Jackie blinked when Will approached her; her mind went to the worst, did she end up breaking something? Did she forget to clean something?
She wasn't going to say no to speaking to him, she needed this job after all.
"O-Oh.. O-Okay!" She said as she moved to follow after him.

She felt her own heartbeat, her extra limbs tightening slightly to cause her to shudder out her breathing as she tried to relax, "Am... I in trouble?" She asked after she got away from everyone else, "I've kept out of things I shouldn't have, h...has my cleaning not been up to standard?"

Will was quiet, not explaining himself initially. Not until she began talking. He noticed her nervousness, could pick up on the hesitance she showed. At her last words, though, he raised an eyebrow. "Have you now?" he asked. He slowed as he approached a room, the one dedicated towards their more insectoid-related experiments. "We have recent concern that some of the staff has wandered into areas they should not have. So, I will ask you directly. Does this area look familiar? Have you entered this lab during your cleaning?"

Jackie looked around the area, the memories of the Robbery she stopped flooding over her mind. Her legs tightened around her ribcage, this is not what she wanted... Surely he knew...?
"I...I was only cleaning around the outside of the labs a month ago." She started, trying to be confident, "I never entered the labs.. I only stopped the person who tri..tried to steal from here! I d....didn't mean to damage an..anything if I did, t-they dropped the cage, I-I got a cut from it!"

She was trembling, visibly now. She was going to to get fired wasn't she? It wasn't the fear of her secret getting found, but the fear of getting fired that scared her more.
She had this job for forever at this point, sure she never really moved up in terms of the pay scale, but she enjoyed what she did.

The distracted look change at her story. His gaze came to her fully, regarding her for a moment as a frown began to form. "Someone was trying to steal from here?" he asked. He didn't bother asking for a description. He would be able to find out what the person looked like. Instead, he pressed with more questions, his eyes sharper as he regarded her, as though gazing past her to find the information he needed. "Did they leave with anything? What were they carrying?"

"T...they had paperwork and one of those glass boxes that hold bugs in it." She started, she could feel herself bubbling with words, ready to spill out. "I was cleaning, they disabled the cameras I think- They didn't get away with anything but papers."
She looked around, visualizing her memories with a frown; slightly flinching at reliving tackling the figure.
