centuries the goal of each race has been to reconstruct their home worlds, the mass effect relays, and the Citadel. Krogan's focused on procreating to make up for the lost time on the genophage, appreciating the opportunity Mordin Solus bestowed upon them to show the galaxy that there is honor in their race than hired muscle. The Quarians have returned to Rannoch and began assimilating with their homes but some factions still reside on the old Flotilla ships that circle the Rannoch air space while others work harder to develop their home world. Their need to wear suits is still necessary on foreign worlds and in ships but they have finally been able to feel the wind on their face with out risking certain death. The resulting extermination of the geth has caused them to rebuild some units, though they are held under strict regulations due to the long standing weariness to the AI species and the possible occurrence of another Reaper-like disaster.
For the most part the galaxy has been quiet, all focus has been put towards rebuilding and unifying. For the most part the Reaper invasion had drawn the galaxy together but unbeknownst to them a threat was brewing on the outskirts of the Terminus systems. Derelict reaper articles were being collected and worshiped by the once great human organization Cerberus. The pro human organization suffered great losses after their leader, The Illusive Man, had ended his own life once he had realized that the Reapers had been using them for their own means and that true control of the Reapers was impossible. The organization splintered, and all operations snuffed out by Spectres dedicated to the eradication of their units and influence. But they are returning.
Small strange occurrences have been happening on the edge of the veil, warranting caution and causing the Council to send out the strongest and best in the galaxy to seek out the possible threat and gauge just how truly serious it is.
The spectres have been called forth and with small teams they go forth into the unknown to snuff out any possible threats these blips could be representing.

When she reached the age of 15 she joined the military officially and set to work on her 15 year civil service plan that all Turian's must carry out on their home world. There she joined the police faction of the Turian military and upheld order in areas that were still undergoing construction and redevelopment that were riddled with gang activity. Holding malice for gang members after her gangster parents had left her she excelled at her job. After showing great valor in the line of duty she was promoted to the Turian armada and stationed on various frigates who patrolled various portions of space under the command of the Council. After ten years of duty she was issued her own frigate, and patrolled the boarder of the Veil for suspicious activity. After snuffing out a rouge faction of Geth, influenced by what was later discovered as a foreign code implanted by Cerberus, she was asked to join the councils special guard, the Spectres.

Ah, nice to see this is up and moving again. I do have a few questions/suggestions though. With the Quarians, two hundred years would have been more than enough time to build back their immune systems, so I don't think they would necessarily need their suits anymore (though as Tali said, they are a part of their culture). I also do not believe any restrictions on the Geth would have been necessary, as they aren't really expansionist. The non-heretic Geth stayed secluded behind the veil of their own volition before the Reapers forced them to get involved. During the rebuilding, the Council would probably have been too worried about offending their allies to try to exert too much influence over them. I imagine it would have been the same for the Krogan.

At any rate, I will get my bio up after making a few edits to the age and background.

Name: Avatar
Race: Geth
Gender: N/A
Age: 550 years since program’s creation
Appearance: http://th06.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/f/2013/124/f/7/me3_rannoch_1___geth_troopers_by_chicksaw2002-d64151w.jpg
Personality: As one might expect from a Geth, Avatar is driven by logic, though it does have a distinct personality, as most Geth have come to develop since the Reaper War. It is a particularly curious program, especially in regards to cultures and behaviors of organics. As a result, it is willing, and often eager to work with them.
Skills:
-Tech expert capable of hacking all but the strongest of systems.
-Has ample combat programming
-Its advanced mobile platform is quite durable. As its body is made from tough alloys with powerful synthetic muscles, it is capable of strength beyond that of an organic of the same size.
Abilities: Engineer
-Hunter mode
-Overload
-Incinerate/Flamer
-Cryo Blast
-Sabotage
Equipment:
-Geth Pulse Rifle
-Geth Plasma SMG
-An advanced platform with greater capabilities than a standard Geth unit.
History: For most of Avatar’s existence, it was but a single Geth program, with little more than rudimentary instincts and completely reliant upon the presence of other Geth to attain intelligence. That, however, changed in the midst of the Reaper War. In the aftermath of the battle with the Creator fleet at Rannoch, all Geth were given Reaper upgrades that uplifted them to become true A.I. Avatar was given its name by a group of organics it fought alongside during the Battle of Earth, and decided to keep that name in order to facilitate easier communication with organics.

Rebuilding the Mass Relays took many years, even with knowledge gained from the Reapers. After that monumental task was complete, Avatar filled many roles. At first most of the Geth’s efforts were on rebuilding what was lost at Rannoch and helping the Creators resettle on the homeworld. The efficiency of the Geth’s planning coupled with the eagerness of the Quarians to re-establish their home made the process exceptionally quick. Avatar spent a few years inhabiting the suits of Creators, mimicking the effects of viruses to help them to rebuild their immune systems. Over time, cities were erected on the surface of Rannoch, and more and more Creators were able to live without their suits, though most still chose to wear them due to tradition.

Eventually, Avatar’s role shifted away from rebuilding and into security. Due to the weakened state of the galaxy in the years after the war, piracy and other forms of crime were becoming increasingly common. All Geth were capable of combat when installed in the correct platform, but Avatar had a desire to help, as it would mean working more closely with other species, aside from Creators. Avatar served for about a decade as a combat platform, patrolling sectors near the borders of Geth/Quarian space, and sometimes even in the territories of other species, when requested. Overall, the Geth were not in consensus on how much of a role they should play in galactic politics, if any at all, but most agreed that attacking pirates and other criminals benefitted all parties.

Recently, Avatar has been given a new assignment. In a show of mutual cooperation, the Geth have agreed to send advanced platforms to directly assist the Council in dealing with a new potential threat. These platforms are to serve the same roles as Spectres, and are likely to work alongside them. These Geth are not exactly considered Spectres, as the Geth have little desire for ranks or titles, but they serve with the same capacity and resources.

Well if you think about it 200 years is technically around 4 generations if not 3 depending on their longevity after they retook Rannoch and how quickly they multiplied. They generally only had one child two at the most due to Flotilla regulations so it might had been an adopted custom to keep low amounts of children, also they were probably too busy reconstructing their home world to even think about total re-population... but those are just assumptions. We also have to keep in mind that the Quarian's immune system took centuries to deconstruct so it would take centuries for them to regain it again. So 4-3 generations isn't very much time to regain the proper immune system to handle outside stimuli, such as foreign worlds, other race's sickness etc. They would probably be just able to handle not wearing their suit on their home world given that their population would have to re-sync with the plant life that they were in a symbiotic relationship with to keep their immune system up and running. Granted the first generation was probably still stuck in their suits, second gen could probably take off their masks but were still fragile and prone to disease depending on how well they were able to cope with the immune boosters and environment in the first generation. There are a lot of different variables that could be factored into how well the Quarians adapted, seeing how the Geth that were originally supposed to help them rebuild, and readapt were wiped out after the destruction of the mass effect relays and all machinery. So for the sake and purpose of keeping this simple I am going to go with that they are suit bound off Rannoch, but a puncture in their suit wont necessarily have a 100% chance of infection and sickness but it has dropped to 50% or 40%.

For the sake of your character though I had put in that small sects of Quarians had rebuilt some Geth population in order to help with the reconstruction of their once great civilization and it was a risk they were willing to take to ensure that their home would be ready sooner. This leaves open the possibility that some units had returned to their ships past the Veil and began reconstructing their units, meaning a greater population on the whole, but that would be a slow process and I don't imagine Quarians being all too thrilled with that plan so for the most part the Geth are on Rannoch.
That being said your unit would have had to had been restarted and rebuilt at one point in time after the initial blast that was sent all over the galaxy from the Mass Relays. So keep that in mind in your character. Also as a side note 5 abilities are allowed so I would just get rid of tactical cloak since Hunter mode technically is tactical cloak.

Oh, right, I forgot that not everyone takes the same assumptions as I did when I made my Mass Effect RP a while back. ME3's ending was, well, terrible, as most people agree. Last time I made one, it ended up being a sort of an alternate universe RP where the catalyst's "choices" were merely attempts at indoctrination. Shepard saw through it and activated the crucible, destroying solely the reapers.

If I had to give a recommendation I would say that an alternate universe of that nature would provide for a better story overall. They attempted an unnecessary twist ending, introducing a few Deus Ex Machina divices and changed the entire tone and goal of the plot in the last ten minutes.

I agree it was dreadful too and I personally just pretend it never happened, lol I think it is unanimous, but I just took the last one's story line and plopped it over here so... I would just see Geth and Reapers being birds of a feather both mechanically and so why wouldn't some sort of subsonic blast or what ever that was effect Geth too along with all other mechanized sentient beings? But for the sake of keeping things simple lets just say get, AI systems (such as EDI) and the Reapers were affected by the blasts, keeping the argument of all of the galaxy's forces stranded in the Sol system.
If it really bothers you that much we can just say a fleet of geth at the edge of the veil or exploring the vastness of the Veil were not effected by the blast from the Crucible.

I think it would be easy to justify. The crucible may simply just not work as the catalyst implied. Unlike Geth and normal AI, the Reapers were not machines, they were hybrids of organic and inorganic material. Perhaps the blast only affected that type of combination?

I just want it to be more interesting, so for now we will go with most of the Geth were wiped out, some rebuilt some escaped the blast.

It's my fault for forgetting about this. I should have remembered the issues with the endings. I...just don't think I could enjoy an RP set in the universe after any of the endings. Each of them present their own problems, and I don't think there is a reasonable way to say any Geth survived the destroy ending, and replacements wouldn't be the same Geth. I don't think I would enjoy it if I stayed. I wish you luck, though. Hopefully you find more people than me to join you.
